Although the staff was kind, they were only available for short periods of time each day. Staffing was also very limited. Overall, the hotel has all the potential to be everything it advertises, but it appears that post Olympics it has not been able to retain the level of cleanliness, amenities, or other offerings listed on the website. Even little things like not having a microwave in the room and having to go to the lobby for a basic Ramen was outside of the level I expected for this type of Hotel. Having traveled extensively the last six months I feel like the bed quality was subpar, I had to clean and dust areas that are not often used, and it just did not live up to the expectations that the pictures and advertising provided. It was, however, extremely convenient to where we needed to be, and very accessible to public transportation. I would consider a mid-level hotel at best.

The property was generally satisfactory, and the reception staff were helpful. Also, the room was fairly large, which was nice. However, there were no laundry facilities, which were advertised. Additionally, my soap was thrown out during cleaning, which isn’t a big deal, but was irritating. Overall, the experience was fairly good.

This hotel is located at prime hangout spot in JamSil. Bus Stop and Metro is 5 minutes walking distance and there are airport bus stop close by. If you get dropped off at 잠실새내station, hotel is two blocks away. Staff are friendly but English is not well understood. Towels are very worn out but cleaner than most hotel in US. It was a shame there is no laundry machine on premises. And Sky lounge is closed. I would definitely come back again.

Hotel is rundown ... you check in on your own with a machine. In 3 nights that we were there I only saw a staff member twice ... Shower was leaking and making the bathroom floor very wet and slippery.. Housekeeping daily would clean it. There's no pool as we were fooled by the pictures... only a pool in suites. Building and rooms needs some renovation ...

コンサートの会場が近く利用しました。あの立地でこの値段なら満足だなとおもいました。荷物を預かってくれましたが分かりにくかったです。広々としたバスルームで良かったです。電気の付け方が難しかったのでもう少しわかりやすいと良いなって思ったのと。機械でルームキー発行なので難しいかなと思うのですが部屋に入らずども早めのチェックインが可能だとなお良いと思いました。バスマットがないのでバスルーム滑りやすいです。

I'd been this hotel for many times before 2020, but now it seems more like an hotel for local tourists; No restaurant for breakfast now and pool languages, but overall it's still very clean and good price.

The hotel is not as advertised online. The pool is not provided unless you rent the suite. The jacuzzi tubs in the rooms do not work, nor does the tv. The rooms were dusty and not really clean. The towels provided were dingy & dirty. The only thing that was good was the night staff was helpful.

Very spacious and relatively clean. Sometimes you can hear water running from adjacent room but barely bothered. Bed is comfortable and clean. I found some hair on the floor and smelled old mobs smell in the washroom floor mildly. After cleaning by myself, smells gone. Lots of restaurants nearby you can choose any kind. Walking friendly and easy access to subway. Definitely recommend it to my friends and will stay again. One thing they don't have slippers for indoor.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to my daughter’s apartment. I stayed a total of 10 nights. My room was spacious and clean, with a huge bathroom. Comfortable bed, too!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a nice 2 night stay. Very easy to get around. Parked our car and we used subway to go different places. Lots of restaurants near the hotel. Could have been cleaned better. Advertised as soundproof rooms but we could hear our neighbors late at night laughing.

Actually overall I was satisfied with the room size! It was cozy and clean. The environment is walkable location to metro. Noise level is low. The only issue that I was made me horrible experience was the room 1103 internet . It’s connected and disconnected instantly continuously. It’s so annoying for the past few night and I have to use my own data. The room service said because the internet is shared with whole floor and I checked internet speed is less than 1M even lower . But the whole floor only less than 10 rooms . It is unacceptable broadband speed, I hope this can improve in the future . Thanks

Good Location, 5-10 mins walk away from 2 different lines, walking distance to Jamsil sports complex and a 15-30 mins away from Lotte world tower. Lots of food around with a local market nearby too. It allows maybe check in maybe 15 minutes before the indicated check in time of 3pm only though. Room is big and there is a bath tub with jacuzzi, however the bubbles are not working. Good enough for a repeat stay in my opinion.

콘서트보러 와서 숙박했는데 공연장 가깝고,직원분 친절하고, 3명이 숙박하기에 비좁지 않았고,화장대,탁자도 잘 설치되어있고실내도 청결했어요.근처에 식당도 많았구요 아쉬운 점은 샤워실이 배수구쪽이 낮지않아 물이 바깥으로 새어나온거랑 화장대 밑 콘센트 일부에 플러그가 잘 꽂히지않아 이건 개선이 필요해요.

チェックインをするのが大変だったフロントの人とやり取りをするのではなく、機会でセルフチェックインだった。やり方がわからず、機会の使い方も分からなかったため困っていると、機会からスタッフの方の声がし、対応してもらえたが、韓国語または英語でないと難しそうであった。ホテル自体は綺麗で、清掃も良くしてあり、場所も良かった。しかし、バスルームとベットルームの間にドアは無いため、そこがやや不便であると感じた。コンサートがあり会場の近くであったためここを選択したが、次回は利用しないかもしれません。

The hotel is in a very convenient location if you plan to attend any events south of the Han River like concerts at Olympic Park. And with Jamsilsaenae station just a few minutes away, you can hop on the green line(Line 2) and get to Gangnam, Hongdae, Myeongdong, or any of the touristy spots in Seoul. That said if you're unfamiliar with Seoul, it's definitely not a touristy neighborhood but I loved it because you really get a feel of what it's like to live in Seoul. As for the hotel itself, it's mostly well-kept and I had no problems so I enjoyed my stay. Next time I'm in Seoul and need to stay south of the Han, Pharos Hotel is definitely going to be at the top of my list!

夜に到着したのですが周りには朝まで営業してる飲食店がたくさんあり助かりました。どのお店も良さげで美味しそうで迷うくらいでした。ホテルは部屋もバスルームも広さがあり快適に過ごせます。お値段以上かと思います。
