Room was very clean with no defects. Pool was wonderful! My wife enjoyed it very much. Private beach with umbrella and lounge chairs was terrific (note there’s a small rental fee). Wonderful breakfast and lots of restaurants in walking distance. A/C was great in room. Staff very friendly.

Alessia the front desk was a gem. Emanuella was lovely and gelpful but the town and location with not much food option was a problem. Nothing to do but beach The hotel could do with some thorough cleaning of the rooms and adding some amenities such as shampoo conditioners a box of tissue. Replacing cups for tea coffee … they were never replace. The phone was not working to call reception. Hotels. Com charged me almost two tines more than what hotel charges i feel i was ripped off paying so much for a 3 star in a very basic town

Very clean, the staff were just as you wish, the breakfast was espectacular, they had an elevator x 6,!!

Arrived too warm welcome at reception.Able to access the room which was on the second floor and had a balcony looking towards the sea. The room is comfortable with air-conditioning the breakfast was superb Continental style is home-made bread and cakes unlimited tea and coffee pool has a small childrens area next to a small play area.The location is just across from grottemarre beach The hotel has parking for around about eight cars with two charging points. It’s about a 30 minute walk into the Harbour area well worth it many restaurants in the market. This hotel has a small boutique type and the staff are fabulous. Its location is between go grottemarre and s bennitino both train stations that can get you to Ankona airport a cab is about €20. As well as a full range of restaurants opposite there is a pub less than 100 m away go to Sherwood run by an Italian family who made us most welcome
