I cannot fault this hotel. The staff were always present, funny, helpful, and charming to talk to. The facilities of those I visited, gym, lounge, and bar were fantastic. The room is perfect, the shower can make a bit of a puddle on the floor due to how it’s designed but with underfloor heating it’s not an issue. My bed, the room and bathroom were spotless. My only observation is that (although walkable) it’s abit of a travel to the city centre; however due to ease of bolt and Prague’s cheap and fantastic transportation I can’t even fault that. I would stay again as it was my pleasure.

Ein tolles Hotel mit einzigartigem Flair. Nicht günstig aber gut. Auch die Lage zentrumsnah in Prag mit Straßenbahn vor der Tür oder die Moldau. Das Zentrum erreicht man in ca. 25min zu Fuß. Parken kann man direkt vor Ort in der Tiefgarage. Eine Ladestation ist auch vorhanden, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und hatte zwei TVs und zwei Balkone. Einziges Manko war das Rührei beim Frühstück, welches einfach katastrophal war. Ansonsten ein leckeres Frühstücksbuffet welches lediglich in der Hauptzeit recht überfüllt ist. Aber wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles im ganzen war sehr gut was ich aber echt bemängeln muss,sind die Parkgebühren im haus, 29 euro pro tag ist ein Wucherpreis,sehr überteuert.

The hotel accommodated a group of us on a business trip. The facilities, including conferencing were excellent. The staff are fun, attentive, efficient and ensure the whole experience has a great vibe and energy. I can’t wait to go back!

We came and they had given us the wrong room, this was fixed imidietly. It was a bit lame that there was no fridge in the room. The food in the resturant was okey and the drinks was awesome, a bit strenge but awesome. Some of the men working there seemd a bit careless, but the women was great! Super nice and comfy roomes and super cool to play biljard and foosball in the lobby/resturant/bar area. We will be back.

I wanted to keep my options open so I only booked the first night of my three nights in Prague. As soon as I walked in the lobby, I knew this was my spot. Penta was fantastic. Loved the cleanliness of the rooms. great smelling soaps and shampoo. Super comfy big bed. Location was perfect for me, lots to do near by and easy to get everywhere. Staff were fantastic. I loved the lounge and stayed up late one night chatting with locals and playing pool. I highly recommend the Penta. Thank YOU!

The reception staff was great except for one lady with a poor attitude. Interacting with her was an unpleasant experience. She stood out like a sore thumb among the rest of staff that were polite and pleasant. The carpets are dirty (keep your shoes on). Apart from these, the bedding was good quality and the lobby ambiance was exceptionally relaxing. I probably would not stay here again

Enjoyed our stay for the majority of the time, main issue we had was there was an ant infestation in the room from the time we checked in and after complaining twice, was only moved because I refused to stay in the room! Staff member also tried to insinuate that we caused the infestation ourselves having been in the room less than 24hrs!

Big bed, quiet room, great bar…shower good apart from it ran out out onto the floor… not so great. Trams and metro to main areas close by. Great little independent coffee shop to the right on the next block… but book at weekends. First time in a penta hotel… will definitely use again.

schönes Hotel mit einem sehr schönen Eingang. Die Zimmer sind schön gemacht und haben einen kleinen Balkon. Die Ansich gute Dusche sollte nochmal überarbeitet werden da das Wasser nicht komplett in den Ablauf fließt sondern auch auf den Boden. Auch das Internet lässt leider manchmal zu Wünschen übrig da es zeitweise überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Als Abschließendes Fazit für den preis von ca. 90€ die Nacht ist es ein Gutes Hotel was nicht zu viel von sich verspricht. Über die wenigen Mängel lässt sich durchaus Hinwegsehen.

Only stayed for one night but the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Perhaps a little on the warm side though - the air conditioning didn’t seem very effective. Staff were a mixed bag with some reasonably friendly and others reasonably grumpy!

Very well located, close to the metro and the tram station, it was our base for discovering Prague. Room was comfortable with a good bed, and spacious for two people. They were strict with the check-in time, not a problem, but you always wish for flexibility.

Lovely stay with the family in a junior suite. The master bed is humongous about 220 cm wide. Two small balconies were a nice touch. The remote controls both tvs at once. And it would ve nice to have a casting option for media.

I stayed there for the location for a conference. Great location. However, i was on the first floor, right above the bar and breakfast area. The music was SO LOUD til very late. I had to run the air con constantly to try and drown it out, which resulted in very dry skin, hair, eyes, etc. I complained on the first night but they did nothing. I ended up having to skip half a day of the conference as I was so tired, so I could go back and sleep during the day as that was the only time it was quiet! I also missed several of thr conference arranged activities as I was so tired. I eventually was moved on my last night when I complained yet again as this time they had a DJ and the music was even louder, and due to go on til midnight. I was moved to the 6th floor and what a difference the quiet made. I was later emailed by management in response to my complaint, who said "if you had complained earlier we would have moved you immediately ". Clearly an outright lie as I had complained within hours on arriving on the first night. Very unimpressed overally. To make it worse, i had specifically requested a quiet room in my booking!

The hotel and our room was clean and nicely decorated. There was a lot of activities so it is really hard to get bored. The gym is better than usually in hotels. The breakfeast room could be bigger and there was a lot traffic and many risky situations. Staff could've been more wellcoming when checking in - no one even said hello or looked at us.
The hotel and our room was clean and nicely decorated. There was a lot of activities so it is really hard to get bored. The gym is better than usually in hotels. The breakfeast room could be bigger and there was a lot traffic and many risky situations. Staff could've been more wellcoming when checking in - no one even said hello or looked at us.

The hotel accommodated a group of us on a business trip. The facilities, including conferencing were excellent. The staff are fun, attentive, efficient and ensure the whole experience has a great vibe and energy. I can’t wait to go back!

The reception staff was great except for one lady with a poor attitude. Interacting with her was an unpleasant experience. She stood out like a sore thumb among the rest of staff that were polite and pleasant. The carpets are dirty (keep your shoes on). Apart from these, the bedding was good quality and the lobby ambiance was exceptionally relaxing. I probably would not stay here again

I stayed there for the location for a conference. Great location. However, i was on the first floor, right above the bar and breakfast area. The music was SO LOUD til very late. I had to run the air con constantly to try and drown it out, which resulted in very dry skin, hair, eyes, etc. I complained on the first night but they did nothing. I ended up having to skip half a day of the conference as I was so tired, so I could go back and sleep during the day as that was the only time it was quiet! I also missed several of thr conference arranged activities as I was so tired. I eventually was moved on my last night when I complained yet again as this time they had a DJ and the music was even louder, and due to go on til midnight. I was moved to the 6th floor and what a difference the quiet made. I was later emailed by management in response to my complaint, who said "if you had complained earlier we would have moved you immediately ". Clearly an outright lie as I had complained within hours on arriving on the first night. Very unimpressed overally. To make it worse, i had specifically requested a quiet room in my booking!

I cannot fault this hotel. The staff were always present, funny, helpful, and charming to talk to. The facilities of those I visited, gym, lounge, and bar were fantastic. The room is perfect, the shower can make a bit of a puddle on the floor due to how it’s designed but with underfloor heating it’s not an issue. My bed, the room and bathroom were spotless. My only observation is that (although walkable) it’s abit of a travel to the city centre; however due to ease of bolt and Prague’s cheap and fantastic transportation I can’t even fault that. I would stay again as it was my pleasure.

Had a fantastic 3 days here! Was a little concerned before arriving that we may have been too far out of town but I needn't have worried. Only a short few tram stops to the centre of things and, as we discovered, very easy (and cheap) to get an Uber from right outside the hotel to anywhere. It was also nice to return to a little quieter location after a busy day. Comfortable rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff and a fantastic bar/lounge area. Would definitely return.

Very well located, close to the metro and the tram station, it was our base for discovering Prague. Room was comfortable with a good bed, and spacious for two people. They were strict with the check-in time, not a problem, but you always wish for flexibility.

Nice hotel at a good price. It is a bit of a walk to Old Square and most other attractions from here, so be sure you have good comfy shoes, and decent health! Otherwise a Bolt ride is fairly cheap from here too.

Ich war schon öfter im Penta Hotel in Prag. Grundsätzlich immer angenehm. Aber am Frühstücksei haben sie immer noch nichts geändert. Grundsätzlich sollte beim Frühstück etwas passieren. In den Stoßzeiten eine Katastrophe.

Ein tolles Hotel mit einzigartigem Flair. Nicht günstig aber gut. Auch die Lage zentrumsnah in Prag mit Straßenbahn vor der Tür oder die Moldau. Das Zentrum erreicht man in ca. 25min zu Fuß. Parken kann man direkt vor Ort in der Tiefgarage. Eine Ladestation ist auch vorhanden, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und hatte zwei TVs und zwei Balkone. Einziges Manko war das Rührei beim Frühstück, welches einfach katastrophal war. Ansonsten ein leckeres Frühstücksbuffet welches lediglich in der Hauptzeit recht überfüllt ist. Aber wir kommen gerne wieder.
