Esperienza positiva, unica pecca il parcheggio, dovrebbe almeno esserci la possibilità di prenotarlo a pagamento, non è accettabile di dover parcheggiare 200 metri sotto la neve col rischio di scivolare. Per il resto la SPA perfetta, ma il letto un po' scomodo, forse dovuto all'usura, ma da rivedere.

QC opened this spa in 2019 and created a stunning spa in a former hotel that, although is high quality is in a need of an overhaul. It’s a traditional charming chalet style and the view towards Mont Blanc is something to behold. The downside are unquestionably the rooms. Although charming, they are small and looking tired. The beds themselves are good. Staying guests are generously allowed free access to the spa after arrival as well as after check out the next day. An aperitivo in the spa at 5pm is also included making the stay excellent and decent value. The restaurants dinner service is professional with a good wine list but the food was under par and didn’t meet expectations by some margin, but plenty of dining options in nearby courmayeur. I would stay here again. Despite the disappointing rooms the spa facilities and quality makes up for this.

Splendid resort. However, the personnel (from the receptionists to the waitresses in the restaurant) overloaded and not very careful in keeping the standard that the level of the hotel requires. Quite upsetting to see people showing up for breakfast and (especially) for dinner in ropes and sleepers, serving themselves by touching food rather than following the required healthy standard using the correct cutlery. The maitre is supposed to monitor more closely what is going on the room.

La Spa è molto graziosa, seppur di dimensioni contenute, con una bella vista sul Monte Bianco. Siamo rimasti tuttavia molto delusi dalla camera e dai servizi dell'hotel, inadeguati per il costo e reputazione del gruppo QC Terme. Camera decisamente da ristrutturare. Ci è risultata fredda, mal isolata e mal insonorizzata. Doccia con gravi problemi di pressione dell'acqua, oltre che essere obsoleta. Nous avons demandé de changé de chambre car dans la notre derrière la porte une boule de papier wc et sur cette même chambre le voisin du balcon de sa chambre avec vue sur notre chambre bref à part le spa je pense que il mérite pas les étoiles pas de geste de la part de l’hôtel à part changement de chambre qui me paraît normale

Hotel has a beautiful SPA and comfortable rooms. Noisy from the road. Gowns and slippers are provided, also amazing bag with toiletries and coffee maker available in the room. Additionaly tea/coffee/water available at reception area. Huge benefit - after dinner drink in the lounge was such a treat. Receptionist didn't explain everything on arrival and the restaurant was ok.

Beautiful hotel with amazing services and common spaces. I have really enjoyed the on-site Spa, staff availability, and free breakfast. However, the rooms are not very big and the dinner is good but nothing special.

Hotel sympathique, chaleureux, espace SPA agreable mais les chambres sont un peu bruyantes (on entend bien ses voisins et les voitures si les fenetres dont ouvertes meme si la route est calme en milieu de nuit) et les salles de bains sont vraiment petites.

We enjoyed our stay at QC Terme. The thermal pools and saunas were a bit hit after a hard days skiing . We also enjoyed the complimentary happy hour in our bath robes. The language was a challenge as I don't speak Italian and the staff speak very little English . We were fortunate that our daughter speaks good Italian. The restaurant was average and almost empty when we went. The better dining is in town. The room was lovely but the bathroom was awkward. The tiny shower over a tiny tub with rounded bottom was almost dangerous. Overall I'd be happy to go back.

Boa base para explorar a região. Restaurante bom e conveniente. Passamos o réveillon de 2025/26 uma ceia excelente! Quarto com bela vista mas um pouco pequeno. Alguma dificuldadev para estacionar o carro ( o hotel estava lotado). Staff apenas eficiente.

We enjoyed our stay at QC Terme. The thermal pools and saunas were a bit hit after a hard days skiing . We also enjoyed the complimentary happy hour in our bath robes. The language was a challenge as I don't speak Italian and the staff speak very little English . We were fortunate that our daughter speaks good Italian. The restaurant was average and almost empty when we went. The better dining is in town. The room was lovely but the bathroom was awkward. The tiny shower over a tiny tub with rounded bottom was almost dangerous. Overall I'd be happy to go back.

L'Hotel si trova in una fantastica posizione, questo ti permette di godere di una vista delle montagne innevate unica nel suo genere, essendo la piscina esterna affacciata appunto sotto le montagne. A parte questo il rate chiesto per la stanza non e' assolutamente al livello del servizio fornito in hotel, si per quanto riguarda il servizio SPA che per la poca gentilezza del personal frontdesk.

Hotel has a beautiful SPA and comfortable rooms. Noisy from the road. Gowns and slippers are provided, also amazing bag with toiletries and coffee maker available in the room. Additionaly tea/coffee/water available at reception area. Huge benefit - after dinner drink in the lounge was such a treat. Receptionist didn't explain everything on arrival and the restaurant was ok.

Hotel sympathique, chaleureux, espace SPA agreable mais les chambres sont un peu bruyantes (on entend bien ses voisins et les voitures si les fenetres dont ouvertes meme si la route est calme en milieu de nuit) et les salles de bains sont vraiment petites.

QC opened this spa in 2019 and created a stunning spa in a former hotel that, although is high quality is in a need of an overhaul. It’s a traditional charming chalet style and the view towards Mont Blanc is something to behold. The downside are unquestionably the rooms. Although charming, they are small and looking tired. The beds themselves are good. Staying guests are generously allowed free access to the spa after arrival as well as after check out the next day. An aperitivo in the spa at 5pm is also included making the stay excellent and decent value. The restaurants dinner service is professional with a good wine list but the food was under par and didn’t meet expectations by some margin, but plenty of dining options in nearby courmayeur. I would stay here again. Despite the disappointing rooms the spa facilities and quality makes up for this.

La tranquillità e la spensieratezza che ti da questa struttura è il suo punto di forza. Siamo stati molto bene. Nel ristorante si mangia bene, ma purtroppo c’è poca scelta di piatti. Sulla Spa niente da dire, tutto eccezionale.

The receptionist was very slow to check in - it took about 10 min standing in front of him while he was using his computer. He was not aware if the restaurant was opened , couldn’t show us restaurant Menü . The hotel has distinct smell when you come in with candles burning all day . My partner felt it was overwhelmingly strong . Similar Situation was in our room - we had to open our windows but it barely helped . During dinner our meals were switched . My partner ordered beef with leek and instead received beef with zukini and tomatoes . The waiter explained that they made a mistake in the kitchen and swapped our side dishes . The spa fees were not included and we were told that we can go to the spa and pay 54 euros . On the check out day we went to the spa and the fees were 65 euros and we were told that we had to reserve the lower cost fees from the hotel . Our receptionist didn’t share any of it with us . I feel this could have been better.
