Lovely and spacious for our family of 6. All the amenities provided and in a very good location. Coles over the road as well which made cooking easy. The pool is great, heated to a lovely temperature even for a summers day and the spa is a good size. Would stay here again when visiting Mackay.

A great place to stay. Perfect location close to pubs and supermarkets. The only negative was there was one of the two lifts operational. We definitely will be back.

Excellent stay. Great, quick check-in. Secure parking available. Room and bathroom both spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Very quiet and good sleep. Room safe. Kitchen with oven top, microwave, fridge, toaster, saucepans etc. Tea and coffee. Shower had good hot water and pressure. Great central location, short walk to everything. Fantastic pub with good restaurant across the road. Overall wonderful stay. Will be back next time I'm in Mackay!

Room was spotless, staff were courteous and accommodating. The only issue or concern was the exit to the parking seemed to be left open which raised concerns for safety. Would definitely stay there again.

The room smelled and was not cleaned properly with makeup splatter from the previous guests on the tile in the bathroom. Front desk staff member was not friendly at all and would take awhile to even acknowledge we were standing at the desk while she was on the computer. Our room key stopped letting us in our room twice in the 36 hours we stayed there. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Charming but the bed sheets were dirty when we got there. We informed the lady and she brought us new ones but we had to help her make the bed. She said they’d send someone the next day to do it all correctly and change the sheets again. That didn’t happen. Otherwise lovely place with friendly staff

Lovely staff, clean land comfortable room with kitchenette, right next to an Coles, and good view. Quest comfort as always. Coles loading trucks woke me up at 730am. Maybe ask for a room on non coles side. No coffee pod machine disappointing. Scent of toiletries not superb.

The 2 bedroom apartment was great. Beds and pillows were comfortable. It was good to have a washing machine and dryer to use as well. Well equipped kitchen. Coles and the other shops was over the road. Easy 1 min walk. Overall highly recommend. We would stay again.

Lovely staff, clean land comfortable room with kitchenette, right next to an Coles, and good view. Quest comfort as always. Coles loading trucks woke me up at 730am. Maybe ask for a room on non coles side. No coffee pod machine disappointing. Scent of toiletries not superb.

The 2 bedroom apartment was great. Beds and pillows were comfortable. It was good to have a washing machine and dryer to use as well. Well equipped kitchen. Coles and the other shops was over the road. Easy 1 min walk. Overall highly recommend. We would stay again.

Excellent stay. Great, quick check-in. Secure parking available. Room and bathroom both spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Very quiet and good sleep. Room safe. Kitchen with oven top, microwave, fridge, toaster, saucepans etc. Tea and coffee. Shower had good hot water and pressure. Great central location, short walk to everything. Fantastic pub with good restaurant across the road. Overall wonderful stay. Will be back next time I'm in Mackay!

1 Br apartment was very comfortable, with king bed. Front desk helpful and friendly. Secure undercover parking. We had one minor issue with the dryer, which was rectified straight away. Great location too.

We don’t review a lot of places we stay in unless they are something special . This hotel is a special place and an amazing building and hotel . Like a self contained mini city . We had a large one beddy apartment and it would have to be the best laid out space on the market . Everything worked so perfectly and the stay was amazing . The pool complex is a stunner as well. Staff were top itch and really made us feel welcome . Fun stay and would head back there any time . Good work Quest you have nailed this hotel

We had a very enjoyable stay. The room was clean, tidy, and well-presented, with comfortable beds and everything we needed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and happy to help whenever we had questions. There was plenty of convenient parking, which made coming and going easy. Overall, the motel was quiet, comfortable, and great value for money. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to other travellers.

This is a great place to stay very clean and comfortable. Check in was welcoming and check out was a little different. I think if customers are a bit confused as to how to get to the car park be a little bit more helpful
