Beautifully designed property with several unique and inviting spaces. Very comfortable room and bed and we took advantage of the complimentary use of the kayaks and paddle boards and easy access to the beach. The staff at the front desk and the pool bar were extremely friendly and laid back. Lovely hotel.

The hotel is fabulous. The setting by far the best. The vibe incredible. Loved the boat ride, live music, the food is delicious. Unfortunately we stayed in the main house this time,it is quite noisy as the installation needs to be increased. The manager of the dining room is nasty and has an angry presence. Other than him your staff is lovely

What a beautiful property!! Recently renovated and sparkling in every area. Gorgeous light filled corner room facing the Bay. Dining on porch with lovely view and very good food. Lovely staff, though front desk seemed new and not aware of what activities were available, though listed on the welcome letter. Small frustration that the spa was closed as the only masseuse was sick for the whole week. But, hotel's private boat took us for lunch at Sag Harbour, at no charge!? Wonderful and can't wait to return!

The property is amazing, Shelter Island is great, the amenities are top notch and the overall setting is spectacular but what made it truly special is the service. They could not have been kinder to my daughter and us. They have really outdone on making you feel welcome.

Beautiful resort with historic charm, very well positioned on a scenic cove. Upgraded luxury with a classic yacht club tone that is both beautiful and comfortable yet approachable and relaxing. Service is excellent and there to support your needs everyone is attentive. Plenty of amenities to enjoy but all set to a relaxing tone.

This hotel has unethically taken money from me. An authorized reservation was made and I reported it to the hotel and expedia. I got a message saying " The Pridwin Hotel cannot honor your upcoming booking on 6/28/2024 " yet they refused to refund the unauthorized purchase and I have had to take the matter up with my bank as well as the consumer protection bureau. This hotel is a total joke please avoid these theives.

The hotel and the grounds are gorgeous. There are so many lovely places to sit and admire the views. All staff were amazing. All were cordial, prompt and attentive. From check-in to bell men to pool staff to dock boys, bartenders, housekeeping, waitresses and all staff were fantastic. Whoever does the hiring for this hotel should be commended! We would love to return.

The hotel and the grounds are gorgeous. There are so many lovely places to sit and admire the views. All staff were amazing. All were cordial, prompt and attentive. Best resort in the Hamptons / Long Island area! My family and I loved this resort before and after renovations- which are incredible. The staff is outstandingly well trained and so kind. We come to Shelter Island / North Fork annually so we love that The Pridwin has been renewed.

What a beautiful property!! Recently renovated and sparkling in every area. Gorgeous light filled corner room facing the Bay. Dining on porch with lovely view and very good food. Lovely staff, though front desk seemed new and not aware of what activities were available, though listed on the welcome letter. Small frustration that the spa was closed as the only masseuse was sick for the whole week. But, hotel's private boat took us for lunch at Sag Harbour, at no charge!? Wonderful and can't wait to return!

Beautiful resort with historic charm, very well positioned on a scenic cove. Upgraded luxury with a classic yacht club tone that is both beautiful and comfortable yet approachable and relaxing. Service is excellent and there to support your needs everyone is attentive. Plenty of amenities to enjoy but all set to a relaxing tone.

The hotel and the grounds are gorgeous. There are so many lovely places to sit and admire the views. All staff were amazing. All were cordial, prompt and attentive. From check-in to bell men to pool staff to dock boys, bartenders, housekeeping, waitresses and all staff were fantastic. Whoever does the hiring for this hotel should be commended! We would love to return.

The Pridwin is a beautiful property with a stunning view and old New England, Americana historic vibe. It is a quintessential experience if you want to have quiet yet convenience to both the north and south forks. The ferry is quick and the island is beautiful and quiet if you go during off season. Lovely long weekend trip for me and my husband. Highly recommend.

Recently renovated. Keeps vintage decor around. The concierge promptly addresses customer questions via email. Very relaxing outdoor terraces. Food in general can be improved. Katherine, Loren, and David were amazing. Big shout out. I'm sure I left someone out. Staff is awesome.

The hotel is fabulous. The setting by far the best. The vibe incredible. Loved the boat ride, live music, the food is delicious. Unfortunately we stayed in the main house this time,it is quite noisy as the installation needs to be increased. The manager of the dining room is nasty and has an angry presence. Other than him your staff is lovely

We had such an amazing stay at the Pridwin! Their staff truly goes above and beyond to make your experience positive. Phenomenal food/ drinks great views. Couldn’t ask for a better trip! Can’t wait to go back!

The Pridwin is amazing for a shelter island getaway. The property is gorgeous and the access to the beach and pool, kayaking and pickleball courts leave nothing to be desired. The staff is wonderful and so accommodating. Don’t miss the summer Wednesday bbqs!

We love the Pridwin! One caveat - the coffee is excellent, but, frankly, the Pridwin is quite upscale (read pricey). Free cofffee would be a lovely, graceful addition to an otherwise magnificent experience.

If you want to be in/near the Hamptons-and want downtime-this is the place. It is a sanctuary away from all of the hustle and bustle. It feels like you took the Sagamore and put it on the Long Island Sound.

We were at the Pridwin because of a family wedding on Shelter Island. What an absolutely beautiful hotel! The location is fabulous, right across from the bay and the hotel is designed to really take advantage of the views. Our compliments and thanks to the outstanding staff, they were so warm and helpful! I would go back again in a heartbeat.
