Hanno scritto CHECK IN alle 7:00 però quando arrivi Hotel trovi una bella Notizia che check in apre alle 15:00 Però la Collega era Gentile mi avevano fatto entrare Come che avevo prenotato un Letto anche per mio Bambino NON li hanno datto Più in camera non Hanno Boli tore e televisore Poi resto tutto andato bene Buffet Molto buono cena perfetta

We were an extended family of 7 and loved our stay here! What a beautiful location and the travel pass during our stay made for one of our favorite days during our vacation. Depending on which way you get there, the drive from Brienz is not for the faint hearted. That said, the scenery was amazing. Checking in and relaxing with a very nice dinner at the hotel made for a relaxing evening. The hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff was attentive and breakfast was good. Would highly recommend!

The hotel, staff and overall experience was lovely and surprised us during our short stay. The only small issue was the lack of air conditioning available, and not even a fan to help move the air around. Also, not the hotels fault but the 30 mins and on the hour church bells did hamper a good nights sleep. The restaurant was lovely and breakfast simple.
