Lovely stay But this is advertised as B&B so you would think there would be choices a little disappointed .No where to dine.shouldnt be advertised as B&B weather complimentary or not! We were not made aware beforehand.

This B&B is situated in an ideal position very near to the Esplanade where you can sit and look over the sandy South Beach. The main high street was a very pleasant short walk away , where you can find plenty of places to eat or just sit and enjoy a coffee. Bedroom was very comfortable, clean and had nice decor. All the usual room amenities were available ie tea making, iron, safe etc. Breakfast baskets were brought to your room in the morning. These consisted of a generously sized breakfast bap with egg, sausage and bacon in , orange juice, yogurt and a pastry. Housekeeping tidied the room every day.

I have stayed here before and second time round I felt it had improved a lot (not sure why as same owners!) I had the large room 1 on the ground floor which was very comfortable. Breakfast is a basic basket (with an incredible bacon, sausage and egg bap!!) which suited me well, but maybe it won’t be for everyone, and at 9am quite late for business people. Tenby cafes don’t seem to open until 9am either. Wonderful location and with street parking at Tenby a challenge, this hotel is very close to the big south beach car park - warning £10 for overnight stay. Overall I would use this hotel again.

A very pleasant stay. The room was clean and tidy, lovely view to the sea. Breakfast was served to your room as the dining room is closed for health reasons. And it was delicious and plentiful. Parking was in the street, pot luck. However there was overnight parking(£7) if you were out of luck. Very happy to recommend.

Lovely. Clean & convenient B&B Just out side Tenby in the hotel zone with great sea views with a carpark to the rear with reasonable fees for £10 a night to park. with welcoming staff & great breakfast box to your door at 9 o'clock for a lovely breakfast in bed. Recommended

Contact-less check in actually worked here! Very comfortable and spacious room. Very clean. Excellent lighting. Natural light wonderful - and opening windows! Wonderful breakfast. Quiet and peaceful location. Would have been happy to stay longer. Easy walk to town, buses, trains....

One night stay. Great relaxing and quiet location easy parking within 50 metres. Very clean, spacious, light airy and well furnished room. Excellent quality breakfast delivered free to my room. Unbelievably great value for the money. I travel around the yk on a weekly basis, Bed and breakfast for this or substantialy more money do not come any better. Keep up the great work!!

This b and b is in a great location, public car park around the corner and some rooms have sea views. 5 mins walk to the centre of Tenby. The room itself was modern and immaculate and super comfy bed. Large shower, large flatscreen tv, safe and small toiletries (one shower gel and one shampoo not enough for two perhaps) Breakfast is a hamper delivered to you room which we liked with a hot bacon egg and sausage roll, pastry, small juice and yogurt and cereal bar. Perhaps could do with a little pot of fruit rather than a cereal bar and larger juice. The corridors need a revamp but don’t let that out you off. Would definitely return

A fabulous B&B a few mins walk to the beach. Such a big room which was so clean and decorated beautifully. A really comfortable bed and a great bathroom. A lush breakfast delivered to the room. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

What a wee gem of a place. We absolutely loved our stay. The room was so spacious and immaculately laid out. We enjoyed have the sofa area to sit and relax. Breakfast was 10/10 and we felt very spoilt having it delivered to our room each morning. The love effort and care put into this B&B is obvious for all to see. Thank you for the warm welcome and perfect stay Joe - we shall definitely be making a return visit - next time with friends and/or family in tow!! xx

Excellent experience from start to finish. Joe and Jo are excellent hosts! The room was spacious. Very clean and they provide a lovely selection of tea/coffee facilities. The breakfast delivered to your room was perfect both morning. Well done we will definitely be returning.

We have not had a good summer In Wales but we managed to get on the beach on 3 of our days in Tenby. We dined out every evening with planned trip in advance to some of our favourite restaurants. We never got to meet our hosts at the hotel but I think the system in place at the hotel worked perfectly. The room number 3 was beautifully decorated and we even had a small table and 2 chairs that we could sit and look at the sea on a side view this is something we enjoyed the room also had a small fridge which we kept our drinks cold . Well done the hosts at the Strathmore keep doing what you’re doing it definitely works and best of luck in the future. We would definitely stay again and we would love to stay in room 3.😉😎.

Our room was spacious with a lounge seating area. The room was tastefully decorated with an updated bathroom. It had all the conviences, ie. USB outlets(yay), hairdryer, coffee or tea, kettle, etc. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. I would 100% stay again. Loved it!

My husband and I have a lovely 2-night stay at The Strathmore. Our room was clean, tidy, modern and had really excellent facilities. The breakfast basket was a really pleasant way to wake up in the morning! The hosts were really friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

My boyfriend & I had a lovely 2 night stay at the Strathmore! Welcomed at check in by a friendly gentleman, the room was stunning & the view from our room (room 5) was great! We loved the breakfast being brought to the room, around 9am a knock on the door and your breakfast basket left for you to collect when convenient. The breakfast rolls were hot & tasty, lots of other choices included in the basket too, would stay here again for the breakfast option alone. Overall a perfect stay, perfect location & we will definitely be returning

Owner not there to greet you . Just left keys to room . Room was clean and nice . Couldn’t get much in the wardrobe though. Very odd shape. Breakfast in a basket left outside your door, which I could not get on with at all I don’t know why the dining room isn’t used ? I would have liked a light breakfast.eg cereal and toast . But no options , just breakfast roll and cereal bars , yoghurt and orange juice . No table to eat food on in bedroom so had to eat it on the bed ! Never seen owner at all throughout our stay, so no customer service at all .

What a wee gem of a place. We absolutely loved our stay. The room was so spacious and immaculately laid out. We enjoyed have the sofa area to sit and relax. Breakfast was 10/10 and we felt very spoilt having it delivered to our room each morning. The love effort and care put into this B&B is obvious for all to see. Thank you for the warm welcome and perfect stay Joe - we shall definitely be making a return visit - next time with friends and/or family in tow!! xx

Excellent experience from start to finish. Joe and Jo are excellent hosts! The room was spacious. Very clean and they provide a lovely selection of tea/coffee facilities. The breakfast delivered to your room was perfect both morning. Well done we will definitely be returning.

This B&B is situated in an ideal position very near to the Esplanade where you can sit and look over the sandy South Beach. The main high street was a very pleasant short walk away , where you can find plenty of places to eat or just sit and enjoy a coffee. Bedroom was very comfortable, clean and had nice decor. All the usual room amenities were available ie tea making, iron, safe etc. Breakfast baskets were brought to your room in the morning. These consisted of a generously sized breakfast bap with egg, sausage and bacon in , orange juice, yogurt and a pastry. Housekeeping tidied the room every day.

Really friendly on arrival and throughout our stay. The location was perfect, literally a 5 minute or less walk to everything. The room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was lovely.

I have stayed here before and second time round I felt it had improved a lot (not sure why as same owners!) I had the large room 1 on the ground floor which was very comfortable. Breakfast is a basic basket (with an incredible bacon, sausage and egg bap!!) which suited me well, but maybe it won’t be for everyone, and at 9am quite late for business people. Tenby cafes don’t seem to open until 9am either. Wonderful location and with street parking at Tenby a challenge, this hotel is very close to the big south beach car park - warning £10 for overnight stay. Overall I would use this hotel again.

Owner not there to greet you . Just left keys to room . Room was clean and nice . Couldn’t get much in the wardrobe though. Very odd shape. Breakfast in a basket left outside your door, which I could not get on with at all I don’t know why the dining room isn’t used ? I would have liked a light breakfast.eg cereal and toast . But no options , just breakfast roll and cereal bars , yoghurt and orange juice . No table to eat food on in bedroom so had to eat it on the bed ! Never seen owner at all throughout our stay, so no customer service at all .

My boyfriend & I had a lovely 2 night stay at the Strathmore! Welcomed at check in by a friendly gentleman, the room was stunning & the view from our room (room 5) was great! We loved the breakfast being brought to the room, around 9am a knock on the door and your breakfast basket left for you to collect when convenient. The breakfast rolls were hot & tasty, lots of other choices included in the basket too, would stay here again for the breakfast option alone. Overall a perfect stay, perfect location & we will definitely be returning

A fabulous B&B a few mins walk to the beach. Such a big room which was so clean and decorated beautifully. A really comfortable bed and a great bathroom. A lush breakfast delivered to the room. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

One night stay. Great relaxing and quiet location easy parking within 50 metres. Very clean, spacious, light airy and well furnished room. Excellent quality breakfast delivered free to my room. Unbelievably great value for the money. I travel around the yk on a weekly basis, Bed and breakfast for this or substantialy more money do not come any better. Keep up the great work!!

This b and b is in a great location, public car park around the corner and some rooms have sea views. 5 mins walk to the centre of Tenby. The room itself was modern and immaculate and super comfy bed. Large shower, large flatscreen tv, safe and small toiletries (one shower gel and one shampoo not enough for two perhaps) Breakfast is a hamper delivered to you room which we liked with a hot bacon egg and sausage roll, pastry, small juice and yogurt and cereal bar. Perhaps could do with a little pot of fruit rather than a cereal bar and larger juice. The corridors need a revamp but don’t let that out you off. Would definitely return

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Tenby. Everything was excellent and spotless. The room was very spacious, the bed was large and extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was also very spacious. The location is fantastic—just a 2-minute walk to the beautiful beach, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday. The breakfast was good and offered quality food, but it was exactly the same every day. It would be even better if there were a few different options on some mornings. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tenby!

With our top floor room (no lift), and a heatwave, we weren't sure how we'd cope. The room was prepared with blinds down and fan on. The bed was really comfortable, and the shower was great! Everything was spotlessly clean. Plenty of storage space, an iron, safe and a fridge, all included in the price. An excellent breakfast in a box was delivered at 9am (could be earlier if requested). Freshly cooked breakfast baps with sausage, bacon and egg. Along with fruit juice, pastries and a yoghurt. I'm gluten free and instead of pastries I had a Raw bar. Although we didn't see them, our hosts Jo and Joe were very responsive by text. Perfectly situated for the beach, and a short walk from the town, it was perfect for us.
