Hotel Armida Guaymas

Not a good experience when your plan is to go have fun moderately. I am not a rude or inconsiderate person but for some reason i noticed my treatment different than the one given to other guests. Most of the employees don't know the words "your welcome or thank you", expect for the older lady during breakfast she was very nice. Too many rules just to be at the pool, like no music no drinks near the pool not even water bottles, but other nights we could hear the music from our room coming from other guests in the pool. When we brought up this issue to the security in the area I was told he warned the guests but could not do anything else. I like that they try to save elctricity in the rooms since you had to insert your room key in a slot inside the room in order for the electricity to work but its not convenient when you are only given one room key. Anyways I for sure do not recommend this hotel if you want to have a decent time listening to music to relax and take your own towel to the pool since you have to ask reception for them but there's never any available. Did I mention one of the branches of a tall palm tree, which was really big and you could tell it had been a while since it started to decay, fell right on our table by the pool, it would be nice if they took care of those plants.

Armida Hotel is a very nice budget friendly hotel. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and stocked with all the essentials. Parking was secure and staffed by security 24/7. The hotel offered free breakfast buffet. We stayed 4 nights and breakfast items changed on a daily basis. El Oeste, the steak house connected to the hotel was delicious. Rated #1 in Guaymus on Trip Advisor. The hotel manager, who happened to be at El Oeste the first night we were there was very friendly and attentive. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and looking for k forward to returning in near future.

The stay was complicated by a lot of construction on the property. I had to be shifted around because my room had no running water. Other things appeared to not be in top condition. However the location and convenience for me balanced out my stay.

The Armida is not impressive from the outside, but is wonderful inside. The grounds, rooms, and pool area are excellent. Truly an oasis in the middle of the city.

Hotel Armida is our regular stop, traveling to and from Mazatlan. The staff are friendly and helpful. The interior grounds that surround the pool are beautiful, offering an enjoyable spot to sit and read. In addition, the hotel has a restaurant and an adjacent steakhouse, both providing delicious food.

Muy buen servicio, las habitaciones confortables, limpias. La comida muy rica, lo que no me gusto es que hay muy poco estacionamiento. Pero si recomiendo la propiedad.

SOLO BATALLE UN POCO EN EL ESTACIONAMIENTO PERO SI LOGRE CONSEGUIR UN ESTACIONAMIENTO

Realmente nos encantó y disfrutamos mucho la estancia... La alberca muy limpia, al igual que la habitación... El buffet del desayuno riquísimo..

Everything was nice and clean. The security was also good for us. Thank you.

The hotel has a nice look making you feel like you're in a bit of a oasis. The surrounding city completely disappears because of it. Staff was friendly but a bit unprofessional. Paying on arrival, only for them to discover Expedia also already made the transaction - So I paid double. They quickly discovered this and corrected the mistake. But still... We checked in 2 hours early, they kindly let us, but 1 room wasn't ready yet. It took them 3 hours to sort it out and I suspect they forgot about the 2nd room and didn't want to provide it at all. After repeated "wait for a whiles, we're cleaning the room" excuses I finally got the 2nd room and found it not so clean... Dust everywhere where a easy wipe couldn't reach. Wifi was pretty much non-existent and I couldn't connect my laptop at all. My phone kept dropping the connection because the signal was so weak. Absolutely useless. In both rooms amenities like towel hooks, tiling, outlets and small things like that were worn out or outright broken. Not a big deal, but once you poke through the thin layer of luxury you see at first glance a bit of a downer. Overall a fine hotel. But if I had to pay full price and this is what I got it's not something I'd return for.

Las instalaciones son antiguas, le están invirtiendo pero aún es muy básico. Las áreas comunes y el restaurante muy bien. El personal muy amable y atento. La habitación muy limpia aunque se ve algo viejo (ej. las sábanas estaban rasgadas). En general bien aunque la tarifa es un poco alta para el lugar. Por muy poco más hay otros hoteles (del mismo grupo) de mayor calidad que incluyen el desayuno.

Les falla en la limpieza de las habitaciones, muchos cabellos en el suelo, en la regadera , incluso en la cama , un hotel viejo que huele a viejo , no me gustó

El hotel, no proporciona toallas para más de 2 personas en la habitación. Las puertas se traban por humedad. La televisión tiene mala señal. Habitaciones mal Iluminadas.

Las habitaciones son amplias con camas y colchones bien comodos, la alberca frente al cuarto es lo mejor.

Hubo varios detalles, el desayuno es solo para 2 y no permiten complemento, no había apoyo con las maletas, la puerta del cuarto se atoraba y la regadera no se iba el agua.

MUY MALA EXPERENCIA. Lobby no contesta, habitaciones viejas, hotel en general necesita reparación. Mentirosos los de lobby- durante un mes pedia la factura y me decían que dentro del día y nunca llegó. NO RECOMENDADO. Mejor City express y Holiday inn en Guaymas, edificios nuevo y el mismo costo.

Estuvimos este fin de semana hospedados y la habitación tenía problemas para el acceso ya que la chapa digital contaba con fallas porque simplemente no abria, se reportó a mantenimiento y solamente me “explicó” la maña para poder abrirla.. la verdad fue bastante molesto estar batallando cada vez que queríamos ingresar a la habitación

Se quedaron sin agua en la noche y no me pude bañar

Las instalaciones ya están muy viejas, los baños tambien, llaves y gotera. Sistema de cable malo tv Falta de estacionamiento.

Es recomendable que el personal de servicio tenga los mismos protocolos de acción, respuesta y servicio porque no es congruente, parece que actúan distinto día a dia

Es segura, en mi opinión deberían de tener más empleados en recepción en horas pico. Cuando es horario de checkin.

Super agradable personal,muy amables, la verdad súper recomendable

Check in muy tardado , no incluyen el desayuno para los niños siendo que decía que incluía el desayuno, no querían prestar toallas para la alberca para los niños, el servicio es nefasto, no lleguen a este hotel, busquen otra opción.

Everything within walking distance. For me great for a quick stop and to get on my way. Comfortable. Great restaurant attached to hotel! Will become a permanent stop on my frequent travels through the area.

Tengo tiempo con la pagina por lo consiguiente soy miembro plata al reservar me deci desayuno incluido siempre viajo con mi familia dos adultos dos niños y me dijeron que solo incluia para dos si me moleste y la gerenta de la mañana con cara de agale como quiera

Riquisima la comida, atencion del personal exelente
