Color Country Motel

Good place to stay for short trip. Bed was squeaky but fine since it was clean. Parking can get tight if coming back late and motel is full. Otherwise fair enough for the price in the area.

this was in a quiet location with enough room to park a truck and trailer. Dogs had room to walk out back.

It was decent for the price. It’s an older place and mostly clean but it needs a little love. We only had 1 towel in our room so I had to go get more. Parking is EXTREMELY CROWDED and limited.

It was a good stay for the price, which was great. We were able to park motorcycles close by which is always appreciated. The lights from the parking lot were a little bright through the window, so some heavier curtains could fix that easily and make the room much darker. Otherwise it was a good lodging.

Would highly recommend this motel, comfortable beds, very clean! Appreciated the filtered water in the ice room. Laundry was across the street at a sister resort with only one washer and dryer so not too convenient.

Affordable, quiet and functional generally. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is tight/limited. You get what you pay for.

Fine option for a cheaper stay near Bryce Canyon. Town was pretty quiet. A lot of places were closed during my stay, only open some days during the week. Room was fine. Bed was decently comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Plenty of parking. Appreciated the filtered drinking water near the ice machine. The bad: curtains to the window going to the parking lot were sheer. Let light in and felt a little uncomfortable. Bumped my head on the wall light over the bed more than a few times. Bathroom door didn’t close, at least not without force. Mini fridge wasn’t really cold at all. There was a very creepy older man there, in room 4, during my stay. He seemed very comfortable there and didn’t always see a car around, so thinking he was a longer term guest. He sat outside or peered out his open door and stared at me whenever I was out of my room- the whole time I was unloading/loading my car, whenever I was driving in/out. Made me very uncomfortable!

Budget friendly if booked online. Parking lot very tiny, dont recommend if pulling a boat or trailer. It was perfect for the rest from drivi g if thats what you are looking for. I chose this location for bidget friendly and close, less than 30 min, to Bryce Canyon National Park.

The place was filthy, black hair all over in the tub, the bathroom floor had not bee cleaned for a very long time. the carpet was filthy. Couldn't get the tv to work. It was bad and I will never go there again. There was no excuse to have a place that dirty for rent. I felt dirty when I left and will never go back. I do go to that town a few times a year but will never stay there again!

The Bed matress seemed new and was a medium firmness. The bed was the ONLY part of the room I would describe as adequate. I was not comfortable and the box springs were old and in poor condition, only the mattress appeared to be newer. The carpet was DIRTY, stained and did not look vacumed, especially around the edges of the room or near the the bed or furniture. The bathroom light fixture, floor corners, bathtub edges, and air conditioner vents were covered with built up dirt or dust. I was able to wipe dust off the bathroom light fixture and AC vents with a single wipe from damp cloth, it was obvious that the hotel staff had just ignored the dusting for weeks or possibly months. The baseboard between the door and tub was unpainted and rotting, they tried to cover the wall with stick-on decorative plastic tile which is held on wall with scoth-tape. This was one of the most poorly maintained and dirty hotel rooms I have ever stayed in, even for the low price they charge, I expect them to at least clean and maintain the rooms to give the appearance that thay at least care, they could vacume the full floor and wipe off built up dust and bugs from bathroom light fixtures whilw performing basic maintenance (painting) the bathroom baseboards where they know it could get wet, or repairing walls where the paint is peeling away. The shower head always sprays whenever the tub faucet is turned on, the shower head can't be shut off.

The room was not clean and I fought flies the whole 3 days. Not only was I not impressed with the motel but the whole town was unfriendly and unwelcoming. This the first bad review I have ever written

It is an older, but well kept and clean place to stay not to far from Bryce Canyon. There are several good places to eat close by within walking distance.

Clean room, comfortable beds, hot shower. Has a tv, fridge, microwave, and coffee machine in the room. The lady at check in was very friendly! And way cheaper than surrounding hotels.

Bathroom was filthy. The sink drain was very slow. Left a note while we were out after the first day to have it cleared... No response. Bathtub didn't have a stopper. Bathtub did not drain well either. Standing in 3 inches of water during a shower. The diverter on the bathtub faucet did not work. Water was always coming out of the faucet and the shower head at the same time. Went out for a walk the morning of our last day and returned at 10:30 a.m. to find our key cards had been deactivated. Check out time was clearly marked on the back of the door as 11:00 a.m. I would not stay here again.

You can hear the floors creak from the rooms above, making it hard to fall asleep. Beds are on the firm side. Housekeeping was observed not taking used pillow cases off the pillows while cleaning room for next customer.

's were 43" Sony with Direct TV/many channels, great lighting, good hot water, good location, price. -'s were no stopper for bath or lavatory and bed mattress was soft but slept OK. And of course no breakfast.

It was decent stay with very close location to bryce canyon.. !! 30 mins drive to bryce. Room heater was too loud..!! Shower area is very small..!! Value for money..!! Free coffee in lobby..!!

Internet doesn't work and manager lied about it being down throughout the town. It was not.

Dated but okay. Can't beat it for the price. Unfortunately the TV didn't work for the two days we were there and they apparently couldn't fix it.

It was a convinient motel. It had everything i needed. Also the internet was good. (I had so many motels were the internet didnt realy worked. But here it worked realy well.

Alright, so the wifi here was as good as promised, but, the cable TV in my room wasn’t working, and my room literally had one of those extension cables you use for a desktop setup because the room itself only had two power outlets - one by the bed, one on the opposite wall. This place got an 8.2 ranking. Its 6.2 quality despite the good wifi. Just saying

Room was quite small, bed was very soft for the mattress and TV didn't work. Shower head was aet too low, good for a very short person height handicapped. Felt very dated. Hard to understand person in the lobby, English was not their first language.

The customer service was excellent! When I went to office (extend my stay) they were so helpful.

Very nice staff + let me check in a little early and provided info that I needed about the area.

Room was OK for the price, but owner inserted himself into our room when getting ready to check out half hour before check out time. He grabbed the TV remote, changed some channels, opened and shut drawers, generally wandered around. He counted and took money left as a tip for room cleaning staff despite request he leave it. Spend a few dollars more.

It's an older motel that is nicely maintained. Rooms were a good size, and clean. Has TV, coffee pots, microwave, hair dryer and fridge. Nice toiletries. It's across the street from the Family Dollar, so it's an easy walk to pick up items.Great value for the price. Recommend.

Great price and the rooms were adequately cleaned. It is 30 minutes from Bryce Canyon and 1 hour and 30 minutes from Zion. I recommend the Flying Goat for breakfast.

I enjoyed my stay at this cute motel, extending it an extra night as a home base while visiting Bryce and Zion national parks. The lovely woman in the office was welcoming and helpful. The room had some cute decorative touches and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again next time.

We were there for a short period and this motel served us well. It was close to eating establishments and the one we chose was good and close enough to walk to. It was clean and comfortable but dated in appearance. Overall it was good.

This is just a little ma and pa motel, very outdated but very clean! For the price it was definitely worth what we paid! The town doesn’t have a lot of restaurants but what we did was order from the C-stop Pizza and picked it up, the pizza was very good!!!

Very basic older motel in a strip with similar old hotels. Ok for a stopover if you need a place to sleep. Everything worked but it’s just old and needs updating and some maintenance. Was an easy walk to the main part of town and restaurants.

I think it’s in the process of being refurbished and we were in the bit that wasn’t. It was pretty clean, close to downtown, checking was easy, and the staff was very responsive.

Very poorly presented no plugs in baths or sinks no breakfasts room doors not painted in years. Generally run down and over priced. Staff were pleasant. We booked 3 days left after 2
