The family that owns the place is very friendly, and they look after it very well. Everything is spotless. Location is fabulous in the middle of town. The rooms are simple but clean.

Did not respond to a question about accepting credit card to pay and there was no ATM in the town of Barra de Navidad. Took us Two days to get the cash to pay which cost us those days to actually enjoy ourselves.

They moved us next door from room 24 to 25 on day 2 as we had a broken toilet and no hot water in the sink. The new room didn’t have hot water in the shower and the fridge didn’t work at all!! NO Wifi in our room, only in public area. The old lady was less than friendly as well… Cash only! Would not stay there!!!!!

I had some problems with understanding the cost, but the next day, there was someone who spoke English, and explained about paying a commission. I had not been aware of that.
