Makarem Mina Hotel

This hotel has many great restaurants within walking distance. Shuttle service was reliable, and bellman Sharif was polite and helped us with our luggage for our Uber ride.

For 5 night no even pull trash the condition of the room was not refreshed no microwave no paper towel staffs don’t understand English at all so communication was poor need to do better

Rooms were great but the bathrooms had problem. One bathroom was always wet due to shower water running all over the bathroom floor; another bathroom had water leak. Staff were super friendly and always attentive. Reservation was a little hectic as the rooms reserved online was different from what we received. Also, we reserved 2 rooms for our family of 5. These rooms were in 2 far apart (same floor) so we constantly had to walk all the way to the other side of hallway to check up on our daughters.
