ARK Hotel - Dongmen

The staff is friendly, and the hotel provides a washing machine and umbrellas. However, the carpets and facilities are outdated, and there are coffee stains on the walls. The shower leaks into the rest of the bathroom, and the towels are frayed with holes in them. The air conditioner is noisy, and the windows have poor soundproofing, making rainy days extremely loud. Additionally, the hotel policy only provides two complimentary bottles of water on the first day, regardless of my 4-night stay. Given the market rates in Taiwan, this level of quality needs many improve for $90–$100 USD a night.

Very good location, convenient and cost to public transportation. The room is small but clean. What I like is the humidifier in the room since it’s a bit humid in Taipei during this time.

入室した際、使った後の綿棒が床に落ちていた。 立地は良いが衛生面は普通以下。 affordableな価格なので納得。
