Haus Karl's Ruh

Haus Karls Ruh was handed down to us by my Uncle and Grandma in 1996 and we moved permanently to Ehrwald from the UK in 2007.We have completely renovated the house, which was previously run as a B&B by my Grandma, and are now slowly building the business. We are located in the heart of the village, 5 minutes walk from the village centre and ski lifts, with the panoramic Wetterstein Range as our backdrop. We have an in depth knowledge of the village and the surrounding areas and due to our location within the Zugspitz Arena we are an excellent base for walkers and climbers during in the summer months and ski and snowboard enthusiasts in the winter. Haus KarlS Ruh is located 500 metres from the centre of Ehrwald and 1,500 metres away from the Tiroler Zugspitzbahn Ski Area, and offers free WiFi and a fitness room. Private parking is possible on site.Some rooms feature a balcony overlooking the Wetterstein Mountains and have a private bathroom. A common breakfast room with satellite TV is offered. A breakfast buffet is available every morning at Haus Karl’s Ruh.The next restaurant and a grocery shop can be found in the centre of Ehrwald. A ski storage room with a ski boot dryer is available as well as a garden with a terrace.The free ski bus stops 200 metres away. A public indoor pool can be found in the centre of Ehrwald.
