Etablissement bien tenu. Personnel agréable, à l'écoute et efficace. Recommandé, mais surtout si on vient en voiture.

Avoir un parking gratuit est un plus. Je recommande cet hôtel

You get what you pay for. The room was small and 25 mins from the city… convenient. Sheets were clean…but parking was very difficult. They have on site parking but a lot of vans park there and it’s impossible to find a spot.

Très bon hôtel proche du centre de Paris. Le personnel est très sympa. Il y a un garage souterrain pour les voitures. Aucun problème de bruit. Franchement je le recommande.

J'ai passé de très nombreuses nuits dans cet hôtel. Il y a un très grand parking, le personnel est très accueillant, on se sent en sécurité et la chambre est toujours très propre. Tarif vraiment très abordable.

Helpful staff, great location and convenient for parking. Great for 1 night. There is no air conditioning in rooms (be aware if booking in summer!) also the stairwell was full of building materials, not ideal in an emergency!

The elevator of this hotel is not working. Everyone needs to use stairs to go up. Also there is no air conditioning in the hotel.

The room has very little space to arrange suitcases, the reservation were for 3 people and even so, one of the beds were not made, since we got in after reception desk was closed, we had no one to complain about it. The room had some dirty on the walls. Also horrible was the access from the parking lot to the hotel, which you need to go up some opened air stairs , and since I had rained, I was all wet and dirty, so we got the wheels of your suitcases quite dirty as well and the place where the stairs lead to, it had a horrible smell.

This place is awful to live. The rooms are poor. There are no basic amenities - No drinking water, No A/c or a fan or a vent in the bathroom. They do not offer cleaning or change towels or sheets even we stay for 3 nights. The front desk people are least bothered and would want to you take vacate if we don't like and they would still charge you the full amount.

Jai remercie avant tout les deux jeunes filles qui m'ont accueilli lors de mon séjour d'une semaine à l'hôtel Ibis budget de Genevilliers. Belle accueil, lieu propre, chambre satisfaisante avec lit double, salle d'eau et WC séparés. Je recommande vivement.

Pior hotel que ja estive da ibis, sujo, quarto com cheiro de fritura, cabelo na cama.

Équipements dans la chambre pas adéquates. Pas de changement de serviette, mauvaise odeur dans la douche, hygiène douteuse. Bruit et odeur dans les couloirs de l’hôtel,… Décevant

De locatie is prima, bedden ook best oke. De wcdeur kan niet echt dicht en het doucheputje zat vol met haren. Dat was minder prettig. 's Nachts heel veel lawaai en rook van de straat.

No AC at this hotel!!! Staff provided small fans. Annais did her best. Currently renovation with noise waking us up. Not what I expected! I will ask Expedia for some type of credit.

Las personas que trabajan en el hotel son muy amables y serviciales. Las habitaciones en general del ibis budget son pequeñas pero mas que suficientes para una estancia corta y preferiblemente poco equipaje. El desayuno incluido fue bastante bueno y varias opciones apara escoger. El lado mas negativo es que las habitaciones no tienen ni aire acondicionado ni ventiladores. En pleno verano es un verdadero infierno.

Room was too small and too noisy as it was located right next to the main road which made it difficult to sleep at night

Huele mal, mal ubicado, muy pequeña la habitación, baño sin provacidad. No aire acondicionado, la verdad está en el top 5 de lo peor en lo que me he alojado.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés il était plus de 21h donc personne pour nous accueillir et nous avons pu accéder à notre chambre 1h après notre arrivée le temps de trouver une solution pour pouvoir rentrer dans l'hôtel car le numéro de réservation qu'on m'avait envoyé par mail n'était pas correct!!! J'en ai parlé à la personne qui nous a accueilli le lendemain matin; apparemment l'hôtel est au courant du problème mais ne fait rien pour prévenir ses clients!!!!De plus la chambre était beaucoup trop chauffée!! Nous avons peu dormi à cause de la chaleur insoutenable!

No cambian sábanas ni toallas. Si no llegas a determinada hora no hay nadie que te abra la puerta para poder acceder a la máquina que te anda acceso a tu cogido de habitación.

Arrivée à 23h impossible d’avoir le code pour ouvrir la porte, une chance qu’une personne est arrivé et avait le code ! Le matin on demande un supplément pour avoir le droit à un déjeuner c’est refusé ! Ils n’avais pas de place alors qu’il n’y avais pas grand monde, Donc le service de déjeuner c’est de la pure bêtise.

I was staying in that property twice. First time everything was fine. I continued my European tour and returned to Paris three weeks later. I tried to book this property in my hotel in Caen, and there was not good network available, so by mistake I book it to wrong day. I didn´t notice that until in Paris on the way to hotel. I contacted Expedia, and ask them to change the date. I got answer, that in the hotel they could do it. They didn´t. I asked in reception could it be possible to use that booking I had made wrong to the night I was staying there. No way. I needed some place to stay anyway, so I booked room for the night, but I had to pay the price on the list, which was more expensive than in Trivago. Then, following morning I asked to have breakfast. I was ready to pay what needed. There was two young guys in the reception. They said if I had cash, I could have breakfast. I didn have cash, only card. They said Sorry, not possible. They couldn´t start computer and internet that was needed for the payment terminal (card reader). Maybe they didn´t know the password of the computer. So I didn´t have breakfast. I should say very poor service. Because all of this, I don´t recommend this property for anyone. Please, don´t go there. There´s other good places to stay in Paris available, for sure. Other Ibis hotels I was staying during my trip service was very good and comfortable, for example in Vienna.

Very basic room- I found room comfortable but others in the family didn’t - no kettle or anything in the room which was a let down. Hotel is 5 min walk to train station but it’s still quite a way to Paris centre and we got stung one night as the trains were off and had to get an Uber which was a fortune! We didn’t have breakfast so can’t rate it but it’s not in a separate room it’s literally in the foyer of reception. Extra towels are only available between 5-8pm which we were never there at that time and maids don’t clean rooms since covid - which again we didn’t understand. There is also apparently no baggage store for your last day- check out is 10 not 12 so we had to head to the airport 6 hours early as we didn’t want to cart cases with children around Paris on the trains.

The hotel is out on the suburbs, public transport to central Paris was good. Lack of restaurants and bars in the area

Located further from the city and transportation was not as easy as other places (had to walk at least 20 minutes through unfamiliar and seemingly unsafe neighbourhoods).

Just take 9 stops to go Eiffel tower by RER line.
