Nice apartment comfortable beds and towels

This was a good stay. The location is great - close to the Yarra, train stations and trams so very convenient. Rooms are modern and comfortable - a little tired and in need of minor maintenance but nothing that will impact your comfort or stay. I had real difficulty communicating with the management ahead of the stay via email and Hotels.com messaging - never heard back. Rooms are only serviced on a Friday which suited us but you need to be aware of. All in all I would highly recommend the Aura as a great place to stay at a reasonable price. The front desk is open 24/7 - most staff were excellent - very helpful and obliging. A couple of low energy individuals but nothing that could not be countered with a smile. Thanks Aura

Great location, price and service. Don’t like to write a negative as we even received an upgrade, however the room could have been a little cleaner.
