A Great little motel! Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms and pool. Conveniently located to several good dining options and a short walk to town. Everything we needed! We arrived late and had a lovely note with our room key, waiting.Thanks Andrew! Would definitely stay again!

On the older side, but the property is run by an absolutely lovely family who takes great care of the place. The pool was very, very cold, but the kids still had fun & the AC in the room worked wonderfully.

Had a very nice experience at Rosedale Motel. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We were able to check in a little early. Excellent customer service. Will definitely book next time we are visiting family in Summerland.

Located well with easy access to restaurants and snacks. Outside appearance is slightly run down but beds are super comfy and new, rooms are clean, water is hot. Didn’t use amenities. They let us do late check out.

The rooms and area is clean and well kept. We were on the lower level and the people above us were very noisy. Every morning they sounded like they were moving furniture and walking back and forth. The same thing in the evening. Not every guest would be doing that but the fact you can hear every step would make me avoid the lower level in the future.

The owner was fabulous. My husband had to work an additional day, and our reservation was revised for us. Very helpful. Location is close to walking to the ‘downtown’.

We have stayed at the Rosedale many times, and this time, we met the new owner, Andrew. He was very welcoming, organized, and gave us a pet friendly, end unit on the main floor. The Rosedale is an older place, but it does have a nice pool, picnic area, and tables and chairs just outside of your room, where we like to sit in the evening, and meet other travellers. This hotel is in a great location as it is just a short walk to downtown Summerland, as well as the Peacock Perch pub, where the food is fantastic.

We have stayed at the Rosedale many times, and this time, we met the new owner, Andrew. He was very welcoming, organized, and gave us a pet friendly, end unit on the main floor. The Rosedale is an older place, but it does have a nice pool, picnic area, and tables and chairs just outside of your room, where we like to sit in the evening, and meet other travellers. This hotel is in a great location as it is just a short walk to downtown Summerland, as well as the Peacock Perch pub, where the food is fantastic.

I was very impressed with the warm and friendly welcome when I arrived, especially after a long drive. My room was very clean, very bright, and comfortable. The property was well maintained and very pretty. I truly appreciated the motel being pet friendly. Travelling with my dogs is important to me. I didn't notice if there were poop bags available to the guests in the potty areas/lawn space as I always carry my own, but I did notice that there were several guests who didn't pick up after their dogs... so I did it for them. It might encourage guests to clean up after their dogs if there were bags readily available. But that's a guest issue, not motel issue. My only very minor inconvenience was that the parking lot was a little snug on a No Vacancy night, but that's so minor it's almost not even worth mentioning. Truly enjoyed my stay. Would absolutely recommend to anyone travelling out that way and will definitely book the motel again next time I visit. Thank you for a lovely stay.
