Pearl Premium Guest House(10/F)

Please do NOT trust the images, the rooms are smaller than you think. The entire room has a bugs/ants problem everywhere, especially on the bed. I had so many rashes by the end of my stay. The staff wasn’t very helpful either with that problem. General cleanliness was pretty bad too. Just do yourself a favor and pay more to get a decent hotel, this and other hotels around the Victoria Bay are NOT worth it at all.

We have been send to another hotel in another building becauze of this hotel is fully booked as the staff said. The old AC was very noisy. And there were cockroach in the room. The price is there. No more to complain.

Serviço diário de troca de tolha, retirada de lixo, equipe atenciosa, ar condicionado forte. Apenas a conexão de Wi-Fi que deixou a desejar em alguns dias.

Very confusing and difficult to find this place. And once you do find the check in office you have to find the room itself. The room was very small, had no windows and the fan inside the room for air ventilation was very very loud. Just felt like this place was very overpriced for a very disappointing product.
