We loved everything about this property. The price was so good, I kinda questioned it in my own mind until I read the positive reviews. Enrica was in contact with me all along the rental way, asking what we might need and making sure there was always a clear line of communication. The property is clean and well maintained. We had room 5 and I highly recommend it. The bed is super comfortable, all the rooms have separate mini split AC/Heat units. An in room mini fridge is also provided. We felt safe and secure during our two night stay. We would certainly stay there again and again. I recommended using FreeNow Taxi App or Uber unless you have your own vehicle. The Yellow House was a hit with us.

I arrived into Fiumicino Airport just needing a place to stay the night before I was flying out the next morning. The accomodation was less than a 10 minute drive. Enrica’s communication was great and friendly, she even helped me to get transport to and from the airport. The check-in and out was quick and easy. I had an early flight the next morning which Enrica was able to accommodate for. The facilities were comfortable and clean + there was an air conditioner & heater in the room if needed. I would come back here for sure and recommend it to others.

The property is lovely, host is incredible kind and helpful, location is ideal and surrounded by nice restaurants a couple of blocks by foot, rooms are large and comfortable with AC, plenty of parking, and the price is on point. Excellent all around.

We had originally booked for 10 nights but had to change to 4. It was very easy to cancel and rebook. Enrica was very accommodating and friendly. She answered all our questions, even offered to arrange the transportation from the airport. We also liked that the property is only about 15 minutes away from the airport. It is in a quite peaceful neighborhood ,has onsite parking. Overall we had a wonderful stay and planning to stay one more night on the way back. I would highly recommend to anyone as it close to airport and such a great value. Danielle

Very convenient and having secure parking was VERY nice. Within easy walking distance of a pasticceria, a bar cafe and a very nice restaurant. The hostess was exceptionally kind and helpful. There is an electric kettle for caffe and tea and some nice packaged breakfast items and a mini refrigerator for those that need it.

Just spent one night due to an early morning flight. The host Enrica was very friendly and responsive she arranged a taxi service to the B&B and to the airport the driver were prompt and very courteous. She also recommends a great restaurant (Ostè - Osteria & Caffetteria) the food and service were great but it was a bit of a walk. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with good internet connectivity.

Our hostess was amazing. She organised pick up drop off at airport. When our flights changed, she made sure we still had late access. Grateful for her support. The Yellow House is very close to the airport. I highly recommend it.

Enrica was friendly & the property was very clean & comfortable. As its close to the airport it can be noisy it is onlt 5mins in a taxi however some of the drivers i had overcharged by quite a bit. A reasonable price IMO would be €15-£20 should be the maximum anyone should need to pay to and from the airport. Be careful with the white airport taxi as they are a whole lot more expensive. Agree a price b4 getting in the cab.

Erica greeted us upon arrival. Property was in a residential neighborhood with a coffee/pastry shop at the end of the street and a very nice, reasonable restaurant around the corner. Close to the airport.

Just spent one night due to an early morning flight. The host Enrica was very friendly and responsive she arranged a taxi service to the B&B and to the airport the driver were prompt and very courteous. She also recommends a great restaurant (Ostè - Osteria & Caffetteria) the food and service were great but it was a bit of a walk. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with good internet connectivity.

La propiedad esta cercana al Aeropuerto, y es su gran ventaja el lugar es tranquilo y se pudo pasar una noche previa al viaje acorde a lo esperado, solo eso, el desayuno es 3l que se prepara en la habitancion muy sencillo.

Very convenient and having secure parking was VERY nice. Within easy walking distance of a pasticceria, a bar cafe and a very nice restaurant. The hostess was exceptionally kind and helpful. There is an electric kettle for caffe and tea and some nice packaged breakfast items and a mini refrigerator for those that need it.

Absolutely lovely Property owner. Very helpful and kind. Just what we needed near Rome airport with some great transport options to and from the airport as well as some great food, coffee and pastry options nearby (as recommended by the owner).

We stayed here for just one night as a layover between flights, and overall, it was a pleasant place to stay. However, the breakfast was a major letdown. This property shouldn’t advertise itself as a Bed and Breakfast. What was provided—just a few pre-packaged, carb-heavy snacks from the grocery store that were already in our room—barely qualifies as breakfast. Maybe this is the Italian interpretation of a Bed and Breakfast, but it certainly doesn't match what most would expect.

We were welcomed by Enrica as she organized our taxi’s to and from the place. She was there for our arrival and departure to answer any questions. Room was perfect was for our overnight stay and we enjoyed the beach after the 35 minute walk. Breakfast was a simple snack to start us off.

A clean room with all the necessary equipment for our last night in Italy. The home is in a nice area close to the airport. We walked to a restaurant that was recommended by the owner and it was good. You can even take a taxi and go walk by the sea . She helped us to get a transportation to the airport as well .

The host kindly accommodated our early arrival, helped direct us to local points of interest, arranged for a very early transport to the airport the next day, and left a lovely tray of goodies, coffee and juice boxes for a quick bite. We are very grateful for this gracious hospitality.
