Imperial Casablanca Hotel & Spa

Poor in every respect. The room was dirty (especially the bathroom). The swimming pool was inoperative throughout our stay. The Wi-Fi was inoperative in all the rooms. It was always going to be repaired "tomorrow". The room key card failed on multiple occasions necessitating constant visits to reception and much waiting for the card to be re-set. There was never an apology. One member of staff was extremely aggressive and rude. Certainly a property to avoid.

The property was being renovated, and there was no mention of the renovation when the booking was made on Expedia. There was no air conditioning and this is summer, when a complaint was make about the air conditioning, a standing fan was offered. The carpet along the hallway was extremely dirty and dusty from the construction. The bathroom was not cleaned and soap scum and mold was all over the shower walls and the floor. I forfeited my hard earned money and left after one night even though I had a two night booking.

No tv remote control. Fridge doesn’t work. Breakfast pathetic. No pool.

J’ai adoré le hammam et les massages, mais j’ai trouvé que le personnel était plutôt sarcastique quand ils répondaient à mes questions

Le personnel d’accueil pas du tout réactif les prestations sont dignes d’un 2 étoiles tout est vieillissant bruyant avec la discothèque on dors a partir d’une heure du matin la piscine non ouverte le spa personne le petit déjeuner très pauvre le thermos pour le café ou lait jus d’orange chimique pourtant le pays de l’orange. Franchement eviter cet hôtel et le quartier c’est la cour des miracles je comprends même pas votre équipe qui continue à proposer cet hôtel

Hôtel en chantier : travaux de rénovation : bruits, absence de climatisation , personnel incompétent à l’exception de la femme de chambre qui essaye de faire de son mieux pour être à l’écoute du client : Obligé de changer de chambre : Traces d’humidité , le téléviseur qui ne marche pas , séparation de la salle d’eau non étanche :Des bruits extérieurs provenant d’un cabaret et ce jusqu’au petit matin , environnement immédiat de l’hôtel : mal fréquenté , un chantier tout au long de l’avenue où se situe l’hôtel : BREF : HORRIBLE, à FUIR J’ai envoyé des photos à ExPEDIA : ( vous pouvez les ajouter si vous souhaitez ) Pour illustrer cet HORREUR !

I was disappointed with the aspect that the hotis being advertised being 4 stars which i think is not right. The room we had the shower head was broken, the tissue holder broken, cracks in the bathroom and walls, nothing much to do around the area you have to travel out of casablanca to enjoy your time, the spa has a pool but no shower available which is ridiculous. Theres not much to do in the area its best to stay in agadir or marrakech.

Beaucoup de bruit le soir à cause de la discothèque et le bar, et la journée le tramway. L'odeur de la cigarette remonte par la ventilation dans la salle de bain.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel afin de visiter Casablanca. Le gros point positif c'est qu'il dispose d'un parking gratuit devant l'hôtel, ce qui est rare sur casa centre. L'intérieur est vétuste, cet hôtel n'a visiblement pas été rénové depuis de nombreuses années ce qui est dommage. La piscine est accessible mais ni filtrée ni chauffée, encore une fois c'est fort dommage ! Cependant, le rapport qualité prix reste correct, la chambre est propre avec une literie correcte.

Very bad experience. When we first entered the room, there was a bad smell until we opened the window. The bathroom door does not have a lock. Furthermore, there is visible moisture on the wall, there were no towels and the toilet was a little loose! bad service. Not recommended at all!!!!!!

Las fotos de la Publio no corresponden con la realidad que te encuentras cuando llegas,deja mucho que desear la limpieza .No teníamos toallas para ducharnos ,el desayuno muy pobre,wifi fatal .Calidad precio muy mala.

The stay over night was ok but the bathroom smell awful and goes through the room. There was no mats the bathroom and the towel was not looking clean to use

One word TERRIBLE!! We have cockroaches in our room, air conditioner was not working, broken faucets, web netting in the room, bed sheets dirty, no pillow covers, there’s a table in the room but no chair, asked for a clean bed sheet - the sheet they provided was ripped. Desk Service was awful. When we brought the concerns to their attention, desk attendee said “you should have do your research before booking it”. Simply awful!!! WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING THERE

Hotel vieillot qui n’a d’impérial que le nom. A l’image du quartier dans lequel il se situe Sale, poisseux, crasseux. Salle de bain sale,au sol des taches collantes.Une seule serviette de bain pour deux,un seul verre à dent pour deux.Il a fallu réclamer à trois reprises afin de les obtenir.Le lendemain rebelotte une pitié! Un hôtel 4 étoiles ? Aucune attention pas de bouilloire pas de dosette de café,pas de thé, pas de petite bouteille d’eau, mini-bar vide. Impossible de fermer les rideaux complétement, les attaches sont décrochées. Télé, brinquebalante sur un support rotatif. Pas de Chauffage 16 degrés la clim ne fonctionne, chauffage coupé 6 mois de l’année. Piscine intérieure chauffée? Eau glacée,17 degrés. Les explications :on nous répond peut-être lundi « Inch’allah », avec un petit sourire narquois (nous sommes vendredi). Le petit déjeuner :Tables pas débarrassées, ni nettoyées, c’est à vous de faire le ménage. Pas assez de tasses propres on vous donne des gobelets plastiques. Quelques viennoiseries, quelques rondelles de salami et de fromage desséchées, du beurre qu’il faut sans cesse réclamer, pas de fruit. Pas d'anticipation, si on ne réclame pas on a rien! Nous avons voyagé dans de nombreux pays et n’avons jamais rencontré de telles conditions, je ne comprends pas qu’Expédia référence de tels établissements. J’avais consulté les avis en me disant que certains exagèrent, mais NON,c’est l’entière vérité, cet hôtel est sale, poisseux, crasseux! Un seul conseil FUYEZ!

These included: - No air conditioning in the room - Broken shower - No fridge in the room - Non-functional phone When I complained to the receptionist, I was given the manager's number. Unfortunately, the manager's attitude was unacceptable - rude, unresponsive, and dismissive. They hung up on me multiple times. The only positive aspect was the cleaning staff, who did an excellent job. However, given the numerous issues with the room and management's response, I would not recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel room is very clean, staff are welcoming, dinning is available inside hotel restaurant and more options around.

Hotel is dirty, staff not friendly. Arrived at the hotel late afternoon and room was not ready, needed to wait for towels for more than an hour. Shower was broken. Cockcrach at the restaurant during breakfast.

The hotel was clean but shame it is dated and does not look the best. The air con and fridge in our room did not work and no remote for the dated tv. The pictures on the website are quite old! Breakfast was ok but I would have rather gone out if I knew what what was on offer before. Basic is an understatement in a horrible settle. Location was fab. Tram stop just around the corner so everywhere easily accessible.

Shower head not good, water dribbled out. Could hang shower on wall. Nowhere to put stuff, shower floor very limescaled. Fridge not working. Staff friendly, breakfast basic continental.

I don't recommend to someone... The shower was broken, TV not working, no hairdryer, no towel, very noisy at night, which you can not sleep 😴

Noisy and smoky. The room was pretty hot. The air conditioner was not working. Didn't get repaired in two days after letting them know.

Hotel close to subway but is old and needs renovation. A lot of noise from the ventilation system, elevator, street. Personnel is kind and helpful

The property need to be rehabilitated, it is a nice hotel but old. The Staff have been very kind and helpful especially the lady at the reception she was very professional with a strong customer service skill

They ask you to pay city taxes numerous times on your stay even though it has already been paid on your invoice, staff stole my Dior perfume. Keep all your valuable items with you at all times.

The staff is very helpful

They refused me to check in with my wife unless if I have marriage certificate. We didn.t spend any night out there.

I didn’t get my initial room and nobody has a professional behaviour to résolve the problem. I didn’t slept at the hôtel. And hotels.com services and claim agent did no effort to résolve the problem.

Our experience at Hotel Imperial Casablanca was beyond disappointing. Despite booking and receiving confirmation, upon arrival, we were informed that there were no available rooms. We were left waiting for hours and we’re told it’s not their problem. The inconvenience and mismanagement of reservations were utterly frustrating, making our stay in Casablanca start on a sour note. I would strongly advise against relying on this hotel for any travel plans.

Trop de détritus dans la rue. Même s'ils sont ramassé plusieurs fois par jour.

It's near the Tramway and very easy to commute. There are number of cafes and restaurants around the hotel. The hotel also serves a fixed menu buffet dinner. The time are very spacious but the do need renovations.

Le personnel est aimable et à l'écoute. Les photos de l'établissement et des équipements sur le site internet sont trompeuses. Ce sont les mêmes mais en réalité ils sont beaucoup (vraiment beaucoup) plus vieux et en mauvais état que sur les photos. On sentait fortement l'odeur des égouts dans la salle de bain et un peu dans la chambre si par malheur on oubliait de refermer la porte de la salle de bain. Le quartier n'est pas tres touristique et il y a des travaux partout. Mais il n'est pas très loin des marchés Médina et Central. Ils sont accessibles à pied et en tramway. Il y a plusieurs fast food pas cher et bons.

hotel qui se trouve devant un tramway bruit des clac son de voiture infernale et buffet pas beaucoup de choix cafe nescafé infect femme de menage qui netoit rapidement les chambres on laiser des miettes au sol miroir pas nettoyée et le personnel cuisine désagréable

Det var mycket trevligt hotell och mycket bra service, fantastiska personal och trevliga samt hjälpsamma. Inte nöjd med frukosten skulle villja ha bättre.
