The room was adequate. I ate at the breakfast buffet on Sunday morning and the lady working the buffet was very nice.

Location was great. The property was good and the price was great. Room was a little small. Pillows were like ballons filled with water, very strange. Biggest complaint was how thin the walls are and how loud all the doors slam shut automatically in all the rooms. Made it hard to sleep late night and got woken up early mornings, constantly hear loud bangs.

High hopes. Very disappointed. Staff was unfriendly, a bit rude, rushing. There were a few other people ahead of me to check in and one couple behind me. Perhaps they felt pressured. The room was dirty. Hair and dirt in the bathroom, pillowcases and sheet over the blanket were dirty. Thankfully, I bring my own pillowcases when I travel. It was noisy due to either the heating unit or possibly something else like a generator. I’m really not sure what the noise was. I was only there one night. I felt the photos were misleading because it looked like the hotel was on a lake. The lake is close by but you have to drive. I did not have time to explore the grounds.

The hotel area is spectacular, but the cleanliness of the room was extremely poor. There were cobwebs behind the television, several layers of dust, and old napkins in the bathroom. We also found several cockroaches in the room. This was very disappointing and unacceptable, especially considering how beautiful the hotel’s surroundings are. As for breakfast, I cannot comment because we did not eat there. However, we did eat at the restaurant, and the food was tasteless. They need to change the menu or, at the very least, improve the seasoning. If they decide to keep the same menu, they should make sure the food has some flavor, at least by adding salt. The food quality definitely needs improvement. most forgot to mention that the bedsheets need to be replaced. They had stains that looked like mold. The hotel’s surroundings are beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. The atmosphere is wonderful, and you can truly feel a sense of peace. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness was a complete disaster. It is disappointing that such a beautiful and peaceful place is let down by such poor housekeeping and cleanliness standards.
