The room was not clean, floor was dirty.

I then noticed the checking in documents on the reception desk and took the liberty of checking that it was mine to see if I could identify which room. Soon after a lady arrived to help me. The parking outside room 5 was occupied so we parked near the reception room. I would rate the facilities as ‘POOR’ I don’t think I would stay there again. Sorry!

I was yelled at by the property manager for reporting that the toilet would not flush toilet paper, nor did the TV work. I asked for my money back so I could go somewhere else, but she said no. I asked for a room change and at first she said no because she would have to do a deep clean of the room (we had been in the room for an hour). She finally decided to move us and an hour later she had checked someone else into the first room. Also, the website clearly states that breakfast is included, but the desk clerk said no absolutely not. The curtains were the thinnest I have ever seen on a motel room. There is no nice grassy area for dogs, which another reviewer praised. The bed was uncomfortable.

Incredibly rude staff

Lets preface my review with this is a budget option. Not everyone can handle these type. Small, older motel. You park in tight spots in front of your room. Looked like some " long stayers" there as well. Convenient location to get to 89. A nice grocery store walking distance. Dark room lighting and a large bathroom with dark concrete sealer as the floor covering. There was a small sink and nowhere to put your toiletries or luggage. I recommended it needs a small inexpensive table at least. Driveway pretty rough as well.
