This was one of the worst experiences while trying to celebrate my honeymoon. First the staff was extremely rude with very limited communication skills. I was treated at the check in window as if they were doing me a favor. There was some kind of mix up with my payment information. I believe it was conveniently not processed onlive so that I would be charged more at the window with at the time of check-in with limited resources. The room was below satisfactory with stained sheets dirty towels and roach droppings in various areas of the room. I also requested a non-smoking and handicap access suite, but not until I arrived was I notified about the lack in accomodations. What was suppose to be nice getaway for my wife and myself turned out to be a night of disappointment and disaster. I believe the Expedia in association with the regal motel worked together in cat fishing me into taking my business to a hotel that If not for Expedia I would of never have chosen.

Horrible experience, didn’t end up spending the night there and was denied a refund. They tried to keep my deposit but I waited till they gave it to me. The room had no microwave, mini fridge; had burnt blankets, dirty curtains, couldn’t open the window, the AC didn’t work, the tv remote couldn’t change the input so all I was able to put was whatever was on the antenna. Definitely a go to if you’re looking for a super cheap , not spending much time in the hotel kinda place or last notice kinda spot .The water pressure was horrible . Towels felt like a freaking old rusty carpet . Only two bars of soap . Room wasn’t clean just looked decent from far away. I wouldn’t go here if you’re looking for a good quality stay .

Room was massive. But blanket was a sheet. Asked for a 20 dollar cash deposit for my room key to bought it was weird but I did get it back. Paid 140 dollars for the room which I thought was highway robbery for the location. But that is my only complaint.

Rooms were not so great. The key was only good for 24 hrs, which they never told us. The area was horrible. Could not understand what the person at check in was saying. The A/c, Heater was very loud and didn't work so well. could hear everything outside the room.

I don’t like that they ask for 20 dollars cash, for key deposite, then the check out next morning is at 10 am, and they look for excuses to keep the 20 dollars cash key deposit, and they don’t give receipts. The room got have only one night stand because the other one got ripe off the wall and you can see the wall damage, in the bathroom the tube is full of rust, everything was bad, never have an experience like this, too bad I didn't took pictures.

My friend and I felt unsafe. At first it was cool but we left to go get toiletries and when we came back there was a random van blocking our parking spot to which they moved immediately when they us as if they know if it was our spot. The dude in the van looked at another dude who was just hanging around and when my friend and i walked upstairs… the guy started following us!! My friend and I literally ran to the room and put the mini fridge in front of the door as well as sleep with a switchblade knife. Scary stuff

I was supposed to say two nights and left after one. I first arrived at 8:30 PM saying my room wouldn't be ready for another 30 minutes, citing plumbing issues. I asked if there was any other room available so I could get some sleep and also so I wasn't standing out in a kind of sketchy area as a solo female since there isn't a lobby. They managed to give me another room stating that the bathroom didn't lock, but I don't really care about that. What they didn't say was that there was no handle or lock on the door and was duct taped and also had sharpie all over the walls. But the kicker really was the fact that I got woken up at 1 AM by one person knocking on the door as if I were expecting someone, and then again at 2 AM. And then again at 7 AM (though I at least was awake at that point). Both of the ones in the middle of the night were mildly demanding knocking and yelling. I knew the neighborhood wasn't the best but I was hoping for just some good sleep in a clean place, and at least feeling safe enough if I just stayed in my room overnight. That was not the case unfortunately. Even in LA, this place is worth 50 bucks per night at best

They managed to give me another room stating that the bathroom didn't lock, but I don't really care about that. What they didn't say was that there was no handle or lock on the door and was duct taped and also had sharpie all over the walls. But the kicker really was the fact that I got woken up at 1 AM by one person knocking on the door as if I were expecting someone, and then again at 2 AM. And then again at 7 AM (though I at least was awake at that point). Both of the ones in the middle of the night were mildly demanding knocking and yelling. I knew the neighborhood wasn't the best but I was hoping for just some good sleep in a clean place, and at least feeling safe enough if I just stayed in my room overnight. That was not the case unfortunately. Even in LA, this place is worth 50 bucks per night at best

We had a reservation and was told as we’re pulling into the venue by being shoo’ed away by a man holding a toddler and was told that the room we reserved is not available and the other rooms had plumbing issues. We stated we have a reservation and he told us no reservations available anymore. Very unprofessional and rude!

It was pretty friendly staff a nice stay but wasn’t that nice could use a lot of upgrades but for the price wasn’t that bad just the area and the type of people staying there make you feel nervous
