Great place for staying for a couple of days, you have the beach really close and a gas station in front of it in case you need something to eat. Pool was in great shape and the staff was super friendly!

Motel has good location, close to St.Andrews State Park and marina, with access to many charter boats,restaurants and grocery stores This is a "Mom and Pop" refurbished motel with a very, very nice pool.

Older worn butt comfortable if you're planning on spending all your time out and about it's a 10 out of 10 and the pool area and stuff was nice as well.

Casual motel stay. Staff was very nice. Room was clean. No bugs. Pool nice and clean. Short, convenient walk to the #2 beach access. Ice and laundry was convenient to access. Non-busy location, very quiet. My only gripe was the AC, it was hot in the room. Overall, would return in future :)

Room was a little small and lacked a closet, but room was nice and clean. The pool was clean and there were plenty of chairs. For the price we paid, it was a great place to stay.

This is a mom and pop type motel , no breakfast etc . But rooms very clean staff super nice clean pool and only a very short walk to beach . Our 2nd time here and we will def return !

This is an older motel. Pool is not functioning. Other guests were long stay. No view of the gulf but public access is a 2 min walk. Motel is good value if get a good price.

Staff was awesome, unfortunately the room was dirty and air conditioning barely worked, linens were stained and had cigarette burns and looked like blood stains on them, pool area was ok and pool was clean but the outside area of reins had random indoor furniture just sitting and trash cans were overflowing

The hotel is old so this needs to be taken in consideration. But the linen was stained and the comforter had a burn spot in it. Floor was dirty. We bought blankets and pillows and slept on top of theirs. Location is great just needs modernization. For the price it’s what you would expect.

Hotel looked to have had some work done updating the condition of the room. It was very dirty with cockroaches greeting me when I opened the door. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke and this is supposed to be a non-smoking room. On a positive note, the bathroom shower was great! A walk-in shower with plenty of room.

There was sand all over the floor of the room when we got there. Had to go borrow a broom and dust pan from the staff to sweep it up. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain well. The toilet seat wouldn’t stay up. Otherwise everything was fine.

The room wasn’t very clean the bedsheets were stained and the floor was very sandy as well as the sofa and the microwave did not work and housekeeping is an extra charge. Now, I guess you get what you pay for, but what we really liked was that is super close to the beach is literary a 2 minute walk and The pool that it goes From 3ft to 9ft deep, so the rooms might not be the best, the location and convenience of walking to the beach is a huge plus.

I thought the room was adequate for my needs. Close to the beach, big enough for my family, and a great pool to end my beach day. But I felt that the toilet and sink were small and cramped, the water pressure was weak in the shower, and the air conditioning unit was not sufficient to cool such a large room which made it unbearable to sleep during the night. We considered checking out in the middle of the night and heading back home. Lastly, there were no outlets in the bathroom to plug-in, a hairdryer, or a curling iron, and none outside the room by the large mirror as a alternate area, if not in the bathroom. Overall, the room was OK, but it would’ve been much better if the air conditioner worked properly.

It's an older property, but well-maintained. The only complaint I have was the lack of hanging space for wet towels, etc. There wasn't a closet or any hooks in the bathroom. Staff was great 😃

We booked a family room. I paid in full online. Once we arrived at the motel, I had to pay additional $60 for a deposit after paying in full before we could get our room. The room I saw online and booked is not the room we were given. The room we stayed in, the floor was gritty with sand, the closet didn't have a rod to hang clothes, The air-conditioner only blew in the bedroom. The room I booked, beds were supposed to be a queen, a full, and 1 set of bunkbeds. The room we were given had 2 full bed and a set of bunkbeds. The bedroom needed a trashcan. The bathroom towels were small and there were only 2 wash rags. Before leaving, I pulled sheets and spreads off the beds to find all the mattress covers had stains on them as if they were not removed from the last occupant. My husband complained about the receptacles not being in the right place. He had to lay his phone on the floor to charge. Thank you for your time. I hope they will address these issues before they lose business. They lost ours.

So we got a family room for 9 people. And it had bunk beds. When the kids that were small kids like 6 year olds was going to go to bed the bunk beds that were metal was falling through on the top bunk so we had to double up on bottom bunks and get a cot from the office. It was terrible

The staff were all amazing!! There was 2 hiccups on our stay (other guests acting crazy) so out of the hands of the hotel staff. It was handled quickly. 5 minutes from St Andrews And a 1 minite walk to a public beach. Absolutely amazing vacation

I have stayed at Aquaview over several years now and it feels like you’re staying with family when you stay there and the scenery in the pool are so beautiful. Everything is so clean and neat and you can see the golf from the second floor rooms That’s how close you are

Great location. I did a late check in and the lady on the phone was very kind and helpful and the next morning the man in the office was great as well. Would stay here again.

It was cozy and not a half a block from the beach. Great little restaurant a block away called Patches. Had a great time. Will definitely come back sometime.

Lets face it, this is a motel.. but It's clean, great location, fantastic staff, and Walkable to Schooners, Patches, shopping. And ice cream.. yum. The beach is so close and more residential therefore it's not overly crowded. We LOVE staying here! This is our 3rd or 4th stay so far! Will definitely be back!

The area around the property is at the quiet end of the beach and convenient to Grand Lagoon (better restaurants with reasonable prices the what is on Front Beach road). The only downfall is that there is still some tornado damage to surrounding structures in the area. The Aqua View motel is NOT damaged. This is an older motel that has gone through several renovations. The flooring is recent and well as the bathroom tile and shower tile. This place is not directly on the beach but it is literally a two minute walk to the beach. For the price, this place is a good deal.

Great place for staying for a couple of days, you have the beach really close and a gas station in front of it in case you need something to eat. Pool was in great shape and the staff was super friendly!

It was cozy and not a half a block from the beach. Great little restaurant a block away called Patches. Had a great time. Will definitely come back sometime.

Good motel for budget minded families. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Located close to the beach, restaurants, shops and St Andrews State Park.

Lets face it, this is a motel.. but It's clean, great location, fantastic staff, and Walkable to Schooners, Patches, shopping. And ice cream.. yum. The beach is so close and more residential therefore it's not overly crowded. We LOVE staying here! This is our 3rd or 4th stay so far! Will definitely be back!

This is a mom and pop type motel , no breakfast etc . But rooms very clean staff super nice clean pool and only a very short walk to beach . Our 2nd time here and we will def return !

Our stay was well worth it and staff was super friendly, the outdoor pool was very clean, beach was just 2 min walk away from our room, stores close by and the gas station was open til midnight .. I really enjoyed the convenience of everything close by . Would definitely stay again 😉

This place was absolutely disgusting. The room had not been cleaned and had definitely had someone in it before our arrival. Broken locks on doors and windows, used and stained beds, poop left in the toilet. This place looked like it had squatters in the rooms being booked. We did not stay at this property and still in the process of of trying to recieve a full refund as the property is fighting the process despite admitting that the room had been used before and not cleaned prior to our arrival.

The office team members are the best. It's a budget motel in the best location with the best people. Worth every penny. If you are gonna be a snob go somewhere else because this place is not for you. Clean A/C was Cold AF Not business friendly.

Air was not working properly, there were so many issues no parking spaces rooms dirty(floors, bathroom floor) toilet paper shoved inside a hole in the bathroom, it was jus horrible we enjoyed our vacation outta the room within family but We learned a quick lesson learned staying here NEVER AGAIN!!

This was the absolute nastiest place I have ever stayed. Sand and hair in the bed, half PCB sand on the floor, pink and black mold in the shower, sink and toilet, poop ring under plunger by toilet, bed was horrible, pillows worse, dust inches thick on everything, coughed everytime in the room from dust and mold, asthma! Ac on 67 felt like 85, the manager was helpful, gave me a broom and dust pan, expressed our disgust of housekeeping and she had the one house keeper come clean, she was in the room less than 15 mins and left the dust on the bed, did not clean bathroom, mopped the sand around, had a shady dude tweeking for hours between cars until someone called the police to chase him off, found out from housekeeping they let homeless people stay there on off season, that’s nice but not cleaning after and the hanging around is not ok. Housekeeper said the owners are cheap and she only works there because she lives a few blocks away and had been there 7 yrs. She stated she can’t clean all the rooms because it’s to much. That’s insane! Hire more help! My sister and I left it cleaner than we got it. We bought mold cleaner, gloves and brush and gagged as we cleaned the bathroom, showered in our shoes. Slept on the blankets we had to go buy. This was the trip from the pits of hell! The male manager was told and he ignored us, the female was nice and apologized.! It is very close to beach access and could really be a prime spot if owners cared! Posting pics zoomed in. Before/after
