This is the most well appointed small motel I have ever stayed at! The owner was so friendly, and the room is amazing. I didn’t get to use the heated pool or the fully equipped kitchen, so I guess I will just have to come back!

This is a lovely boutique hotel. The room was clean, nicely decorated and the property has a nice pool and sitting area. The beach is directly across the road. This is a good value for the money.

The owner clearly cares about the property. There wasn't a speck of dirt on the room floor and not around the pool either. We really enjoyed our stay. Even though the place was probably built in the 60s or so, it is really well kept, even the landscaping was meticulous.

I did the reservation for my mother and she said that Seahorse Guesthouse is a quiet and safe place. Darren and Phillip are great hosts, and they were always checking if she needed anything. The pool was super clean and the included beach chairs and towels are appreciated. The beach is across the street and there's a library like 4 blocks away.

Check in was easy. Darren was friendly and knowledgable about the area. If you are looking for a no frills, very clean room this is for you. The Seahorse was directly across the street from the beach, had small but well taken care of grounds and a very clean, refreshing pool. The inn is less than a mile from the Pompano Beach pier that has great restaurants. If in the area again, I would definitely stay at the Seahorse again.

Check in was easy. Darren was friendly and knowledgable about the area. If you are looking for a no frills, very clean room this is for you. The Seahorse was directly across the street from the beach, had small but well taken care of grounds and a very clean, refreshing pool. The inn is less than a mile from the Pompano Beach pier that has great restaurants. If in the area again, I would definitely stay at the Seahorse again.

Owners Darren and Phillip are awesome! Cute as can be and has everything you need free parking is a plus! We enjoyed our stay! Very quiet and next door is a little stire that pretty much has anything you may have forgotten that you need.

This was a perfect place to stay - great pricing, Darren was very kind and made sure our stay was to top standards. The room was clean and it felt like a small apartment and not just like a dingy room (there was a stove/oven, microwave, utensils etc). Darren also gave us recommendations for the area. Definitely go stay here if you’re in the pompano area!

These people went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Responded to texts within minutes and sent welcome messages with a few ways to contact them if we needed anything. Super nice, super accommodating!!! The rooms were very clean, roomy, and up to date. This place is so cute! They have kept mid-century charm of an old school motel and made it so much better. The entire property and rooms are immaculate. The owners were so nice and accommodating and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay pleasurable. It's super centrally located if you want to do the pier dining and shopping and Circut runs there and back no problem if you don't want to walk. We have family that live a few blocks away and will definitely be staying here every time we visit.

This is a cute little motel, it’s adorable. My room was nicely decorated & spotless. I wish I had time for a quick dip in the pool or to sit outside and just enjoy the atmosphere. The microwave looks like it’s from 1990. The mini-fridge has a layer of ice in the freezer. There were no hand towels and there were 2 bottles of shampoo that were used by previous guests (one was about 1/3 full and the other was not quite 1/2 full). Unfortunately I heard every car that drove by so I did not get a restful sleep.

This hotel is so cute. The room was mid century styled. The property is in excellent shape. Service was above and beyond. Nice pool and just 2 blocks from the beach. Bed was very comfortable. I’d stay there again over a modern overpriced hotel.

The gentleman that helped me upon arrival was not only helpful and kind; he was also empathetic and understanding of my specific situation. Love this place! We were given a free upgrade upon our arrival, the room was spacious and clean and tastefully decorated. Check in was easy and the manager gave us great restaurant recommendations. The pool area outside was comfortable and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

We found our stay very relaxing. The beach just a few minutes walk away was brilliant, very quiet and clean. In the evening we sat by the pool or on the shade with our drinks before dinner. Darren was very helpful with restaurant suggestions. We will certainly be returning.

Our stay was extraordinary and everything was super clean, everything worked well, the two owners were extremely friendly, we enjoyed the pool immensely, they even let us use two folding beach chairs and an umbrella for us to lay on the beach. They recommended two exceptional restaurants that were simply delicious for dinner. We wished we could have stayed for a week instead of just a couple of days.

We stayed at the Seahorse Guesthouse for several days at the end of June '26 and was quite pleased with our accomodations. The room was very clean and the overall property was neat, tidy and very quiet. Parking was not an issue and the resort was fairly close to restaurants, etc. Did not get to experience the beach but it was close by. Spoke with the owners several times and they were very helpful and professional. The only very small quirk was having to run the window air-conditioning basically non-stop but, in a way, it helped to fall asleep to. The resort also had a nice size pool but didn't get a chance to swim in it. Overall, for the price, would definitely recommend!

Absolutely loved staying here! Enjoyed getting to know the owners. I was treated with warmth and respect. I feel i left with two new friends! Thank you for the hospitality. The room had everything I needed!
