Well located accomodation, in middle of broadway amongst shops and convenient transport links. Friendly helpful staff. Free parking included was great. Not so good, no lifts and many stairs to climb.

My single room was small but also spotless with a lovely compact new bathroom. With a bit of attention to detail and furniture that fits the space better it has the potential to be much more inviting. My only issue with this hotel is the parking. There is not enough of it to accommodate all the guests and should really be on a reservation only bases.

Quite pleased with this property as it served my needs. However, climbing 5 flights of stairs to the top level wasn't great. Staff should maybe offer to take bags up. Otherwise everything was great.

Easy check in. Lovely staff. Rooms fairly basic but do the job. Please note it says parking available but it’s 3 very small spaces on a first come first served basics! Nice area to stay around!

Great location for events at Alexander Palace or Tottenham ground. Huge room and bathroom, comfortable bed, friendly staff and surprisingly quiet on a busy road. Very small car park and lots of restrictions on on-street parking

The room was tired, and basic, very small. The staff were friendly and welcoming. There were a number of on site and off site car parking spaces. This hotel is based near the main roundabout in Muswell Hill with lots of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. Great location

For the location i think this hotel is very good value. The room had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. As we faced a busy road traffic noise was a bit of an issue, particularly on a warm night when the window needed to be open. Unfortunately the hotel does not serve breakfast (not a problem for us as we needed an early start) but there seem to be a number of places within walking distance to get something. We had dinner at Ratatouille round the corner - excellent. There is parking but it's quite limited.
For the location i think this hotel is very good value. The room had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Air con unit required the window to be open all night. Advert states there is parking, but there is only 3 parking spaces. Bed was very very uncomfortable and was left with bad back ache afterwards. However, lovely location and quiet area.

For myself ir does the job. Limit parking but i managed to get a space each night. No feed but nicely located to pubs restaurants & shops. Did notice though that several older and less able folk were having to make their way to higher floors, no lift available for them.

Polite receptionist, clean ensuite room with clean towels and bedding, easy check in/check out process, room was serviced every day so I always came back to a fresh room (whoever tidied also folded up and placed my pyjamas with great care which was very sweet), convenient free parking, useful in-room facilities (mini fridge, kettle, shower, free mini toiletries, complimentary tea/coffee/biscuits).

The hotel was awful. My room had a shower directly in the room with one tiny window for ventilation. One of the plug sockets was really loose which is a fire hazard. There was grime on sink andndust in the extractor fan which was behind a door for the toilet. And really bad wifi from the 2nd floor. The only good things were the comfy bed and the area around was very convenient with shops and cafes all walking distance. Feel like I've been ripped off. Not worth the £292 I paid, checked out early cause of how bad it was

I stayed at this hotel while attending a function at Alexandra Palace, and the location was perfect, just a 10-min walk, which made getting to and from the venue super easy. I booked at the last minute and was pleasantly surprised to get a great promotional deal.The room was very good for the price, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It was a bit worn out in places, but nothing worth complaining about. The staff were friendly and helpful, which added to the positive experience. Overall, a good stay and excellent value for money, especially if you're visiting Ally Pally!

It was a dirty sheet with some stuff on it and untidy, imagine placing electrical fan on the table and asking me the guest to move it by the staff like who does that. Your rooms should be tidy before arrival of your guests. Smelling, no light in the bathroom and above all the staff telling me that the reason the room was like that is that a guest came and stay and left shortly because they don’t like it and then you left for me to tidy. I need my refund because I didn’t sleep there. I could have been down with illness if I had slept so I had to leave that minute.

We chose this hotel for convenience to area ( Muswell Hill). The positives are that it is next to lots of cafe's , restaurants and shops. However, the hotel itself is like faulty towers. The room we had smelled badly of male body odour , which were emanating from the beds & pillows. The decor was out of the 1970's and bandly needed to have new carpets , beds ,doors etc. the lighting was dull and depressing. the room was dirty and even though the cleaners came in , the room just felt mucky. the bathroom had been renovated, however the rest of the room needed to be fully ripped out and renovated.I would not recommend this hotel , unless you are really desperate. Do not believe the positive reveiws for this hotel , as they have obviously been written by firends and family of the owners. Avoid.

Very clean and well kept hotel, great location for visiting Ally Pally. Double bed not very comfortable so not a great sleep. Hairdryer in room not working but not big issue.

My single room had everything I needed for a stay in London and I slept very well in the quiet location. Plenty of electricity sockets, a kettle, TV, landline phone, mirrors in the right places, a chair and a small fridge!!! The en suite was spotless, with plenty of hot water for showering. The extractor fan worked brilliantly. The bed was comfortable and linen spotless and fresh.The location is very good, in short walking distance to Muswell Hill Broadway and many busses. Not far from Alexadra Palace. Not far from london underground. Hotel staff were friendly and most helpful with special requests. I found it much better value than those popular budget chain hotels, who now charge add ons for every little thing like WiFi! Roseview gives you one inclusive price. I've stayed at Roseview twice now and will definitely stay there again.

The location was excellent for attending a concert at the Alexandra Palace (12 minutes walk away). However, I feel this hotel has been hanging on for many years simply due to its prime location for nearby events. The entry and corridors have that old musky smell. There is no onsite bar or restaurant. The rooms are tiny and dark and in need of refurbishment. It may have been a 'Three Star' establishment at some point but the whole place is in dire need of refurbishment. If you want to step back in time this is the place for you.

The hotel has thin walls and unfortunately always get some guest that just want to be noisy. Saying that though the beds are comfy and clean, room was clean. Thanks to Ahmed who is at reception who is polite and helpful and the two ladies that do the cleaning / painting. Great staff and thank-you for the friendly service that makes my stay so much more.

The springs on the mattresses hurt my back. My room got changed but i had the same issue. Also the guy that checked us in needs to learn that guests may not be familiar with the area and may ask questions. Responding with "i dont live here i kust work here" is unprofessional

The staff were really friendly and helpful. I couldn't find the parking and they stayed on the phone and directed me. I had to dash off and they gave me my permit and said to just check in later. There is no lift and a one of the young men offered to carry my extra luggage up the stairs for me. All in all, it was a clean tidy little room with a very comfy bed, just what i needed after judging the box cup at the Ally Pally 👌

There is no lift and a one of the young men offered to carry my extra luggage up the stairs for me. All in all, it was a clean tidy little room with a very comfy bed, just what i needed after judging the box cup at the Ally Pally 👌

We were made to wait around 30 minutes to check in. First, there was no one at the reception and we had to wait for someone to come and then the receptionist spend around 15 minutes on the phone while making us wait. The water in the bathroom could not be adjusted properly, it was either too hot or cold. The AC was a portable one with no heating so the room temperature was very cold. Overall the room was clean. And again there was no one at the reception during the check out. Also there is some renovation going on. All in all, wasn’t worth the price.

The checkin person was not helpful; assigned me a room on a top floor though I had a fairly heavy bag with me. They took a deposit on my card but then couldn’t charge water or anything against that which seemed very strange.

We came to see Alan Walker at the Alexandra Palace and this hotel was the perfect location. Just a 10 or so minute walk from the venue. Free parking was a massive bonus. Hotel receptionist was efficient and welcoming, made check in super simple. Room was of generous size and had everything that we needed for out stay. Location is perfect.

A cosy hotel in a nice quiet area. Transportation to London is quite convenient. A bus to the nearest underground station is just a minute's walk away. I recommend the beakfast at the café next door. There's a bit of traffic noise when windows are open, but I found it acceptable.

I stayed at this hotel while attending a function at Alexandra Palace, and the location was perfect, just a 10-min walk, which made getting to and from the venue super easy. I booked at the last minute and was pleasantly surprised to get a great promotional deal.The room was very good for the price, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It was a bit worn out in places, but nothing worth complaining about. The staff were friendly and helpful, which added to the positive experience. Overall, a good stay and excellent value for money, especially if you're visiting Ally Pally!

The room was tired, and basic, very small. The staff were friendly and welcoming. There were a number of on site and off site car parking spaces. This hotel is based near the main roundabout in Muswell Hill with lots of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. Great location

Pros: Good value for money. This hotel was adequate for a commuter who has to stay in London for a night rather than going home. Close to shops and restaurants. Clean room with the basics and nothing more. Quick and efficient check in. Cons: The rooms are dated and could do with refurbishment. Takes around an hour to get there from central London. You need a bus to get to the tube station, otherwise it is a 20 min walk. In summary: good value no frills hotel.

Basic accommodation but clean. Ideal for the Alexandra palace location wise. Plenty of restaurants and cafes plus Sainsbury’s. Rooms as I said were clean but room was stuck in the 1970s with furniture that was unloved. Beds comfortable with clean linen. I would say a definite 3 star. Met our requirements as we were only staying the one night.

The location is perfect for Ally Pally. The aircon unit in the room was an absolute godsend in this hot weather….a bit noisy but didn’t stop us getting a good night’s sleep. Breakfast at Beans and Blues next door superb and good value….and 10% reduction if you mention you’re staying at Roseview. All their food is great!

We chose this hotel because it's just a 15-minute walk from Alexandra Palace. The area is well-served with shops, restaurants, and cafes, so the lack of breakfast wasn’t an issue—we enjoyed a fantastic brunch at the spot that used to be Jenny's Cafe, just around the corner. The hotel met our needs and was very clean. While the rooms are quite dated and could use some modernising, overall, we had no major complaints.

For the location i think this hotel is very good value. The room had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. As we faced a busy road traffic noise was a bit of an issue, particularly on a warm night when the window needed to be open. Unfortunately the hotel does not serve breakfast (not a problem for us as we needed an early start) but there seem to be a number of places within walking distance to get something. We had dinner at Ratatouille round the corner - excellent. There is parking but it's quite limited.

I enjoyed my stay here. My room was right at the top of the building and there was a really good view from the skylight. The only problem was that I had real difficulty pulling down the blind over the window so when it got light in the early morning I kept waking up. It was clean and when I asked for more tea bags and milk, I was given plenty so that make me really happy. The location was good too, with lots of food options and transport (buses) very close. I think that the lack of a tube connection made it feel like a smaller town but within London, which I liked. I would visit again.

The Roseview Alexandria Hotel in London is an old, old hotel with creaky stairs, no lift, no coffee maker, no table, no chairs in the rooms (we had two rooms for 3 people total). The main problem was that although it was over 80F daily in London, the the air con, which had a tube out the window, died after several hours of operation - BOTH nights we were there. The shower is so small you cant bend over to wash your feet without banging your head on the stall (I'm just 5'9"). The beds were very uncomfortable, with springs creaked and were felt through the bedding. So, we will not stay here again. The good points were: good internet in some rooms, rooms were clean and not expensive, quiet at night until about 6:30am.

Grateful for a hotel with an AC but note that this hotel is not accessible and you will need to climb several stairs - even for lower floor rooms. It is situated on a relatively quiet street, with the occasional ambulance. There are no amenities to speak of so you should bring your own shampoo and conditioner, etc, and note that the water pressure in the shower is almost non-existent. However the staff are very friendly. Short walking distance to Ally Pally is great also.

Very happy with my stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. Comfortable bed. Cosy room. Fan provided too during heatwave. 15 min walk from Alexandra Palace. I went to a concert there and could walk home. Hotel is on a quiet residential street and just a 2 minute walk from the high street shops.
