Most Hostel

Personnel sympathique. Logement tres bien situé, à proximité du centre historique. Cependant, nous avons été déçus par la chambre qui sentait fortement le tabac, peu insonorisée et pas de parking.

Chambre bien...propre puis les personnes y'a n'a qu'ils sont pas éduqué de vivre en groupe.....le commerce et proche même très bien proche......pour moi personnellement c'est un peu gênant pour une famille....

Very standard but very good for the price. Location was 10/10 and not as touristy as other places in the city but still in the middle of everything

Great location in the heart of the old town, right next to the river and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. There are plenty of excellent restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel was very clean, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well. The bed was a little too soft for our liking and quite noisy when moving. Also, the bedside lamp couldn’t be used because the only available power outlet was needed for charging our devices. Our biggest disappointment was the room allocation. We had specifically contacted the hotel beforehand to confirm a room with a private bathroom, but on arrival we were given a room with a shared bathroom because, we were told, the private bathroom had broken. We understand that unexpected maintenance issues can happen, but the way the situation was handled was disappointing. We had to insist that this was not acceptable, especially after receiving prior confirmation. The initial response was simply that “things get broken,” delivered with a dismissive attitude. Only after we pressed the issue were we given an upgraded room with a private bathroom. Overall, the location and cleanliness were excellent, but the customer service when dealing with the room issue could have been handled much more professionally.
