Very good value for money, but the place is a bit rundown. Carpets and Gym need to be replaced

Gutes 4 Sterne Hotel, etwas abgelegen von den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Aber mit der Metro ist kommt man überall hin und das ziemlich schnell und unschlagbar günstig. Die nächste Station ist nur 7 Minuten entfernt. Der nächste GS25 Store direkt hinterm Haus. Es gibt eine RoofTopBar mit großer Terrasse, leider geschlossen. Aber wenn man sein eigenes Bier im GS25 kauft, kann man hier prima den Abend ausklingen lassen.

Disappointing that the roof top restaurant was closed during my stay. Nice food in the other restaurant, just very limited choice. Finding items of clothing from previous guest was a surprise.

인근 상권은 도보로 이동해야 하고, 시설 내 편의점 등은 없어 이 점도 참고해주세요. 그 외 룸은 따뜻하고 깔끔했습니다. 주차 공간도 주말인 것 감안해도 넉넉했습니다. 루프탑 구경해보고 싶었는데 태양광 패널 공사중이라고 붙어있어 올라갈 수 없었습니다.

ホテルは綺麗だった、最上階からの夜景が綺麗だった。

24 hour access to laundry was super convenient and easy to use. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

駅からの距離が近く、ホテルの接客もよく、部屋の中も清潔でした。ホテルの屋上にあるSky Lounge もあり、街並びを楽しむのがとても良かったです。

This is a great value to stay in a convenient Seoul location without breaking the bank. Clean, accessible to subway and taxi transport, great staff who are able to speak English and several languages, in-house restaurant, business center. The rooms are a bit dated, but well-maintained and the bath, a/c, bed and electrical system are great. Walk to food and shops, safe and affordable. Breakfast buffet is Asian-oriented, several Western options. Service is outstanding.

Well priced clean comfy room, daily cleaning and fresh towels, good view and location, 5min walk to the train station, would stay again.

세명 여행이라 싱글침대 세 개라 좋았습니다. 방에 먼지가 많았어요. 화장실은 머리카락이 많이 쌓여서 그런지 세면대, 욕조 다 물이 잘 안빠졌습니다. 2박했는데 이런 청소가 되지 않았어요. 먼지 좀 터세요.

L’établissement est réputé pour sa belle vue sur le fleuve Han, mais l'on m’a attribué une chambre donnant de l’autre côté, avec une vue peu engageante. Dommage. Par ailleurs, le ménage m’a semblé fait à la hâte : j’ai trouvé sur le lit et au sol de longs cheveux qui ne m’appartiennent absolument pas.

駅からも近く、お店も近くにあるので買い物には困りません。 しかし、ホテルの清掃が… ３泊しましたが、一度も清掃は無しでした。 バスタオルに２回、ガウンに１回髪の毛が挟まっていました。 ガウンの補充も２日目以降されず、フロントにお願いしましたが、２回電話して１時間近く待たされました。 立地は良かった分、ホテルの衛生面がとても残念でした。

Great Housekeeping Services and hotel was very clean.

Hotel provided excellent cleaning services of the rooms. Also the frontline staff were proactively helpful. We got to leave our bags there pre-check in and also after we checked out for a matter of hours. We found the convenience store which is nice and close on day one. I was really happy with the service received, given it’s not an expensive Hotel in my opinion. (We are from Australia). I would stay here again if ever in Seoul.

clean and tidy

2度目の利用。 地下鉄の駅から少し、迷う事なく着きます。 駅前にはカフェや食事も出来る所もたくさんあります。 ホテルのバスタオルには前回も今回も髪の毛がはさまっていました。みなさん、確認を。 ドライヤーの風量がめちゃくちゃ弱いので、髪を乾かすのが大変でした。 部屋は広めで綺麗なので、基本的には満足です。

A list of things did not meet the expectation for 4 star rated hotel - broken shower, dusty floor, cobweb, dirty blankets, etc

This was the hardest bed I have ever slept on in my life. For a 4-star hotel, you shouldn't have to pay for amenities. Every amenity was free at a 3-star hotel we stayed at in Japan with a much comfier bed. They were still cleaning our room after check-in time and missed a Q-tip sitting on the nightstand.

Great place to stay nice view of the city from my room and rooftop easy to walk and take transportation staff was lovely

窓がなく暗い

체크인도 수월하고 객실은 작은데 있을건 다있네요 욕조가 작은데 반신욕하는데 아무 지장없었어요.

Clean and big rooms. Welcoming and friendly service desk stuff. Checkout by midday, nice. The position is just a few minutes walk from a subway station which is a plus, but please be very mindful of the hours at which you're traveling. That station gets very busy and the trains are incredibly packed during morning and evening rush hours, so moving around with luggage at those hours would be a big no-go. Also beware that if you're in for tourism, most touristic attractions are at the north side of the city and having to cross the river means long travel times despite the metro's cheap cost and reliability. Now, unluckily, the bad stuff: - the room seriously needs refurbishment. The wallpaper had big stains due to humidity in the aircon area. All (bathroom included) furniture was full of scratches and notches and screaming "change me". The mattress was likely pretty old, it was not flat and instead was sloping towards the side of the bed. - there were ongoing works in the hotel (not disclosed on the booking page) and also road works in front of the hotel. The hotel is also in front of a busy road. Loud traffic and work noises started everyday by 7am. - apparently you can't set aircon when they have started heating the hotel. In my room, that meant a (for me) very uncomfortable 26 and half degrees temp. Could not find a way to make it cooler, even opening the windows. - personally did not like the pillows. I sleep on the side, and the height of both pillows was not enough.

今回の渡韓の目的地に近いので初めて宿泊しましたが、漢江側の部屋にしていただいたこともあり、窓からの眺めがとてもすばらしかったです。 建物が新しくはないですが、必要最低限の設備が整っており、とても清潔感もありました。 最寄り駅前にはオリヤン、パリバケ、チェーンのコーヒーショップなどがあるので不便は皆無、バスに乗れば弘大方面も近いので、都心から少し外れた場所ではありますが、不便はありませんでした。 一つだけ、ホテル備え付けのスリッパがちょっとくたびれていたので、気になる方はスリッパを持参した方が良いかもしれません。

ホテルは清潔で綺麗でした。でもシャワーの水圧が低くてお湯の温度調整も難しく寒い季節は辛かったです。 駅からホテルまでは10分くらい歩きますが治安は悪くなかったと思います。

3泊、一人旅。はじめシングルの部屋へ入ったら、窓の外は、隣のビルの壁のみ。ショック。フロントに戻る。金出せば、部屋チェンジ可。中心からかなり離れていても、これだ。で、金払い、部屋かえてもらう。当然、ナイスビュー。あとは、グッド。

Vu sur l'autoroute. La clim qui date de plusieurs siècle et qui refusé de descendre en dessous de 26 degrés malgré la chaleur intense lors de notre séjour.

予約の際にアーリーチェックインを選択したがチェックインは早くても午後と言われた。部屋が空いていないと対応できないのであれば、初めからアーリーチェックインは対応していないと記載してほしい。知っていたら他のホテルを予約した。ベットも汚れていた。トイレは綺麗。 充電できる箇所は非常に少ない。韓国で対応できるアダプターしか入らない。自国から持ってきたヘアアイロンは使えなかった。 交通面は便利。駅からも近く、空港も近い。

The staff were amazing, extremely helpful, spoke english, and were always willing to assist with any request. The hotel itself is within walking distance of nearby train stations and bus stops. It is also next to an airport shuttle location. The room had an amazing view and great amenities.

can reach the hotel from ICN airport via bus 6008 directly. room is clean but a bit small (standard room). Staffs were friendly. surprised that early check-in fee was charged even the room was available. WiFi was a bit slow.

The facilities was decent and clean, the location was convenient. However I do find some of the staff lacking initiative e.g. like helping with luggage or bags or even providing the right direction to hailing a taxi because we are foreign. I would book again if the service improves but either then that the amenities was great!

It’s a great, clean hotel in a quiet area and near the subway station. I’ve stayed here a few times because of that. However, know that it isn’t in the centre of Seoul so you’ll have to take public transportation, sometimes for long amounts of time, to get to any tourist attractions. But overall, it’s a good place to stay and I recommend it!

１０年振りに利用。 経年劣化は否めないが、地下鉄9号線塩倉駅から徒歩5分で、金浦空港、仁川空港、ソウルダウンタウンいずれもアクセス抜群。 部屋からの眺めがソウル一ではないかと思うくらい素晴らしかった。

地下鉄９号線（急行停車駅）塩倉駅から徒歩６分程の距離にある。近くにスーパーも、コンビニも、レストランもある。

9号線の急行駅から割と近くて便利だった。市内からは少し離れているが江南方面や東大門へ3~40分でいける。

The hotel was very clean however the rooms were a little small but okay. Just needed to live out of our suitcase. Staff were very helpful, buffet and the al la carte breakfast was very good however the restaurant had limited meals of an evening. Food was great just not enough choices. The hotel is a long way from everywhere so had to use a taxi and they can be expensive.

Only 6-minute walk from the subway station ””Yeomchang” station which is only 8 stops (3 stops by Express) from Gimpo International Airport. Restaurants nearby within a walking distance.

韓国旅行子連れ（小学生2人）で4泊しました。 スタッフの対応は良く、ホテル裏にコンビニ、近くに飲食店も多くあります。 立地に関しては、金浦空港から近いですが中心市街地までは少し距離があります。 ホテルは塩倉駅から近く、ソウル駅や明洞などの交通アクセスは良いと思います。（電車で20〜30分くらい） 部屋は広くスーツケースを3つ広げても十分でした。 ただ浴室排水の臭いが気になりました。水を流すと臭いは無くなりますがその点はマイナスかな。 全体的には良い印象です。 お値段も安かったのでよかったです。

전반적인 룸컨디션, 조식, 주변상점 편의성 모두 좋았습니다. 그리고 객실에서 뻥뚫린 뷰도 좋았습니다. 수압이 조금 약하긴한데 가격생각하면 충분히 납득되는 수준입니다

아주만족합니다. 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 아침식사도 좋았습니다.

이불에먼지가너무많아 비염심한분들은 정말비추천.아이들데리고가는분들은 저녁을그안에서 먹을수가없기때문에 나가야하는데.다술집이에요. 도로옆이라그런지.관광버스 손님들이 너무시끄러구요 이가격이면.다시는안가고싶어요 서울투숙많이하지만.제일불편하고안좋았습니다. 아칭조식도 .나오는거에비해 너무퀄리티제로이며 맛도.신선도도 그닥입니다

布団に汚れがあったのが気になったがそれ以外は良かったです。リモコンにNetflixのボタンがあったので見れるかと思いましたが、エラーか何かでみれなかったです。テレビはほとんど韓国の番組で、NHKが見れるぐらいでした。 フロントの女性の方は日本語が通じます。バスタブもついてて部屋も綺麗だったので機会があればまた利用したいと思います。

더블침대 1개, 싱글침대 1개 있는 방에서 아늑하게 성인 3명 잘 잤습니다. 청결상태 좋습니다. 그리고 조식 가격대비 가성비 좋았고 맛있었습니다.
