Amazing hotel, right beside Rotterdam Cruise port! Nice sized modern room.. we had a view of river. Great breakfast on 7th floor with outdoor patio where you can smoke too. Some good eating establishments within 5 min walk. Local transit close by.

We had a wonderful stay at Nhow. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel and bar had a vibrant atmosphere, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The sauna was a highlight of our visit—be sure to reserve a slot at reception to enjoy it. The only drawback was the beds, as the mattresses were sensitive to movement, which disrupted our sleep at times. Overall, a fantastic experience with just a small area for improvement.

Negativ: - lichtundurchlässiger Vorhang oben, unten und an den Seiten zu kurz, - Schrank mit Beleuchtung lässt sich schwer schließen. Daher bleibt auch das Licht innen an - Fernbedienung defekt. Mal hat sie funktioniert und mal nicht. Auf den ersten Anruf kam noch jemand um zu helfen. Beim zweiten Anruf kam trotz Ankündigung niemand mehr - Der Wasserspender im Gym hatte an zwei von vier Tagen keine Becher - Die tägliche Zimmerreinigung war schlecht. Mal wurde kein Tee nachgefüllt, mal wurde nicht gesaugt und das Bett wurde nicht wirklich adrett gemacht - im Badezimmer fehlen Haken - Codierung der Zimmerkarten: Musste zweimal zum Nachcodieren an die Rezeption - Sicherheit: die Fahrstühle können ohne jegliche Zimmerkarte verwendet werden - Löcher an den Wenden durch abgebrochene Haken - Steckdose locker und kommt halb raus - keine Desinfektionsmittel im Gym - Für die Saunanutzung muss man vorher reservieren und den Schlüssel umständlich an der Rezeption abholen

Als wir ins Zimmer kamen, haben wir direkt Bartstoppeln ums Waschbecken vom Vorgänger gesehen. Auf den Hinweis an der Rezeption kam direkt „oh sorry, das ist natürlich nicht schön, dass sie das selber weg putzen müssen, hier ein Gutschein für zwei Freigetränke an der Bar“ Die Bar war immer ausgebucht und wir konnten den Gutschein nicht einmal einlösen. Als wir in dem kleinen Hotel Shop einkaufen gehen wollten, entdeckten wir ein verschimmeltes Bier im Kühlregal. Der Kleiderschrank hat eine automatische Beleuchtung, die immer an war, da sich die Türe nicht schließen ließ. Der Schalter wurde mit Klebeband repariert. Im ganzen Zimmer waren Flecken und Kratzer auf den Sesseln, Möbeln und Wänden. Mein Handy konnte ich nicht aufladen, da der USB Anschluss an der Steckdose kaputt ist. Ich musste dann im Hotel Shop einen Adapter für 15 € kaufen. Das Bett kippte leicht nach rechts ab und stand auf instabilen, quietschenden Rollen. Zudem war das Zimmer immer sehr kalt, und und ließ sich nicht Aufheizen. Boden auch sehr kalt, gab auch keine Hausschuhe. Schlafqualität war auch sehr schlecht. Die positiven Bewertungen, die nichts mit der Aussicht zu tun haben, können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Wir haben sehr viel Geld bezahlt Und sind sehr enttäuscht, dass uns nicht entgegengekommen wurde.

The standard of this hotel has gone Down. I booked a superior room, Got a standard but was told its the same.. i Got twn beds but had requested dbl. The hot parts at the breakfast buddet was not hot but Luke warm or cold. The housekeeping didnt change or refill soap or showergel.

Very nice, comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It is conveniently located for entry to the cruise terminal. My only complaint is the glass wall to the loo. It’s quite uncomfortable to shower and use the toilet with someone else in the room, and also the glass does not keep light from the loo from lighting the bedroom.

Extremely close to the Holland America cruise terminal in Rotterdam. Staff is exceptional. Restaurant has a somewhat limited menu, but varied and what we had was quite good. The bedroom is Euro style, meaning modern and clean with some quirks (for US travellers) - all EU power outlets and a semi transparent glass between bedroom and bathroom (let's not be modest). The mattress (king) was too soft for us (seniors). The breakfast was a buffet which was also quite good and varied to meet many tastes. All in all it was a good experience and for those on a Holland America cruise, a short walk to the terminal. The convenience far outweighed any of the noted issues, but hopefully reading this you will appreciate the minor inconveniences versus the benefits. Again, the staff went out of their way to try and accommodate our needs as US centric as they may have been.

Great Hotel, great location, great breakfast....only downside for me was there was not enough light in the room....even with all of the lights on, the light is very dim.

I did like the area, I didn’t like the rooms. It’s almost impossible to watch tv because of the mirror where the tv is setup behind. The minimalistic concept means that after the the Rotterdam has been build de concrete only has been painted in the rooms. Personal was good.

Het uitzicht vanuit panorama suite zier beperkt door brede kozijnen,in de woonkamer waar je zal verwachten schitterend uitzicht staat in de midde van de ramen grote kast van tv,zal je denken prive bioscoop,niets is minder waar,het tv ( 50 inch)is ingebouwd in de spiegel kast en staat precies waar je kon genieten van prachtig uitzicht. Personeel super vriendelijk,het ingegrepen ontbijt erg lekker, uitgebreide buffet. Ik had meer verwacht van deze hotel Het vas zeker eenmalig ervaring . JAMMER

Schone kamer, heerlijk bed, Geweldig uitzicht, Grote badkamer maar met wel lekkende doucheaansluiting. Hoewel het nog steeds een dikke voldoende is komen er wel wat slijtage dingen naar voren.

There were many guests waiting to check in, and I was going to wait a long time to check in. Our rooms had already paid for it but she asked us to wait a little bit for the reserved room, and we waited for 40 minutes after that, but there was no action, so I went to the front desk and asked if they would check the room, but there was no action. Then another employee came and asked me what was the problem, and only then could I check in the room normally. In the end, we were able to check in longer than other late customers and waited an hour. It was the worst experience. The rooms and facilities were good, but they had to judge that they ignored us just because we were Asian

Uns wurde gesagt, wir sollen einfach vorbeikommen – eine Reservierung sei nicht nötig. Prachtig uitzicht, helaas enorm veel verschil tussen de dag en avond personeel. Waarbij we uitstekend zijn ontvangen en met veel enthousiasme zijn ingecheckt door de dag personeel. Is de avond personeel onbeleefd en heel kortaf. Kamer uitgeleefd en heeft renovatie nodig en helaas hard bed.

It was unbelievable and completely completely perfect. The two things that stood out were the front desk staff — Amondi was a dream come true with a heart of gold and moved mountains to assist us. And also the breakfast. OH MY GOSH ABSOLUTELY TO DIE FOR. Best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel, in a restaurant, in my house, on a cruise ship — ANYWHERE. Pure perfection and worth every penny. I am now loyal to this hotel brand.

Excellent room with excellent views in a convenient and walkable area. Metro station basically in front of the hotel. Foodhallen over the road. Large room and very comfy. My only little criticism: in the bathroom, a few things were visibly damaged. I think in a hotel like this, that should not happen.

Again one of my better choices, and thrilled to have had the opportunity to stay here. Location was prime, and walkable/bikeable to everywhere I wanted to go. The area was busy, however not chaotic. The restaurant on site had wonderful and artsy/interesting choices for both food & beverage. I though the pricing was a little steep, but the portions were also more than I had expected. The overall design of the rooms and general property was eye catching and energizing, without compromising ease and comfort. Suitable for solo travelers, business travelers, and families. The staff I met were all kind and helpful, offering a high level of service standard.

Very good. Nice hotel, location in a smart area very quiet though the metro or tram seems to go underneath which is quite loud first and last thing at night. There’s a food hall just opposite with a range of options. Food options in the hotel only open until 9.30 and no room service option after that. Excellent views from the terrace on the 7th floor.

zeer rust gevende kamer, met een fantastisch uitzicht. Jammer van de grote tv die een groot deel van de frontale zicht op de Erasmusbrug wegneemt. De kamer kan volledig donker gemaakt worden en alles was proper en netjes.

I stayed at nhow Rotterdam during a business trip and had a very good experience. The hotel has a modern design, excellent amenities, a very spacious room, and a very good breakfast. The overall atmosphere is stylish and comfortable, making it a great choice for both business and leisure stays. One of the highlights is the bar on the 7th floor, which offers excellent views of the Rotterdam skyline. Overall, a very good hotel and one I would gladly recommend.

Many missteps. Disappointed with the hotel at this price point. Will not make a reservation for a local restaurant for you. They claim privacy reasons, even though the reservation could be booked under the hotel name with their phone number and our name. I’ve never encountered this before with a hotel. Arrived from Canada shortly after noon and were told the room was not ready. Check in at 3:00. Some European hotels are so adamant about their check-in time rather than provide customer service to their guest. Going on 24 hours without sleep, a room ready would have been appreciated. What was disappointing and annoying were others checking in and being given room keys. In addition, the reception staff smiling, gesturing and whispering to each other as we sat and waited for over an hour. Poor A/C in the room. It took all night to cool the room to 22-23C. The handheld shower in our bathroom would not stay upright to shower. Our stay was for 2 nights and we requested it be repaired and it was not. Again at this price point this is not something you expect. The furnishings are something you would see in an inexpensive chain hotel. Once again, not something that you would expect at this price point. Overall, a disappointing hotel. Positives - the location if catching a cruise but certainly not enough a reason for a positive review.
