Paid extra to have room with bath. Waste of money as it was so tiny, childrens size. Pool was dirty, filled with bugs, spiders an leaves. No sheet on the blanket, just created more of a cheap feel. Was quite and amazing spot for sunrise

There is no fireplace. There is no spa, just a photoshopped deep bath. The king bed is short - probably <2m. They set us up with one roll of rump ribbon. They don't answer the one staff number. Place is very run down.

Great, well organised, modern and very comfortable. I suggest a "soft close" stopper cushion on the internal sliding door to the ensuite, to avoid crashing noise during night time visits to the toilet. My only dissatisfaction was price, but it was comparable to prices of what else was available when we booked. All accom at this time of year is exorbitant.

Very nice room and facilities. Heated towel rail a real bonus. Contactless checkin worked well, in fact we had no contact with staff during our stay. Only negative comment, there was no milk for coffee making.

We had spectacular view of the coast line. The car park area is very small, we came to the conclusion that car parking marks were very narrow and not big enough for the medium size car. Guests were struggling. We found the bed very uncomfortable. The bed had plastic castors without stoppers, this legs usually designed for carpet areas, on a vinyl floor, which our room had, bed was sliding on a floor. We had good size kitchen/ living area. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful location. Property looked amazing but was quite unclean. The kettle was dirty, there was rubbish and a lot of dirt under the beds. The rug had food and crumbs all over it. The microwave was not turned on at the power point and to get it on we would have had to lift the massive thing out of a cupboard and then switch it on. I never received an email with check-in instructions, as I was advised I would, and was just lucky to bump into someone to help me in. There was a water bottle in the fridge to purchase but when I went to drink it it was already open. The property location is amazing and convenient to town and surrounds.

It was the weekend and they do have signs up and notices online they are not available over the weekends and after 4 pm I think it was. We wanted information about our breakfast that was included in the package and never got an answer and therefore never got our breakfast that was paid for!! So just be aware there will be radio silence at certain times. I also had to wash all the coffee cups before using them as all 4 were soiled with old coffee or hot chocolate which looked like they had just been rinsed and put back as there was residue down the outsides of every cup! Left a bit of a bad taste in our mouths. There is plenty of accommodation to choose from around the Maleny/ Montville area and that’s what we shall do next visit. We stay in this region often due to visiting family in Brisbane and always have had wonderful hosts. Shall stick to what we know next time.

The area around hotel was a great view, however when we checked in room there was a foul smell and sheets were stained - there was noisy guests so was not a peaceful trip - our rate included breakfast however when I sent email to as no response from them, husband went to restaurant and was told they weren’t operating - we had to source breakfast elsewhere a cost that wasn’t budgeted hence booking the trip with this amnesties - contacted Expedia 3 times they advised waiting on hotel ‘manager’ get back to them the staff say oh you have speak manager - will keep everyone posted FYI it’s been 6 days since our stay!

I didn’t like that the glass had lipstick on them and the cups had dribbles running down. The bathroom tap had toothpaste splatters on it. It thr sheets were clean and smelled freshly laundered.

An admin disaster and what a shame! Beautiful property with well appointed rooms. But stay was completely mis-managed. Booked a studio with Continental breakfast. Got an accessible room (despite no mention in booking info), and was told by onsite staff there was no breakfast included, my Expedia confirmation states otherwise. Booked into my room, sat on the sofa….. WET. So wet it made my clothes damp! Back to reception to be told they’d just had all the sofas cleaned. No sympathy, just a shrug.

Arrived at this property 10 mins after their reception had closed which is at 5 o'clock due to traffic, nobody at property except other guests, phoned out of hours number without success, never answered phone. Contacted Wotif who also tried without success, leaving us without any where to stay for the night, had to book alternative accommodation 30 mins drive away. I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel. Refund requested and declinded, never been contacted by hotel.

Be aware if you arrive after 5pm there is no one in attendance. I had to guess that the key might be in a safe outside. Very nice room and facilities. Heated towel rail a real bonus. Contactless checkin worked well, in fact we had no contact with staff during our stay. Only negative comment, there was no milk for coffee making.

We had such a wonderful stay at clouds. They upgraded us to a cottage and we just had the best girls weekend. We would highly recommended and we will definitely be back!

The area around hotel was a great view, however when we checked in room there was a foul smell and sheets were stained - there was noisy guests so was not a peaceful trip - our rate included breakfast however when I sent email to as no response from them, husband went to restaurant and was told they weren’t operating - we had to source breakfast elsewhere a cost that wasn’t budgeted hence booking the trip with this amnesties - contacted Expedia 3 times they advised waiting on hotel ‘manager’ get back to them the staff say oh you have speak manager - will keep everyone posted FYI it’s been 6 days since our stay!

The bed was comfortable. Very easy to find. Unfortunately there were no staff to ask any questions of. I did call and leave messages however did not get any responses. It was the weekend and they do have signs up and notices online they are not available over the weekends and after 4 pm I think it was. We wanted information about our breakfast that was included in the package and never got an answer and therefore never got our breakfast that was paid for!! So just be aware there will be radio silence at certain times. I also had to wash all the coffee cups before using them as all 4 were soiled with old coffee or hot chocolate which looked like they had just been rinsed and put back as there was residue down the outsides of every cup! Left a bit of a bad taste in our mouths. There is plenty of accommodation to choose from around the Maleny/ Montville area and that’s what we shall do next visit. We stay in this region often due to visiting family in Brisbane and always have had wonderful hosts. Shall stick to what we know next time.

Clouds was brilliant, well appointed and reasonably priced. I loved the breakfast basket that was a lovely surprise. The view from my balcony was amazing. This will be my first choice next time I am staying in the area.

I have driven past many times and always thought of staying there. This weekend I had the opportunity. I was so happy with my choice. My room was a studio with handicapped facilities. I recently injured my shoulder so this was an added bonus that was good luck and not planned My room enabled me to spend a few days in an area of the Sunshine Coast that I love to spend the day but there is always a traffic jam coming home. The hotel room was lovely. It had a double bed and couch. It also had large TV with Netflix and YouTube and allowed me to watch a game of the FIFA World Cup. The kitchen area had a kettle, Toaster, electric frypan. Microwave, some plates and a few serving dishes. It had a decent sink, clothes and washing detergent. A nice sized fridge with freezer. Free Wifi and the room was so spacious. As it was quite cold, I loved the reverse cycle air conditioner and many extra blankets. I can’t wait to return.

Booked a rate including continental breakfast for 2 people on Expedia but they don't provide breakfast?? Do not answer messages and office closed throughout the day. Bed had a huge hole in the middle. This place is decaying. I would save my money and book somewhere else. Tried contacted expedia twice about it now and I am tired of it. It's false advertising.
