Infelizmente, nossa experiência na pousada ficou bem abaixo do esperado. Algumas informações importantes não são deixadas claras no momento da reserva ou do check-in. O café da manhã, por exemplo, é exclusivamente vegetariano/vegano, e isso deveria ser informado previamente aos hóspedes, para que possam decidir se esse tipo de alimentação atende às suas expectativas. Também sentimos falta de uma televisão no quarto e de uma recepção com atendimento 24 horas. Como a recepção não fica disponível durante todo o período, caso o hóspede precise de algo básico, como uma água ou qualquer outro atendimento, acaba ficando sem suporte. Outro ponto que nos incomodou bastante foi a ausência de limpeza do quarto. Ficamos dois dias hospedados e não houve limpeza ou organização durante a estadia. Além disso, a banheira estava em condições que consideramos inadequadas, com sujeira visível, o que acabou comprometendo bastante a experiência e a sensação de higiene e conforto. A pousada tem uma proposta própria e entendemos que algumas características podem fazer parte do conceito do local. Porém, acreditamos que essas informações precisam ser apresentadas de forma clara antes da reserva, e que questões básicas de limpeza e atendimento deveriam ser melhor cuidadas. Deixamos essa avaliação como uma crítica construtiva, pois acreditamos que, com mais transparência nas informações e maior atenção à limpeza, manutenção e atendimento, a experiência dos hóspedes poderia melhorar bastante.

Café da manhã variado e farto. Acesso fácil à cidade e as outras atrações da região. Roupas de cama e banho excelentes, tudo muito limpo. O quarto é um pouco pequeno e o banheiro também. De maneira geral valeu a pena.
