Loved being away in this beautiful well maintained cabin in the woods. The first evening two deer welcomed us while we enjoyed a glass of wine in the rocking chairs on the front porch. No sounds except the wind through the trees and the faint sound of the creek running in the small valley behind the cabin. Well equipped kitchen with all you need. With great Wifi and a smart TV if you wanted to connect with the outside you could. For myself not having good cell service was a blessing. Very close to Pretty Place and short drive to some of the best mountain biking trails in Dupont. Wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return. Hosts were communicative and welcoming from reservation to check out.

We really enjoyed staying at this cabin. Everything was perfect for our stay. The location was very close to bikes, waterfalls and pretty place. We really enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub on the chilly nights.

The property was Superb. It has everything you will need to enjoy a relaxing time in the mountains. They provided everything you need to build an outdoor fire, barbecue grill, and Heated spa. Wrap around porch with nice chairs made for relaxing evenings. Wonderful property but recommend arriving before dark the first time due to the steep downhill driveway. Excellent customer service.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting family in the area and were very satisfied with the property. The cabin was comfortable and had everything that we needed. Our only issue was the colony of yellow jackets that came out from under the deck near the hot tub and stung our 9 year old granddaughter in the face. I reported this to the management company and they sent someone out the next morning to investigate.

Perfect location between Pretty Place and Brevard. We enjoyed visiting all the nearby waterfalls during the day, then hanging out on the back porch in hot tub at night. Would highly recommend!!

We had a great stay- not sure what we liked the best. It was the large deck, the cleanliness of the cabin, the large island, the amount of natural light inside, the large bathroom in the master suite, the comfortable king size bed or maybe seeing wildlife everyday!! One highlight was definitely the bear that visited. You will not be disappointed!!

This cabin was absolutely perfect for me and my boys! There is a bear that wonders the property, so we did not use the fire pit or the jacuzzi out of fear that Yogi would join. The cabin was 25 minutes from town, but it wasn’t too bad of a drive. This cabin had everything you would need! It really felt like home for 5 days. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable.

We were in much need of a getaway! Booked this great escape with hot tub…we always LOVE hot tubs! House was secluded, easy to get to and of course the hot tub was…pristine! We did notice a window open on the second level that kept the house around 63 degrees (couldn’t reach)…felt bad having fireplace and heat blaring but no luck in raising temp. Called maintenance and within ten mins they were out to close window… temp rose drastically to 70 within 30 mins. Great cabin. Will book again!!

This cabin was absolutely gorgeous, and one of the cleanest and best stocked vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. We loved the beautiful Christmas decorations and the hot cocoa bar, and enjoyed watching deer in the front yard at dusk. We spent our days chasing waterfalls, driving the Blue Ridge Parkway, and visiting the Biltmore, and then relaxed in the hot tub at night. We would not hesitate to stay here again!!

Perfect balance of cozy cabin atmosphere and clean and open modern living space. Immediately felt welcome walking in to see the charming holiday decor, abundant amenities, and the hot tub already filled and toasty for us. Peaceful area, just remote enough. Comforable bed and furniture and easy to use appliances. A little confused by the instruction to drop the thermostat to 55 before checking out (couldn't get it to go lower than 60), but hoping that's just a general rule for all of their properties and that it was acceptable to leave it at 60. Overall great experience, would definitely go back in the future!

We enjoyed this cabin in the woods. It had all the amenities of home and it was very clean. The only thing lacking is privacy. There are two cameras on property which were not disclosed. One camera faces the driveway which is fine since it doesn't look into the cabin. The second camera looks right at the home from a tree across the driveway. There's no window coverings on the cabin windows except for the 2 bathrooms. It felt odd to have a camera pointing directly into the living space from outside where you would expect privacy. There were six or seven deer that would visit the property in the morning and then again in the evening. We heard about bears but didn't see any during our stay.

This was our second time staying at this property. We love the location and the cleanliness and overall condition of the property. It is well appointed and very quiet. The White Squirrel team responded very quickly to our question about the property during our stay.

I’m a NC native and have stayed in countless mountain cabins over the years, and this one is in the top 5! We found it to be picture-perfect, well-appointed, and very quaint. It’s very new and has privacy plus we loved hearing the creek nearby. It was very clean, no sign of dirt anywhere! Highly recommend!

Hideaway Cabin is aptly named. It is perfect for a little isolation and rest and recreation. Guests can easily choose to vegetate and do nothing (without being disturbed) or visit nearby hiking trails and parks for some outdoor activities. The cabin is well maintained, clean and nicely furnished, with a hot tub for a little extra pampering. The kitchen was great and there was a good stock of cookware, utensils and dinnerware. There are great views of the surrounding woodlands from the very extensive balcony. Will definitely visit again. Isaac was great. He reached out before our arrival and let us know what we should be looking out for. Throughout the stay, we never saw him but felt assured that he was available to deal with any problems that we might have.

Over the years, we have rented several cabins in NC. This one was the best, by far. Everything was super clean, the setting is especially tranquil, and the kitchen is well stocked with all you need. We will definitely come back!

Was a very nice cabin. We were looking for a cabin that was handicapp friendly. And it worked well. The only problem we had was the bed was very high and had a hard time getting in it.

Hideaway Cabin is aptly named. It is perfect for a little isolation and rest and recreation. Guests can easily choose to vegetate and do nothing (without being disturbed) or visit nearby hiking trails and parks for some outdoor activities. The cabin is well maintained, clean and nicely furnished, with a hot tub for a little extra pampering. The kitchen was great and there was a good stock of cookware, utensils and dinnerware. There are great views of the surrounding woodlands from the very extensive balcony. Will definitely visit again. Isaac was great. He reached out before our arrival and let us know what we should be looking out for. Throughout the stay, we never saw him but felt assured that he was available to deal with any problems that we might have.
Hideaway Cabin is aptly named. It is perfect for a little isolation and rest and recreation. Guests can easily choose to vegetate and do nothing (without being disturbed) or visit nearby hiking trails and parks for some outdoor activities. The cabin is well maintained, clean and nicely furnished, with a hot tub for a little extra pampering. The kitchen was great and there was a good stock of cookware, utensils and dinnerware. Loved being away in this beautiful well maintained cabin in the woods. The first evening two deer welcomed us while we enjoyed a glass of wine in the rocking chairs on the front porch. No sounds except the wind through the trees and the faint sound of the creek running in the small valley behind the cabin. Well equipped kitchen with all you need. With great Wifi and a smart TV if you wanted to connect with the outside you could. For myself not having good cell service was a blessing. Very close to Pretty Place and short drive to some of the best mountain biking trails in Dupont. Wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return. Hosts were communicative and welcoming from reservation to check out.

The property was Superb. It has everything you will need to enjoy a relaxing time in the mountains. They provided everything you need to build an outdoor fire, barbecue grill, and Heated spa. Wrap around porch with nice chairs made for relaxing evenings. Wonderful property but recommend arriving before dark the first time due to the steep downhill driveway. Excellent customer service.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting family in the area and were very satisfied with the property. The cabin was comfortable and had everything that we needed. Our only issue was the colony of yellow jackets that came out from under the deck near the hot tub and stung our 9 year old granddaughter in the face. I reported this to the management company and they sent someone out the next morning to investigate.

We were in much need of a getaway! Booked this great escape with hot tub…we always LOVE hot tubs! House was secluded, easy to get to and of course the hot tub was…pristine! We did notice a window open on the second level that kept the house around 63 degrees (couldn’t reach)…felt bad having fireplace and heat blaring but no luck in raising temp. Called maintenance and within ten mins they were out to close window… temp rose drastically to 70 within 30 mins. Great cabin. Will book again!!

We really enjoyed staying at this cabin. Everything was perfect for our stay. The location was very close to bikes, waterfalls and pretty place. We really enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub on the chilly nights.

Perfect location between Pretty Place and Brevard. We enjoyed visiting all the nearby waterfalls during the day, then hanging out on the back porch in hot tub at night. Would highly recommend!!

This cabin was absolutely perfect for me and my boys! There is a bear that wonders the property, so we did not use the fire pit or the jacuzzi out of fear that Yogi would join. The cabin was 25 minutes from town, but it wasn’t too bad of a drive. This cabin had everything you would need! It really felt like home for 5 days. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable.

Cabin was amazing, owners have really thought about everything to location, and all amenities one might need. God moved with an abundance of blessings over this cabin and over these mountains. We stayed through Christmas and the cabin was beautifully decorated when we arrived! What a nice surprise. Everything we could possibly needed was provided at the property. Very close to hiking at DuPont park with beautiful waterfalls! Pretty place is right down the road. Would definitely return. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your hideaway.

This cabin was absolutely gorgeous, and one of the cleanest and best stocked vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. We loved the beautiful Christmas decorations and the hot cocoa bar, and enjoyed watching deer in the front yard at dusk. We spent our days chasing waterfalls, driving the Blue Ridge Parkway, and visiting the Biltmore, and then relaxed in the hot tub at night. We would not hesitate to stay here again!!

I’m a NC native and have stayed in countless mountain cabins over the years, and this one is in the top 5! We found it to be picture-perfect, well-appointed, and very quaint. It’s very new and has privacy plus we loved hearing the creek nearby. It was very clean, no sign of dirt anywhere! Highly recommend!

Perfect balance of cozy cabin atmosphere and clean and open modern living space. Immediately felt welcome walking in to see the charming holiday decor, abundant amenities, and the hot tub already filled and toasty for us. Peaceful area, just remote enough. Comforable bed and furniture and easy to use appliances. A little confused by the instruction to drop the thermostat to 55 before checking out (couldn't get it to go lower than 60), but hoping that's just a general rule for all of their properties and that it was acceptable to leave it at 60. Overall great experience, would definitely go back in the future!

We really enjoyed the cabin. It’s beautifully done and in a quiet spot. We also enjoyed downtown Brevard. Our main reason for visiting was the Pretty Place Chapel and just a short, quiet getaway with my husband. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a cabin to rent if you’re looking in that area.

This place was truly amazing! Had a beautiful time with my husband there. Enjoyed the delicious restaurants within 2 miles away. Totally recommend Cedar Mountain Cafe!! The cabin was fully furnished and had anything you would need which is wonderful when you're only going to be there for a few days. Property was awesome and we would definitely come back! I should preface I own an interior design studio, and I am not an outdoor person. I didn’t think I would enjoy being that far away from the city. I was wrong! It is the loveliest little cabin! From the sofas to the bed they were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and it’s not too far from Brevard if you want to do grocery or boutique shopping. There’s a great fire pit that you can snuggle up next to outside or the indoor fireplace is also lovely and toasty! Their water runs very hot, which I appreciated after a long day of hiking nearby waterfalls. With GPS it’s very easy to get to and feels safe. The hot tub was crystal clean and clear which made for a fun perk on sore muscles. Turns out I do love being in a cabin in the mountains, and can’t wait to come back again!! P.S. I also really appreciated that it was decorated for Christmas!
