Excellent b&b all around. Very clean and orderly, friendly and accessible owner, breakfast was excellent (eggs, bacon, sausage, fruits, toast, yogurt, etc. etc.), had parking and was in-between Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake so easy to check out both places.

Nous avons juste passé une nuit le temps d’aller voir les Niagara Falls. Très bon accueil. Maison charmante, décorée avec goût. Chambre et douche spacieuses. Lit King suée. Douche avec pommeau et bonne pression. Même le papier toilette était super !! Le petit déjeuner était frais et préparé à notre arrivée par la propriétaire qui a déjeuné avec son mari dans la cuisine attenante. Nous avons pu laissé notre voiture sur le parking de la maison le lendemain après avoir rendu la chambre pour aller pieds voir ces fameuses chutes (une demi heure de marche… parfait pour digérer et ne pas galerer à trouver une place de parking sur le site). Je recommande ce B&B les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçu !!!!

The owner Wellcome us very nicely and it was like coming home .The bed was very comfortable free parking and the owner even volunteered to drive us to to get thing and accommodate us nicely .I would definitely go back again . Transportation accessable.very close .Very good breakfast.I would recommend this bed and breakfast to my family and friends anytime .

Very cozy place to enjoy Niagara. Lovely couple managing the B & B and will go out of their way to please you. Delightful cooked breakfast and no shortage of food. Free parking and only a 20-30 mins pleasant walk to the Falls. Parking at the Falls is $11 per half hour! Great place to stay and say hi to little Eric.

We booked a room at this B&B at about 7:45pm the same night we planned to stay after driving into the country spontaneously from the US. When we arrived, we greeted extremely quickly, and because there was an extra room available the host very kindly upgraded us to a room with a larger bed on the second floor vs the first floor. It was extremely clean, and the room was comfortable. The hosts are an extremely kind and helpful couple and they were super generous and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was great—coffee, juice, eggs, toast, yogurt, fruit, bacon. The hosts were also very kind in making sure we had enough to eat, offering us more food more than once even though what they provided was already generous and very tasty. They offer free parking on site and are an easy walk from the falls and the rest of the touristy sites in the city. Overall, we had a great stay here and would happily stay again. For our lack of planning we were so happy to have been able to stay here.

Wonderful comfortable place. 20mns walking from the Niagara Falls or 2mns by bus. You can park your car easily there and get access to the city in a few mns. House is safe with all doors locked by a code. Hosts are wonderful nice and helpful. Beds are so comfortable you won’t wanna get up. Breakfast is complete with a large selection of juice, food is cooked on demand, very healthy. A place you can try if you wanna relax and enjoy the falls.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Butterfly Manor and we highly recommend staying here! The owners were extremely nice and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, the bathrooms huge, and the decor really cute. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at. Breakfast was really good and fresh- homemade eggs and bacon, toast, fruit, yogurt. Close proximity to the falls.

We stayed here for an anniversary getaway, and it was wonderful. Ted and his wife are great hosts. The place is very clean and beautifully decorated inside and out with a butterfly theme. The room was spacious with a coffee maker, refrigerator and tv. The breakfast was fantastic. The location is perfect as it is close to the attractions, but not in the busyness of the tourist area. We would definitely recommend staying here.

It was a last minute trip and I was happy with this choice. Beautifully decorated and very clean. The room was good size with comfortable bed, flat-screen TV and large bathroom. On-site parking. Although we didn't give any head-ups about our dietary preferences (vegan), the hosts were very accommodating with our breakfast. Highly recommend this place and will stay here again.

It was my first time staying at a bed and Breakfast so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The owner greeted us at the door but didn’t speak any English It was ok because we communicated through a translation app on her phone. The place was super cute and clean breakfast was ready promptly at 7:30 like we asked. It was a fantastic breakfast We wished we stayed here another night instead of wasting $300 at the Hilton the next night.

The hosts are such lovely, friendly people. We received a warm welcome and got a free upgrade to a king size bed room. The place was spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We will definitely stay there again in the future. Very happy!

This is a very well kept Bed and Breakfast. Ted would go out of his way to do anything you needed. He even offered rides downtown. We used the bus stop only half a block away which was very convenient. Breakfast was amazing, cooked to our liking, with plenty of fresh fruit. Everything was very very clean and you felt like a guest in his home. We would stay again when we return.

We had a lovely stay at Butterfly Manor. The whole place was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were upgraded to a beautiful family room which was very spacious. Breakfast was excellent and the hosts were such nice people really helpful, attentive and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Sehr sauber, bemühte Eigentümer, viele Nachfragen zum Service, es wurde sich um uns gesorgt. Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen und entsprechend demkanadischen Baustandard relativ hellhörig. Der QEW vwrläuft direkt vor der Tür und es gibt leider viele Jugendliche Autofahrer, die dort Nachts Rennen veranstalten. Laute Auspüffe sind auch beliebt. Zu Fuß sind die Niagarafälle in ei er knappen halben Stunde zu erreichen, aber wenn man den ganzen Tag auf den Beinen war, ist der Rückweg lang. Dafür kann natürlich die Unterkunft nix. Grundsätzlich darf man kein Herrenhaus nach britischem Vorbild erwarten. Die Unterkunft ist okay, aber keine 10 Punkte.

The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good but could be a bit more imaginative. The room was nice. Everything was extremely clean. The room could use more outlets for electronics, but otherwise was very comfortable. Great location to see the falls and for cycling.

This was our first stayed in a BnB and my wife and I loved it. Ted is a great host and cook. He cooked a delicious breakfast with Bacon, eggs, toast, fresh fruit and sausages. Ted's home is very inviting and clean. We stayed in the King suite, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location is great. Easy to get to the falls and entertainment. We will definitely try another BnB in the future. THANKS TED!!

We tried it as a less expensive alternative to the chain hotels and were very pleased to get a full breakfast as well. Our hosts were pleasant with an "If you need anything, just ask" attitude. Our suitcase was carried up to and down from our room. I was impressed with the efficient room layouts either side of the upstairs central hall ending in an alternative emergency exit to an outside steel stairway. It was clearly intended as a B&B from construction with each pair of bedrooms probably separated by the two associated roughly 5 x 9 foot bathrooms with single piece floor to ceiling tub/showers installed before the walls. The shower had a generous, unrestricted flow superior to any I've encountered elsewhere or even at home - a small luxury. The room was not large but had a king size bed, two upholstered chairs, two side tables with lamps, a table with tea pot & coffee maker, wall mounted TV & a tiny refrigerator. Breakfast was served at our pre-requested time in the downstairs dining and kitchen area on one of three small tables. We had been asked about any special dietary needs at check in. It seems to typically be eggs, bacon, toast & sliced fruit on the plate plus coffee/tea, juice, yogurt and perhaps a croissant or waffle. We noted the gold handled silverware and gold rimmed plates and cups as a definite upgrade from typical chain hotel plastic ware. At each guest check out both of our hosts went to the door to say good bye as you would with your own guests.

We had a lovely stay at Butterfly Manor. The whole place was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were upgraded to a beautiful family room which was very spacious. Breakfast was excellent and the hosts were such nice people really helpful, attentive and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel.

When we arrived our room got upgraded which was nice. Staff and owner were very nice. A little outdated but cozy feel. I wish we were able to control the AC more. Overall excellent stay with a nice breakfast. I would recommend and definitely return!

Wonderful comfortable place. 20mns walking from the Niagara Falls or 2mns by bus. You can park your car easily there and get access to the city in a few mns. House is safe with all doors locked by a code. Hosts are wonderful nice and helpful. Beds are so comfortable you won’t wanna get up. Breakfast is complete with a large selection of juice, food is cooked on demand, very healthy. A place you can try if you wanna relax and enjoy the falls.

Ted and his wife were extremely sweet and attentive to all our needs. They are very good people it felt like home. You can ask for anything you want or need and they are always accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Niagara Falls.

The owner Wellcome us very nicely and it was like coming home .The bed was very comfortable free parking and the owner even volunteered to drive us to to get thing and accommodate us nicely .I would definitely go back again . Transportation accessable.very close .Very good breakfast.I would recommend this bed and breakfast to my family and friends anytime .

We booked a room at this B&B at about 7:45pm the same night we planned to stay after driving into the country spontaneously from the US. When we arrived, we greeted extremely quickly, and because there was an extra room available the host very kindly upgraded us to a room with a larger bed on the second floor vs the first floor. It was extremely clean, and the room was comfortable. The hosts are an extremely kind and helpful couple and they were super generous and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was great—coffee, juice, eggs, toast, yogurt, fruit, bacon. The hosts were also very kind in making sure we had enough to eat, offering us more food more than once even though what they provided was already generous and very tasty. They offer free parking on site and are an easy walk from the falls and the rest of the touristy sites in the city. Overall, we had a great stay here and would happily stay again. For our lack of planning we were so happy to have been able to stay here.

This was our first stayed in a BnB and my wife and I loved it. Ted is a great host and cook. He cooked a delicious breakfast with Bacon, eggs, toast, fresh fruit and sausages. Ted's home is very inviting and clean. We stayed in the King suite, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location is great. Easy to get to the falls and entertainment. We will definitely try another BnB in the future. THANKS TED!!

This is a very well kept Bed and Breakfast. Ted would go out of his way to do anything you needed. He even offered rides downtown. We used the bus stop only half a block away which was very convenient. Breakfast was amazing, cooked to our liking, with plenty of fresh fruit. Everything was very very clean and you felt like a guest in his home. We would stay again when we return.

This was my first time staying at a bed and breakfast and I had an amazing experience. I was able to check in early and even got my room upgraded for free. Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was great. I highly recommend staying here it is right next to the bus stop but also not to far to walk.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This was our first time visiting Canada and we couldn’t have felt more welcomed. The hosts were so nice and gave suggestions of places to go. Breakfast was delicious and filling with a nice variety of foods. The place was clean and felt safe. If we return to the area we will definitely stay here again!

Excellent b&b all around. Very clean and orderly, friendly and accessible owner, breakfast was excellent (eggs, bacon, sausage, fruits, toast, yogurt, etc. etc.), had parking and was in-between Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake so easy to check out both places.

It was walkable distance to the Niagara Falls and VIA rail station, also there were plenty parking space. The owners were very welcoming and accommodative. The place was very homey and we will go back there next time.

We stayed here for an anniversary getaway, and it was wonderful. Ted and his wife are great hosts. The place is very clean and beautifully decorated inside and out with a butterfly theme. The room was spacious with a coffee maker, refrigerator and tv. The breakfast was fantastic. The location is perfect as it is close to the attractions, but not in the busyness of the tourist area. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Sehr sauber, bemühte Eigentümer, viele Nachfragen zum Service, es wurde sich um uns gesorgt. Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen und entsprechend demkanadischen Baustandard relativ hellhörig. Der QEW vwrläuft direkt vor der Tür und es gibt leider viele Jugendliche Autofahrer, die dort Nachts Rennen veranstalten. Laute Auspüffe sind auch beliebt. Zu Fuß sind die Niagarafälle in ei er knappen halben Stunde zu erreichen, aber wenn man den ganzen Tag auf den Beinen war, ist der Rückweg lang. Dafür kann natürlich die Unterkunft nix. Grundsätzlich darf man kein Herrenhaus nach britischem Vorbild erwarten. Die Unterkunft ist okay, aber keine 10 Punkte.

The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good but could be a bit more imaginative. The room was nice. Everything was extremely clean. The room could use more outlets for electronics, but otherwise was very comfortable. Great location to see the falls and for cycling.

The room was not large but had a king size bed, two upholstered chairs, two side tables with lamps, a table with tea pot & coffee maker, wall mounted TV & a tiny refrigerator. Breakfast was served at our pre-requested time in the downstairs dining and kitchen area on one of three small tables. We had been asked about any special dietary needs at check in. It seems to typically be eggs, bacon, toast & sliced fruit on the plate plus coffee/tea, juice, yogurt and perhaps a croissant or waffle. We noted the gold handled silverware and gold rimmed plates and cups as a definite upgrade from typical chain hotel plastic ware. At each guest check out both of our hosts went to the door to say good bye as you would with your own guests.
We tried it as a less expensive alternative to the chain hotels and were very pleased to get a full breakfast as well. Our hosts were pleasant with an "If you need anything, just ask" attitude. Our suitcase was carried up to and down from our room. I was impressed with the efficient room layouts either side of the upstairs central hall ending in an alternative emergency exit to an outside steel stairway. It was clearly intended as a B&B from construction with each pair of bedrooms probably separated by the two associated roughly 5 x 9 foot bathrooms with single piece floor to ceiling tub/showers installed before the walls. The shower had a generous, unrestricted flow superior to any I've encountered elsewhere or even at home - a small luxury. This is a very well kept Bed and Breakfast. Ted would go out of his way to do anything you needed. He even offered rides downtown. We used the bus stop only half a block away which was very convenient. Breakfast was amazing, cooked to our liking, with plenty of fresh fruit. Everything was very very clean and you felt like a guest in his home. We would stay again when we return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This was our first time visiting Canada and we couldn’t have felt more welcomed. The hosts were so nice and gave suggestions of places to go. Breakfast was delicious and filling with a nice variety of foods. The place was clean and felt safe. If we return to the area we will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful comfortable place. 20mns walking from the Niagara Falls or 2mns by bus. You can park your car easily there and get access to the city in a few mns. House is safe with all doors locked by a code. Hosts are wonderful nice and helpful. Beds are so comfortable you won’t wanna get up. Breakfast is complete with a large selection of juice, food is cooked on demand, very healthy. A place you can try if you wanna relax and enjoy the falls.

I highly recommend staying here. The room and house are lovely, the grounds beautifully maintained, and the owners couldn’t have been more lovely and accommodating. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Butterfly Manor! My bedroom and bathroom were very clean and well-stocked, and I looked forward to breakfast every morning. The location is very close to the WEGO bus stop, which was useful because I didn't come with a car. Since I didn't have a car and only used public transportation, I had strange check-in and check-out times, but the owner's were very accommodating. They gave me a discount for my last day since I needed to leave in the evening, made sure I was fed before I left, and even dropped me off at Niagara-on-the-lake the day before as a treat! You will be well taken care of here!

Amazing property! The rooms are an modern with updated amenities. Very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was very yummy and filling and the team there are all wonderful and pleasant. It was a great great experience I would recommend to anyone. It is located in a very safe area.
