During my recent trip to India, I stayed at four different hotels, and JW Marriott was the most impressive hotel for me. First, I liked the Aerocity area( safe and had plenty of restaurants) for tourists Second, I enjoyed the excellent gym and sauna facilities at the hotel.(must try!) Third, the buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food. Lastly, the staff were extremely friendly, which made the trip even more pleasant. Special thanks to Shahnawaz Khan and Chef Jhalak for making a memorable experience. If I visit Delhi again, I would definitely stay at this hotel.

Very nice property and amenities including restaurants and pool, sauna and spa. Only bad thing is it’s close to the airport and nothing else. The closest attraction was 35-40 minutes away.

During my month long trip to India I had the sincere pleasure to stay at the JW Marriott, Aerocity, New Delhi on three occasions for a total of 7 nights. This 5 star hotel provided me with luxurious accommodations as well as varied, abundant and delicious food beautifully served in the dining room or via room service. The breakfast buffet is beyond comparison having so many options. During my last evening I enjoyed a sumptuous buffet created by Chef. Kunwar Hemendra Singh from Rajasthan. The best part of my stay, however, was the staff who treated me with the utmost respect, kindness and hospitality. Regrettably I don’t have the names of all of the individuals who made my stay memorable but here are few that I wish to recognize: Vivek, Shalu, Shahnawaz, Arpan, Maria and Priyanka at the welcome desk; Rajesh, Ishant and Aamir who respectively helped me with my luggage; provided me with translation services with my Make My Trip driver; logistics and general support; Sunbbar, and Sabin Kumah who impeccably cared for my room leaving me sweet creations on my bed that made me smile; Rajdip and Bharti at the bar who listened to my tales of travelling in India; Suraj, and the delightful staff Vikash Shweth Sunil Arun Manoj who greeted me at breakfast gifting me the sweetest traditional pink earrings that matched my dress perfectly. And last but not least, Helen in the Spa who gave me a wonderful full body and facial treatments. I so look forward to returning to the Marriott ❤️

It’s a really nice hotel. The only real five star hotel in Aerocity that I know of. Excellent restaurant and spa. One big complaint is the pigeons in the pool. The pool deck is covered with toxic pigeon poop. They need to do something to stop them from landing on the building and in the pool!!

it really is a good hotel. It's a top brand and not particularly cheap, plus this is really an airport hotel. Staff was good and, generally, proactive to be observant. Our room was quite comfortable (we paid extra for an executive room and access to the "club". The club was great! There was an issue with our room, however, I did let the hotel know my disappointment. We were in room 3065. Unbelievably, at 9:30-10:00 when we were wanting to go to sleep, being in the middle of travels, we could hear, or more acurately feel, the thump of bass from music in the mall next door to the hotel. We could feel it coming through the bed and our pillow. What is more disappointing is that the hotel staff all know about this issue and still assigned us to this room. This in addition to the fact that AeroCity is a hotel center for Delhi airport. How loud must that music have been to have been an issue in our room! And, certainly, then there had to have been people closer to that "club" who had worse issues than we did. There were a couple of small annoyances with staff people. Overall, I was disappointed with this JW Marriott and our experience.

We only stayed at the hotel for 1 night. This is a beautiful hotel. The location was perfect for us since it is only about a 5 min ride from the airport and we were in between 2 international flights. We enjoyed the food at K3 for breakfast and dinner. The beds were comfortable, bathroom was large with great showrrs, and the room was quiet despite the close proximity to the airport. The staff was very friendly. We would come back here anytime.

The property is located in the best area of Delhi, near the airport, easy access via transportations to major attractions. The location is safe, clean and modern in comparison with the rest of city. The staff is friendly and professional. Restaurant offers excellent dinning options. The mall next doors have dining and shopping options as well. The room is standardized under Marriott brand, but a bit outdated, still clean and spacious in comparison with other local hotels we stayed. Gym and swimming pool are well positioned and maintained well. Only one dissatisfaction I had was the bed, which was overused and saggy, blow Marriott standard. Overall, we had a pleasant stay of 3 nights before our journey to other cities in India.

I made the terrible mistake of choosing the Marriott Hotel. Their front desk staff and kitchen waiters were extremely rude and very unprofessional. They are working in a five-star hotel but carrying a one-star hotel attitude. Their housekeeping staff won’t move from the room until you give them a tip. The price is unnecessarily high. I will not recommend anyone to stay at Aerocity JW Marriott Hotel.

A top-class hotel with a great location and overall excellent service.One of the best marriott properties stayed at. Karan, the Assistant Front Office Manager, was especially welcoming and went out of his way to help he even assured me that breakfast would be packed as my checkout was very early. Unfortunately, this didn’t happen, and the team dropped the ball on that promise, which felt like a miscommunication rather than a lack of intent. Overall, a great stay let down slightly by this one issue, but I would still rate the hotel well and would consider staying again.

Terribly disappointed with the attitude at the front desk , I am an Elite member of Expedia and had booked on the site for one night stay Indian Rupees 37170.00 with airport shuttle , I was told there was no transfer available for me and the front desk harassed me about the room stating it was incorrect . I have never been harassed at any hotel by any staff member as I was at the JW Marriott Aero City , almost all my hotel stays in all countries have run smoothly and are very satisfying . I need an explanation from your end . Please attend to the matter

I stay here all the time. It is a great property and also close to airport. This time, I developed some sort of allergic reaction. The staff and their support was exceptional. They not only took me to Pharmacy to get medicines but also rushed me to the ER. They extended the room stay so that I could rest. They also had the chef call me and gave me food of my choice sent to my room. They charged me nothing for any of the above and finally dropped me safely at the airport. Thanks to Karan, Ruth, Anurag and many other names that I don't remember. This hotel has staff with empathy. I was a solo traveler and they totally took care of me. Many thanks and gratitude.

Horrible Reception and Front Office Staff. The Payment was Done by UPI and was Successful, but the Hotel claimed Payment has failed and forced me to Pay Again. Next day after checking, the was indeed Successful and they confirmed the Receipt of Funds. The Front Office Manager did not respond to my Calls and i had to Call the Hotel Reception Landlines and Talk Tough with them. They said the Refund would take 15 Days for Processing. A Bunch of Unprofessional Scumbags working here.

During my month long trip to India I had the sincere pleasure to stay at the JW Marriott, Aerocity, New Delhi on three occasions for a total of 7 nights. This 5 star hotel provided me with luxurious accommodations as well as varied, abundant and delicious food beautifully served in the dining room or via room service. The breakfast buffet is beyond comparison having so many options. During my last evening I enjoyed a sumptuous buffet created by Chef. Kunwar Hemendra Singh from Rajasthan. The best part of my stay, however, was the staff who treated me with the utmost respect, kindness and hospitality. Regrettably I don’t have the names of all of the individuals who made my stay memorable but here are few that I wish to recognize: Vivek, Shalu, Shahnawaz, Arpan, Maria and Priyanka at the welcome desk; Rajesh, Ishant and Aamir who respectively helped me with my luggage; provided me with translation services with my Make My Trip driver; logistics and general support; Sunbbar, and Sabin Kumah who impeccably cared for my room leaving me sweet creations on my bed that made me smile; Rajdip and Bharti at the bar who listened to my tales of travelling in India; Suraj, and the delightful staff Vikash Shweth Sunil Arun Manoj who greeted me at breakfast gifting me the sweetest traditional pink earrings that matched my dress perfectly. And last but not least, Helen in the Spa who gave me a wonderful full body and facial treatments. I so look forward to returning to the Marriott ❤️

An Impeccable Stay at JW Marriott AeroCity Delhi – Truly Exceptional! Our experience at JW Marriott AeroCity Delhi was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, everything was immaculate. The staff across all departments—lobby, reception, restaurant, security, and housekeeping—were exceptional. Each one greeted us with a warm “Namaste,” always wearing a smile and making us feel genuinely welcome with their top-tier hospitality. A special touch that made our stay even more memorable was the complimentary airport service. Additionally, as it was my wife’s birthday and our wedding anniversary, the hotel went above and beyond to make the occasion special. Overall it was a nice location, convenient from the airport, and the best option if passing through Delhi and needing a hotel to be close to the airport. I have stayed at all the hotels in this area and JW Marriotes tops them all in terms of service and facilities.

The property is located in the best area of Delhi, near the airport, easy access via transportations to major attractions. The location is safe, clean and modern in comparison with the rest of city. The staff is friendly and professional. Restaurant offers excellent dinning options. The mall next doors have dining and shopping options as well. The room is standardized under Marriott brand, but a bit outdated, still clean and spacious in comparison with other local hotels we stayed. Gym and swimming pool are well positioned and maintained well. Only one dissatisfaction I had was the bed, which was overused and saggy, blow Marriott standard. Overall, we had a pleasant stay of 3 nights before our journey to other cities in India.
