Very inconvenient parking area with extremely difficult access — and the worst part is only finding this out upon arrival. The staff texted me earlier asking what time we would arrive, assuring me that parking would be beside the hotel. When we got there, the street leading to the property ended in stairs. I had to leave the car in the middle of the road and walk to the hotel to ask for instructions, since this crucial information wasn’t given beforehand. To my surprise, nobody was there. A kind neighbor pointed me in the right direction, but the streets were so narrow that we ended up damaging the car against a wall. The frustration and stress were enormous, and we had to figure out by ourselves how to finally reach the parking lot. After 1.5 hours — in the dark and rain — we got our key under a flower pot (informed by msg once we arrived). No customer service, no assistance, no clear directions. On the positive side, the rooms are decent and have a charming medieval atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff we met in the morning were kind. Overall, I would not recommend this place and would not come back.

Absolute tranquility. Anna was an amazing hostess. Breakfast delicious and fresh too. We literally felt like we were in old world Europe with the charm of stone walls and wood beans but with modern conveniences of ac, great shower and comfortable accommodations. The drive up is not for the faint of heart but well worthwhile.

Esperienza bellissima in un hotel molto centrale immerso in un silenzio molto rilassante ,camere molto pulite spaziose cn TV frigo e una colazione inclusa molto abbondante e vari ,personale cortese e gentile e molto professionale ci siamo sentiti a casa e abbiamo visitato Erice che tra l altro è bellissima

Service exemplaire. L'hôte a été au petit soins! Stationnement relativement facile et gratuit! au vu de l'emplacement. Déjeuner très bien. L'emplacement était pratique, tout se fait à la marche. Attention, il est ardu de trouver un restaurant ouvert le soir lors de la basse saison. Nous reviendrions sans problème!

Unique hotel in unique Erice, lovely large clean room with a view, great breakfast, very helpful staff. At this time of year, no problem finding free and close parking. The kittens frolicking in the courtyard were a nice bonus!

The stay was marvellous. The location is pretty good, besides de route, which is very easy to reach and for parking the car. Hostess were very friendly, the room quite big and all the complex was beautiful and very cozy.

This is a charming, small place in a lovely old town. We loved that the window opened onto a spectacular view. Our only problem was following Google driving instructions which took us on a terrifying, narrow essentially goat path all the way up the mt. The hotel should warn guests NOT to obey Google.

We absolutely loved our stay at Camere di Ulisse. The location is hard to beat, you can park your car for free and explore the whole town on foot. The room was nice and clean, with good air-conditioning. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was fantastic!

This hotel is nothing like the photos. The courtyard was dirty and disorganised. The roof terrace the same poor condition and not usable. The air conditioning didn’t work. And the people in the room next to us had damp bedding and blankets. Breakfast was awful, NOTHING like the images. The fruit was a week’s old basket of rotten fruit. No fresh fruit. The bread and pastries were stale. I would not recommend this property. Be aware you are not getting what the images project.
