For a small older motel, it was extremely clean. The beds were comfortable. The area seemed a little sketchy at first, but we had no problems. If you're looking to save some money yet be comfortable. This is the place. They don't have any ice machines or vending.

Check-in was a little slow; no one was in the office in the early evening (around 6pm) and they didn’t respond to the doorbell. Finally had to call them on the phone to get someone to check us in. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The location was excellent for our purposes (an engagement in Cocoa, just a mile away across the causeway). Parking was easy. Check-out was a tad disconcerting; they were banging on the door at 11:02 am just as we were about to open the door to leave. However, they were super kind and carried our bags down to the parking lot from the second floor (no elevator). I would stay there again. It’s nothing fancy but a decent value for a short stay. Met my top criteria; no bugs, clean, and kind staff.

The room as okay and liveable for our one night stay and very good access to the port for our cruise! The room stank of cigarette smoke unfortunately and the bedding needs to be replaced. TV was good, shower was good and towel quality provided were excellent- however, towels were TINY! Honestly the size for a very small child. Next door to the 7/11 stop which is good for snacks and drinks without having to walk too far. And able to get DoorDash straight to your door, with lots of options. Friendly staff- a male working in the office and a female who was cleaning. Very helpful. They do offer transport to the port for $25, we had a code for a Lyft so didn’t take it but if we hadn’t had that code- a steal.

It's an older hotel, but recently refurbished. Very clean. Nice, comfortable bed. Perfect hotel for adults wanting a decent place to stay. Kids might not enjoy staying here. There's no pool or a breakfast.

Very friendly staff. The room was clean and there was a fridge, which I found to be a huge plus. Note worthy, the mattress must be new, so I got a good nights sleep. Another plus, they have put in the extra effort, so you won’t hear the people in the room next door. All in all a neat little family run motel.

You pay for what you get. My husband and I were in Cocoa for a concert at the Cocoa Riverfront Park, so it was a 5min Uber to the venue. The beds were comfortable and clean and the shower was large with good water pressure. It was super basic, and that's all we needed - a place to sleep and shower. The staff were also very kind.

Didn’t arrive til around 1 AM but the gentleman at the front desk was more than accomodating. Requested a late check out and it was given with no issues. Room clean and bed comfortable.

We came in late and they were so nice. Great location near the cruise port. 7 eleven is next door for drinks and snacks. Its no high dollar place but the guy at the check-in was super nice. Hard to beat for the price!

We came in late and they were so nice. Great location near the cruise port. 7 eleven is next door for drinks and snacks. Its no high dollar place but the guy at the check-in was super nice. Hard to beat for the price!

For a small older motel, it was extremely clean. The beds were comfortable. The area seemed a little sketchy at first, but we had no problems. If you're looking to save some money yet be comfortable. This is the place. They don't have any ice machines or vending.

The room as okay and liveable for our one night stay and very good access to the port for our cruise! The room stank of cigarette smoke unfortunately and the bedding needs to be replaced. TV was good, shower was good and towel quality provided were excellent- however, towels were TINY! Honestly the size for a very small child. Next door to the 7/11 stop which is good for snacks and drinks without having to walk too far. And able to get DoorDash straight to your door, with lots of options. Friendly staff- a male working in the office and a female who was cleaning. Very helpful. They do offer transport to the port for $25, we had a code for a Lyft so didn’t take it but if we hadn’t had that code- a steal.

Had a great stay was there for couple nights. Room was clean and comfortable. Will use again. Really liked being able to walk to riverfront in mornings. Couple who ran it were very friendly and accommodating.

It's an older hotel, but recently refurbished. Very clean. Nice, comfortable bed. Perfect hotel for adults wanting a decent place to stay. Kids might not enjoy staying here. There's no pool or a breakfast.

Managment and staff were very accomodating. It is located near a park with a walking trail where you can fish. There is a 7-11 next door and places to eat and shop within walking distance.

Outside not that just appealing, parking lot pretty small but they do have camera on outside of property so getting good about that. Rooms were pretty decent for the money you pay, I was in town for 1 night and just needed a place to crash and for the money it was good.

I was traveling by myself at a 19 F and I felt relatively safe, the staff was polite and the room was clean. Full sized fridge too :)

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I will be complaining to hotels.com because this hotel is nowhere near the description online. The pictures on here are misleading and the property is nothing like them. The room was not clean, the outside area was dirty and run-down, it did not feel remotely safe, and the whole place had a bad smell going through it. I had two rooms booked here and both were terrible. My friend and I spent 5 minutes here then told the owner we were leaving and would not stay in such conditions. He told me he would not refund us as it wasn't his problem and hotels.com would have to sort it. Well, I'll be contacting them for sure - this place should not be on here, this doesn't live up to their standards and the ad is totally misleading. Disgusting.
