Check in was prompt and courteous, and the swimming pool was immaculate and a highlight for our children. However, our room fell short of expectations. The view did not match the advertised ocean view description, and the bathroom requires cosmetic attention. Additionally, the jetted tub requires maintenance, as black debris discharged from the jets during use. While there were several enjoyable elements to our stay, greater attention to maintenance and accurate listing descriptions would significantly improve the guest experience.

There was no curtain or blind for the bathroom window. My wife tried to use the jacuzzi, but ran out of hot water before it was properly filled and the water stopper was leaking so bad that she lost the water in no time. There were piece of broken glass in the cupboard where the glasses were. The portable AC unit was connected on the same breaker as the GFI in the bathroom and therefore had to be turned off for the air dryer to work. The pool was really nice and clean. Parking was by the steps to go in the room, but we were in a townhouse, not a cottage as it led us to believe. Also the toilet was rocking when you sat on it. Staff was helpful and very cordial.
