Brilliantly located in the center of the town with easy access to restaurants, shops and tourist agencies. The hotel is very well appointed; the thought shows in the little touches that go into the rooms and public areas - small sit-outs, resort-style baths, ample lighting, fans and storage, offer of extra towels, free bottles, 24 hours tea/coffee and water... you have a lovely, cozy experience. They were very responsive in arranging my transport and to other requests. Definitely a place to be in!

Estadia maravilhosa! Hotel super charmoso e próximo da rua principal (Caracoles). Ótimo atendimento, quarto muito confortável, limpo, espaçoso e com funcionários altamente prestativos. A Clara em especial é muito atenciosa, preocupada com os hóspedes, sempre com sorriso no rosto e fez com que tudo ficasse ainda melhor do que já era. Tem uma piscina externa, pequena e aquecida. São somente 10 quartos, então a experiência fica bem privativa. Quarto com jardim. No sábado ofereceram como cortesia uma tábua de frios e taça de vinho. Indico com certeza.

The hotel is very conveniently located. There is free on-site parking (upon request). Staff were friendly and accommodating. Although there are ceiling fans, there is no air conditioning so it gets a bit warm at night before it later cools off. We would definitely stay here again.

Although there was occasionally difficulty communicating with some staff, everything always worked out and everyone was warm, welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable, bathroom spacious with great hot water, comfy bed and pillows. Overhead fan, but no air (fine for us!). Private back terrace. Our room (#4) was very quiet. Free loan of very nice bicycles of quality suitable to the local terrain. Coffe, tea, fruit available in the dining room 24 hours. Coca leaves help with the altitude if you want them. Fantastic location steps from the action but far enough away to be tranquil.

Like several places in San Pedro, this place keeps its charms hidden behind plain adobe walls. From the dusty street, you'd never imagine the tiny gem (only 8 rooms) that lies inside. From the inside, you're blissfully unaware of the sun-baked, tourist-crowded streets outside. Whoever designed this boutique hotel did a brilliant job with the smallish plot, using different angles and levels to create spaces that make the place feel bigger than it is. Our room was lovely - quality fittings and facilities (including a small private terrace at the back), interesting spaces, and earthy, restful colours. Breakfast was fine, with eggs/omelettes cooked to order. Staff were friendly and helpful, and we'd happily stay here again. There is parking onsite, but only for a maximum of three vehicles, so if you are arriving by car, request a space when you make your booking

O Hotel Pascual Andino foi uma escolha excelente. Um hotel aconchegante, bem localizado e muito charmoso, todo decorado em estilo andino. São apenas 10 quartos amplos, confortáveis, limpos, com varanda privativa, água quente no banheiro, cofre, ventilador de teto e aquecimento. Tem piscina, um pátio charmoso com poltronas e plantas, estacionamento, atendimento 24 h na recepção e empréstimo de bicicletas gratuitas. Nos sábados à noite, é oferecido aos hóspedes uma tábua de queijos e vinho. Café da manhã variado e muito gostoso. E nos dias em que temos passeios muito cedo, antes do horário do café da manhã (7 horas), o hotel prepara um kit de lanche (box) para levarmos nos passeios (sanduíche, suco de caixinha, barrinha de cereal e fruta). O hotel sempre deixa à disposição dos hóspedes um purificador de água (água normal, gelada e quente), frutas, café e chá 24h por dia, inclusive chá de coca para ajudar a evitar o mal de altitude. Cada hóspede ganha uma squeeze de alumínio e pode encher com água do purificador sempre que precisar. O atendimento é o ponto alto do hotel, com uma equipe simpática e sempre pronta a nos atender e ajudar. E como estávamos com carro alugado, eles se preocupavam em saber para onde iríamos e a hora prevista de retorno, caso algum imprevisto acontecesse. A localização é excelente, a uma quadra da rua principal Caracoles, próximo a restaurantes, cafés, lojas de artesanato e agências de passeios, perfeito para explorar tudo a pé.

This was a lovely place to stay. Forget booking big hotels and opt for this boutique small haven set behind big wooden doors and offering a quiet place yet easy walking to restaurants. The staff are lovely and super helpful, breakfasts great and the spa lovely to relax in . Rooms have a private courtyard and ceiling fans. Very clean. Shower was amazing. Highly recommend.

Solo travel and first time in San Pedro de Atacama. Stayed 3 nights and was mostly away from the hotel during the day. Service was great and personnel were very friendly - Brando and Andrea. Hotel offers limited space for parking but also allowing bikes for guests is clutch. Also having purified water on premises saved me money and plastic waste.

Uma boa experiência no Aracama. Hotel pequeno com poucas acomodações e ótima localização. Não posuui ar condicionado no quarto,, apenas ventilador o que em Atacama faz a diferença. Faltou água no último dia por falta de pressão na caixa d'água, mas foi logo resolvido o problema. A jacuzzi da pousada não eh aquecida e não tem pressão nos jatos, apesar de ter agendado com antecedência a utilização da hidro. Alias, se for utilizar a hidro, avise antes para que a limpem.
Uma boa experiência no Aracama. Hotel pequeno com poucas acomodações e ótima localização. Não posuui ar condicionado no quarto,, apenas ventilador o que em Atacama faz a diferença. Let's be clear: San Pedro is kind of a weird place. The main tourist jumping-off point for the central Atacama, it clings tightly to a down-market, $5-a-day-backpacker image. The town offers essentially one long street of low-cost bars and restaurants, lounging stray dogs, energetic tour touts, cookie-cutter souvenir shops, and oddly expensive outdoor equipment dealers. In the evenings, all those backpackers kill time by walking up and down the street and looking for happy hour prices on beer. Happily, a block off one end of that peculiar mecca we found a calm oasis: the Pascual Andino. Nestled behind its high, blank adobe walls is an open courtyard surrounded by rustic-chic rooms, each with their own enclosed patios and access to a shared outdoor seating area and jacuzzi. The staff is solicitous and friendly -- and speaks excellent English. We had a rental car that they provided adjoining secure parking for with some prior coordination. Breakfast is more or less standard buffet fare, but was plentiful and good, and the one morning we set out before the breakfast room opened they boxed food for us to take with us. If you're going to use San Pedro de Atacama as a base -- and the sights within driving distance of it are most definitely worth it -- Pascual Andino is the place to stay.

Very comfortable and reasonably specious rooms. Nice bathroom and shower, very clean. Lovely staff, extremely helpful. Excellent breakfast. No restaurant onsite, but a few minutes walk to town with lots of choice. Safe and quiet.

Excelente hotel, muito aconchegante, agradável e limpíssimo. Ótima localização. Quarto espaçoso, com frigobar, cama confortável, excelente roupas de cama e banho e banheiro amplo com uma ducha quente, maravilhosa!!! Café da manhã muito bom e feito na hora. Funcionários educados e atenciosos, especialmente a Clara, sempre alegre e gentil. Possui uma área comum agradável, com música ambiente, água gelada… tudo maravilhoso!

This property is ideal. We were a couple in San Pedro for a few nights and uses this property as base camp for doing activities in the desert. The room is clean, spacious and the staff very helpful. We felt as safe at this hotel as we have anywhere else in the world and would highly recommend. Less than a 5 min walk to all the towns restaurants and shops.

This little boutique hotel is an absolute gem. The room was spotless and rustic. The shower was luxurious with endless hot water and amazing water pressure. The entire hotel is tucked inside adobe walls with cute comfy sitting areas and a small number of rooms to make the whole place feel quaint. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We would love to come back! We are at our next hotel and miss Pascual Andino already!

The entire hotel is tucked inside adobe walls with cute comfy sitting areas and a small number of rooms to make the whole place feel quaint. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We would love to come back! We are at our next hotel and miss Pascual Andino already!

Very comfortable and reasonably specious rooms. Nice bathroom and shower, very clean. Lovely staff, extremely helpful. Excellent breakfast. No restaurant onsite, but a few minutes walk to town with lots of choice. Safe and quiet.

Staff and service are supper good, we had problem with heater when we arrived place, Brandon is supper helpful work so hard to resolve our problem to make sure we have a good night sleep, we so appreciated his effort. Also good breakfast and service but only complain is the room is too small and bed is also very small.

The hotel is very conveniently located. There is free on-site parking (upon request). Staff were friendly and accommodating. Although there are ceiling fans, there is no air conditioning so it gets a bit warm at night before it later cools off. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely property in the middle of town, so easy access to the main restaurant strip and the tourism companies. They prepared takeaway breakfast boxes for the days we had tours starting really early, and offered us a lovely wine and cheese on the last day. The room was lovely, with a small terrace and a large bathroom with a nice clear ceiling shower in it. The only downside is that there are parties raging in town until 5-6am, so noise can be an issue. Otherwise, would definitely recommend.

Although there was occasionally difficulty communicating with some staff, everything always worked out and everyone was warm, welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable, bathroom spacious with great hot water, comfy bed and pillows. Overhead fan, but no air (fine for us!). Private back terrace. Our room (#4) was very quiet. Free loan of very nice bicycles of quality suitable to the local terrain. Coffe, tea, fruit available in the dining room 24 hours. Coca leaves help with the altitude if you want them. Fantastic location steps from the action but far enough away to be tranquil.

O Hotel Pascual Andino foi uma escolha excelente. Um hotel aconchegante, bem localizado e muito charmoso, todo decorado em estilo andino. São apenas 10 quartos amplos, confortáveis, limpos, com varanda privativa, água quente no banheiro, cofre, ventilador de teto e aquecimento. Tem piscina, um pátio charmoso com poltronas e plantas, estacionamento, atendimento 24 h na recepção e empréstimo de bicicletas gratuitas. Nos sábados à noite, é oferecido aos hóspedes uma tábua de queijos e vinho. Café da manhã variado e muito gostoso. E nos dias em que temos passeios muito cedo, antes do horário do café da manhã (7 horas), o hotel prepara um kit de lanche (box) para levarmos nos passeios (sanduíche, suco de caixinha, barrinha de cereal e fruta). O hotel sempre deixa à disposição dos hóspedes um purificador de água (água normal, gelada e quente), frutas, café e chá 24h por dia, inclusive chá de coca para ajudar a evitar o mal de altitude. Cada hóspede ganha uma squeeze de alumínio e pode encher com água do purificador sempre que precisar. O atendimento é o ponto alto do hotel, com uma equipe simpática e sempre pronta a nos atender e ajudar. This was a lovely place to stay. Forget booking big hotels and opt for this boutique small haven set behind big wooden doors and offering a quiet place yet easy walking to restaurants. The staff are lovely and super helpful, breakfasts great and the spa lovely to relax in . Rooms have a private courtyard and ceiling fans. Very clean. Shower was amazing. Highly recommend.

Let's be clear: San Pedro is kind of a weird place. The main tourist jumping-off point for the central Atacama, it clings tightly to a down-market, $5-a-day-backpacker image. The town offers essentially one long street of low-cost bars and restaurants, lounging stray dogs, energetic tour touts, cookie-cutter souvenir shops, and oddly expensive outdoor equipment dealers. In the evenings, all those backpackers kill time by walking up and down the street and looking for happy hour prices on beer. Happily, a block off one end of that peculiar mecca we found a calm oasis: the Pascual Andino. Nestled behind its high, blank adobe walls is an open courtyard surrounded by rustic-chic rooms, each with their own enclosed patios and access to a shared outdoor seating area and jacuzzi. The staff is solicitous and friendly -- and speaks excellent English. We had a rental car that they provided adjoining secure parking for with some prior coordination. Breakfast is more or less standard buffet fare, but was plentiful and good, and the one morning we set out before the breakfast room opened they boxed food for us to take with us. If you're going to use San Pedro de Atacama as a base -- and the sights within driving distance of it are most definitely worth it -- Pascual Andino is the place to stay.

This little boutique hotel is an absolute gem. The room was spotless and rustic. The shower was luxurious with endless hot water and amazing water pressure. Hotel Boutique maravilhoso a poucos metros da Caracoles (principal rua de comércio de San Pedro). Destaque especial para o Brandon que todos os dias se preocupava em saber tudo que eu estivesse precisando para ajudar a resolver. Nos dias de passeios muito cedo eles fazem questão de preparar um café antes do horário do hotel para você levar, sem nenhuma obrigação de fazerem isso. São maravilhosos. Mil vezes que for ao Atacama ficarei no Pascual Andino por mil vezes! Nota 10 é muito pouco para eles!

Staff was not very nice and forget about getting any service. To extend stay 1 hour past checkout, they wanted 1/2 daily room's rate. Their to go breakfast is a dry sandwich and stale fruit. terrible.

It’s a nice boutique hotel. Good room. But fantastic staff (beyond expectation attentiveness and responsiveness). As just one example, I struggled with the high altitude in the driest place on earth and ended up with a nose bleed on my first night in San Pedro. I told them about it and they put a humidifier in my room. It was new so I think that it bought it because of my situation. There are many more examples of service orientation at this hotel. We loved it.

Brandon and his team were absolutely fantastic during our 3 night stay. The hotel is very customer focused and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were visible the whole time, there was a complementary cheese & wine event, the handyman even cleaned bird poop off our rental car. We've stayed in hundreds of hotels over decades of travelling and the Pascual Andino was one of the best purely from a customer service point of view. Many thanks Brandon & the team!

Ideal location and close to everything. The staff is amazing and the place is spotless. Breakfast was great on the days where you could attend it as most people take tours during the serving time. So we only got to eat once out of 3 days. We were there in the winter and we found our room freezing. Like really cold. We had to hang out in the bed just to be warm. The floor is so cold and I realize this is common in the area considering it’s the desert, but for the price you pay, more heat would be great. Maybe have some slippers on hand for guest. The pool is small and a nice touch, but too cold to use which is too bad as that was the reason why I booked it. Staff is kind and helpful but doesn’t replace heat. This place is “not cheap” hence why I mention these things.

Fabulous 4 night stay. This hotel is a quiet oasis extremely close to the town centre. The rooms were lovely we had one with a small outside terrace a great way to relax after a day of touring. The staff were all amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful. You will not be dissapointed if you book this hotel.

It was a great experience staying at Pascual Andino. Very well located, close to the main street Caracoles. Quiet and comfortable environment, cozy room and very good bed and shower. Staff was really friendly. Fernanda was so kind and helpful every time we needed something. I recommend it!!

Hotel Boutique maravilhoso a poucos metros da Caracoles (principal rua de comércio de San Pedro). Hotel lindo, super confortável e com funcionários maravilhosos e sempre atentos a cada detalhe e dispostos a fazer da estadia uma experiência única! Destaque especial para o Brandon que todos os dias se preocupava em saber tudo que eu estivesse precisando para ajudar a resolver. Nos dias de passeios muito cedo eles fazem questão de preparar um café antes do horário do hotel para você levar, sem nenhuma obrigação de fazerem isso. São maravilhosos. Mil vezes que for ao Atacama ficarei no Pascual Andino por mil vezes! Nota 10 é muito pouco para eles!

Very comfortable and reasonably specious rooms. Nice bathroom and shower, very clean. Lovely staff, extremely helpful. Excellent breakfast. No restaurant onsite, but a few minutes walk to town with lots of choice. Safe and quiet.

Staff was not very nice and forget about getting any service. To extend stay 1 hour past checkout, they wanted 1/2 daily room's rate. Their to go breakfast is a dry sandwich and stale fruit. terrible.

Pascual Adino is an excellent hotel in San Pedro. My brother and I stayed 7 nights. Arrival and check in were smooth as silk. The rooms immaculately clean and well appointed. The breakfast delicious. The staff are accessible, friendly, and helpful. It’s an excellent hotel. A++++++++

Breakfast was excellent but unfortunately I only had 2 of 4 mornings as many trips start before breakfast is served at 7am. Property is quiet and yet convenient to main area. It’s worth mentioning that pick up for trips are usually a 45 min window . You are usually last pick up staying at Pascual Andino so I wouldn’t rush to make first pick up. We had a lot of waiting around as we’re ready from start time

Communication prior was excellent as I received a scam email a couple of weeks prior and I emailed them and they replied immediately advising it was a scam. On arrival receptionist very friendly and helpful. Room spacious, clean and nice private area to sit off room outside. Very help if you have an early tour they will provide a snack breakfast to take with you. Very quiet and close to Main Street. Highly recommend one of nicest hotel we stayed at in South America. Only point to note swimming pool is a cold spa pool encase you extend a big pool not that we wanted to use it but if you are booking for summer. Thanks for a wonderful stay your facilities and staff are amazing.
