Not a bad stay - the room/cabin was pretty basic but it was only ever meant to get me close enough to the Great Ocean Road. Easy check-in and it was nice to have a security gate on the complex. I would certainly stay again if I was back that way.

Fantastic holiday spot to stay and the customer service from Michelle especially was exceptional. Has lots of fun things to do and amenities such as pool mini golf and bouncy castle all included! Only downside is that the wifi was poor and didn’t work in our cabin the whole time but everything else was top notch.

The staff were very welcoming, and when we lost power to our holiday home the maintenance team were over within 30 minutes to fix the problem. The park was very well maintained and the indoor pool is well heated, essential when the weather is too cool to use the unheated outdoor pool.

Fantastic location out of town, teal rural vibe on the river safe for swimming and other water sports. Facilities in the park are all excellent quality and condition, including a large variety for young and old kids.

Great welcome at reception polite & informative. Our cabin def had not been cleaned crumbs on table & benches, plates still had food on them. We had to get our utensils as cabin was lacking. Not pleasent to have to remove cobwebs and spiders. Our internet was terrible and upon enquiring the lady said we don’t advertise for great internet which was quite dismissive and rude, thankfully one of the maintenance guys came to have a look but he couldn’t help so we gave up on it. Great place for kids plenty to do and lovely surrounding areas. Overall was a pleasent stay . Maintenance guy was lovely to bring our key back for us on checkout.

Stayed at a deluxe cabin. Nicely presented, but signs of black moulds is everywhere in the cabin. Bathroom need bit more cleaning. But overall it was a nice stay.

Great location, friendly staff. Lots of fun activities for all the family. Cleaning wasn’t great, our room smelt like a BBQ the entire stay, might suggest opening windows between visits.

Stayed in a three bedroom cabin riverside. The queens bed were super comfy. The layout and size of cabin was amazing especially with two teenagers.The decking and furniture was nice and comfortable, and huge tv. The grounds of park very nice and nice walking to the river. Felt the indoor pool needed a clean.

Wonderful property had a really good time. Really enjoyed the facilities. The only issue would be the fact that our fridge smelt like something died in it. It was really disgusting. I’m sure if the staff were aware of it could’ve been the last people that stayed there but other than that was a really good time and I would’ve given it five stars but the fridge made it loses star

Lack of phone coverage (Telstra) was a drama but not a deal breaker and the on site Wifi never connected once...however, the park is very clean and tidy. I wouldnt stay here long term but for short stays for the Speedway (1 min drive away), it's perfect!

Mattress was sunken. Too soft. Didn't have good sleep. Had to sleep on sofa. No heater in the rooms. Beds were not made. They just left bed sheets on the mattress. What a disappointment. The staff manning the reception and facilities were not service oriented.

The amenities at rhe park were amazing. Plenty of fun activities for the kids to do and see. Indoor and out door pools along with a games room and plenty of grassed areas to play. The down side was the quality of the cabins. They are very put of date and some of the finishes were sub par. The kitchen facilities could be improved. Lack of fly screen's and dmaged fly acreens disnt allow you to open the windows to allow airflow. The shower and toilet area was run down and the shower leaked. The cabins need money spent on them to bring them up to standard.

We stayed in a deluxe three bedroom cabin. Cabin is a little run down, but overall spacious and has mostly all amenities required for a comfortable stay. Park seems to be nice with lots of facilities.

I stayed up here for work and was held up late at a job. Reception (I think her name was Fiona - I hope I got that right) was flawless they were so helpful and made late check in super easy. I really appreciate their customer service and highly recommend this place to anyone that visits the area

We had a cabin overnight. End of row and a bit squeezy for turning the car. Lovely setting and quiet riverside with walks. Staff were helpful and friendly.

When we arrived the only person in the office was on the phone for 10-15 mins with another person who seemed to be making a booking for months away. See should have ask the phone person to hold whilst 3 people were waiting to be checked in.

TV in room did not work, very quick to change this but there was still no TV working in the room so had to use laptop to watch something. Overall room was tiny but it was a budget room and it was only me using it.

Memorable holiday & a wonderful place to stay. Away from hustle-bustle of the town, beautiful river to walk along, easy commute into the town & immaculately maintained facilities.

convenient location, close to shopping Centre, pool was nice, small family cabin was cozy and had everything required to cook , sleep and make a home base before going exploring the Town around the place, Warnambool, and port ferry

The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable I wish we were able to stay longer. The location is very good if you have a car

Fantastic location out of town, teal rural vibe on the river safe for swimming and other water sports. Facilities in the park are all excellent quality and condition, including a large variety for young and old kids.

Lovely little park. Wifi not fantastic property in a hollow not reaching towers. Did have most things you would require for a stay. Loved the BBQ on the deck

The cleaning needs to be looked at , as we arrived to wet floor which was ok but hair in bathroom and toilet from previous occupants which was ick , long strands over the floor they did come redo it and were apologetic, I think they need to check the upkeep on older cabins , they were a few switches which were cracked and couldn’t turn on almost quite dangerous, the carpet honestly didn’t look like it had been vacuumed for a while , the outside was well maintained, but honestly I think our pillow slips were reused as well as they had marks like some one had slept on them , maybe they need to check the cleaners, it’s a shame because we were so excited but I must admit disappointed and probably won’t stay there again. They never even checked whether we wanted new towels for three days. We were there. We were paying rates of what you’re paying in a motel. Maybe they need to look at that. I think they just need to their game a little. also, the bed covers that cover. The mattress covers looked very old. I don’t know if they’ve been washed for awhile either, they should be washed every time they wash the sheets.
