Property is far from ultra modern but very little on the Isle of Man is. Breakfast was excellent. As were the friendly staff around. Accommodation that fits the location.

Very convieniently located hotel for our IOM requirements. Breakfast was also very good and suited our needs. Be aware that the building is several floors high and there are a lot of stairs if your mobility is limited in any way.

the hotel is perfectly situated halfway along the Douglas Promenade currently where the horse trams terminate. Shops and buses close by. The hotel is very well run - All the staff were very nice people and the breakfast was very enjoyable

Beware! This property has no elevator! We were assigned a room on the third floor and it was rough climbing the steep stairs - although Dora, the proprietor, did help us. Our room was to accommodate three people but the floor and storage space was minimal and we were constantly stepping over and around each other. Perhaps some of the decorative items in the room could be removed to make more space for luggage. The breakfast hot and tasty. Dora was most helpful with all of our questions and requests.
