Die Lage in der Stadt ist gut. Alles andere das Hinterletzte. Hier ist es dreckig, der Dreck von Wochen klebt auf der Treppe und dem Fußboden. Von den Wänden bröckelt der Putz. Die Duschkabine ist gebrochen. Die Dusche ist verrostet und der Wasserhahn tropft

Hôtel sympa, attention pas de personnel donc pour les bagages faut demander de l’aide avant ou avoir un voisin sympa. Sinon l’hôtel est très bien placé, propre et la direction et relations clients plutôt bien. Globalement satisfaite

Lots of dust due to the construction of the light rail

Hice una reserva en este alojamiento, el primer dia que llegue me dieron una habitación de mantenimiento, luego el siguiente día me publicaron esto en la puerta. Buenos mal que solo reserve dos días. Cuidado con este hotel son unos estafadores.

I booked the Silicate Ben Yehuda for my last night in Tel Aviv that same day because it was walking distance to Nachalat Binyamin art Fair & Hostage Square. Their 1st communication said that they were not an old school hotel and would only respond to queries via Ai. Their next communication stated that they require 3-day notice before arrival. That was not mentioned when they offered a room for the same evening & accepted my payment! I was shocked, but went to the property & sat their for 3 hours hoping to meet the management. I encountered only the cleaning crew who could not help me. Eventually, I went off to do my shopping & found another place to stay closer to the airport. I wish SIlicate had stated their 3-day notice condition before they accepted my $'s for a room that night!
