The hotel is near some main tourist attractions which is a plus. Unfortunately, it lacks certain facilities which a hotel should have, ie gym, security box, etc… Also, it does not provide basic ammenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, … and the buffet breakfast is quite average with the menu remains exactly the same every day. Will not stay there again.

近くにはコンビニもあり、広域広場にもとても近く便利でした。東大門にもお散歩がてら20分ほど歩けば辿り着きます。(バスでは一駅でした) 明洞やソウル駅への地下鉄駅にも近く、アクセス良しです。ホテル一階の両替機も便利です。

I wanted to stay near the old city center for the recent visit to Seoul and this hotel seemed to be a good fit, with parking and breakfast available. Parking space was limited, but the breakfast buffet was great for the cost. The room was good enough all around for a couple of days’ stay.

룸 컨디션도 좋고 다 좋았어요~ 주차장은 차량용 엘리베이터가 있었는데 안내판에 적힌 제원이 제차(카니발Ka4)보다 작았으나 이용이 가능했습니다.

It was nice enough, the staff is very helpful. There are some very useful automated kiosks in the lobby for purchasing things while staying in Korea including a money exchange machine. The rooms could use a more deep cleaning like under the bed and behind room furniture but everything else was clean. The wifi seems a bit unsecured though, since there is no password to gain access... anyways I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance. The surrounding area is fun at night and very lively.

綺麗で毎日清掃＋タオル替えがある。空調はとてもよく効いていて、冬でも部屋では半袖で過ごせそう。スタッフとの意思疎通も特に問題なし。派手な感じやオシャレな雰囲気等は特に無いが、値段を考えれば十分なサービス。駅と市場が近くて、コンビニやスタバもあり便利。

Overall our stay was average. Room for improvement: black mold on shower curtain and bathroom ceiling, big holes in towels, big brown stain on carpet, squished bugs on picture and ceiling. Breakfast was fine and the hotel is conveniently located.

I am fairly easy going, but this place was old and smelled of wet carpet. I got a non-smoking room but it smelled like people have smoked in there before. The shower curtains were smelly, moldy and pink at the bottom and water got through them and made a mess on the floor. The towels were small and dingy colored. There was not a garden terrace to enjoy. It was just a bunch of untamed plants and one chairs to sit on. It wasnt spacing or clean. Not a place I would go to relax. Some positives: The "advertised" pictures of the property were great. The Air Con works well. The bedding was comfortable. The buffet breakfast was decent. Its around local eateries and convenient stores. Some staff are nice and helpful and some are quite stoic. I will not be staying here again, nor would i recommend it.

Room was dirty and gross. Dusty everywhere, do yourself a favor and don’t look under the bed. Thanks to my sons toy I was able to see the filth we were living in. Front desk guy was smug and not helpful whatsoever. They advertise massage but that was false and a restaurant that only opened for their free breakfast buffet which was just basic egg, sausage, yogurt and some other underwhelming stuff to choose from. Location was ok.

口コミで、施設は古いが清潔、とあったので選びました。立地はとても良く、カンジャン市場も近く、地下鉄も２路線利用でき、とても便利でした。空調は問題なく、ベッドも清潔でしたが、やはり建物、水回りは古さを感じました。

古いが清潔にしている。シャワールームが独立しているので、トイレまでびしょびしょになるようなことはない。立地は駅から近く市場の目の前なので大変便利。明洞や東大門も徒歩圏内。 3泊したがとても静かだった。また泊まりたい。

広蔵市場は歩いてすぐ、地下鉄駅、バス停も近くロケーション抜群です。お部屋は広く快適ですが、コンセントが少ないのとシャワールームの水はけが悪いのが少し残念でした。フロントの方にお願いした後は少し改善されました。

広蔵市場が近くと鍾路3街へも徒歩圏内でアクセスがいいです。ホテルは家族4人でジュニアスイートの部屋を利用しました。設備は普通ですが部屋が広いのが良かったです。人気ドーナツのクァベギィも近く、その向かいにあるトースト屋台もおすすめです。常駐してるかは分かりませんが、日本語を話せるスタッフもいてチェックインもスムーズでした。次回に韓国行っても利用したいと思うホテルでした。

シャワーブースしかなく、観光で歩き疲れたあと湯船につかれないのが残念でしたが、部屋は広くてゆったりです。ホテルの方は日本語が出来て親切でした。駅から近いので夜遅い時間でも安心でした。

部屋は広くクローゼット等の収納が豊富。スリッパは使い捨てではなく少し年季が入っていた。フロントの方は韓国語or英語で対応してくださり、頼めばペダルも可能。端部屋だと南山タワーと北漢山が両方見える。1、2、5号線が最寄り駅なのであちこち移動するのに便利だった。ドアが薄く廊下の音が丸聞こえなのが気になった。小学生の団体が同フロアで宿泊しており、夜9〜12時にかけてドアを何度も乱暴に開閉したり廊下で遊んでいるのが気になった。それ以外は問題なく、周囲も静かな場所だったので安心して過ごせる。

Hotel Atrium is conveniently located near the bus stop and the metro station so it is easy to get around. Gwangjang Market is super close by and walkable if you want to experience the night market (touristy). The staff was helpful and polite. Would recommend this location to others visiting Seoul.

Hotel Atrium is conveniently located near the bus stop and the metro station so it is easy to get around. Gwangjang Market is super close by and walkable if you want to experience the night market (touristy). The staff was helpful and polite. Would recommend this location to others visiting Seoul.

In general it was good. However we arrived early and in spite of room availability, the employee who checked us in gave us really hard time to check in early. we were not asking for any special favors but they were bent upon not letting us in the room early. All other staff was friendly.

Staff is very friendly and attentive. Helped with luggage, offered a new room because the one we checked in was damaged. Gave us free water when we called for room service. Would recommend, also stroller friendly

We stayed here mainly because it's close to the major palaces, Ikseon-dong Hanok Village and Insadong Culture Street. The closest subway stations are less than 10 minutes away by walk. The hotel isn't as nice as in the pictures. It's quite old and needs remodeling. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, we just went to the Starbucks next door. There isn't really much to see outside of the hotel but it's quiet. The staff was pretty friendly. The cost was lower than other comparable hotels probably due to its sourroundings and quality of the rooms. I would recommend staying here if you want to save some money and be close to the best cultural spots of Korea.

Rent och fräscht hotell. Ligger väldigt centralt och nära flera tunnelbanestationer. Tysta rum, bra städning. Frukosten var väldigt god- både koreansk och västerländsk mat. Hjälpsam reception som pratar bra engelska.

Great property. We loved the area. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I never had a bad experience during our 11 days there. The breakfast was a big plus. It was a good combination of Korean and western options. It was tasty, and even though a bit repetitive (half the items are staples, and half rotate about every 3 days), it was always good. It cut our food bill by eating there and we could spend that money on other fun things. The junior suite was HUGE, and that made a big difference for our stay. We could sprawl out without tripping on each other at the end of the day. It was great to be able to walk to the market a couple blocks away and had access to multiple subway and bus stops very near us. We never once felt unsafe. All this and a reasonable price too. If we come back to Seoul, we would definitely consider coming here again.

The staff were able to look after our luggage before checking in and after checking out. Also, they assisted in booking us a taxi service and managing a reservation for a restaurant. The location is nearby Gwangjang Market and there are other restaurants and grocery stores within reach (Starbucks is very near). The room we stayed in was spacious and had an international outlet and USB ports. I wish though the bedside lamps have USB ports too! This is petty: I wish the main front door is automatic so it'll be easier for someone to haul in their luggage through and not struggle (these doors are glass and heavy). We opted to avail the breakfast during our stay, but the menu stayed the same; delicious nonetheless. In summary: book your room in this hotel and Seoul is within reach.

We got a great deal for this very centrally located hotel, and I think part of the reasons is that the room was not renovated. But all in all, we enjoyed the stay. The bed and the bedding was very comfortable and the breakfast is great and worthwhile paying for it. I will come back.

Room is outdated but clean and spacious. The breakfast is great, we enjoyed the food more than at any external restaurants. The front desk Denis provided us amazing help on buying Tcard for riding bus/subway, and booking the best DMZ tour for the next day.

온 객실 금연이라고 안내받았는데. 복도부터 룸 여는순간 담배냄새 땜에 넘 힘들었네요. 덥고 힘들어서 그냥 넘어갔지만 아이도 함께 있어 너무 신경쓰여 환기를 여러번 했어요. 일부러 쾌적한 곳으로 예약했는데 같이 예약한 지인에게 미안했습니다. 근처 가까운 곳에 동선은 너무 좋습니다. 방음도 잘되어있고 침구 또한 푹신해요. 앞으로 더욱 신경써 주셨으면 합니다.

Stort rom med store senger. Badet fungerer greit, men burde vært renovert. Det er tydelig utdatert. Frokosten var helt ok, mye det samme hver dag. Passer best hvis du vil ha vestlig frokost, egg og bacon, brød og syltetøy.

This hotel was adequate, but it has so much potential to be excellent if the rooms could be updated! The location is great - really close to train stations as well as the oldest street market in Seoul. Staff was very good; they helped us get taxis a few times within minutes (taxis are very cheap in Seoul). And they clean the room and provide water bottles daily. The wifi worked well, the AC was cold, and there were USB and two-pronged outlets compatible with US devices. There's a big old converter in the closet if you need to plug in a grounded three-pronged device. However, the rooms are older. Upon getting off the elevator on our 6th floor, you are greeted with a door to a storage room with peeling paint. The carpet is old. It seemed clean, just clearly old and worn. They attempted a few low-budget updates to the bathroom like newer wall tiles, but a few tiles were loose and needed grout or caulk. The sink was the lowest sink I've seen anywhere. Maybe we got a handicap-accessible room (I don't think it was), but I placed and sat down on a chair in front of the sink which made it about the right height for me ;-). All of this was fine and acceptable, but the biggest challenge was the old beds that were not comfortable. You can clearly see that the beds slope to the middle and it feels like it. Overall, it was a great location and clean room, but really just ok because of the age of the property and lack of updates, especially the beds.
