We enjoyed the layout and location of the property but had some difficulties with the operation of the microwave and the lack of a frying pan and the difficulties with maintenance in repairs and the failure to provide a pan at all. Also, supermarket shopping was not close by and car parking is expensive during normal workdays.

Excellent location to the Tower Hill tube. 1 minute walk to the Tower of London and 3 minute walk to Tower Bridge and St. Katherine’s dock. Exceptionally clean and secure property, modern and well maintained. Staff on hand 24 hours a day and very pleasant and professional. Would absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I spent another comfortable night at Cheval Three Quays, this time in a lovely studio apartment with river view - very spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Ideal for a visit to the Royal Opera House without having to face a late night train journey afterwards. It was equally conveniently located for a visit to the Tower of London next morning to view the marvellous VE Day poppy displays

The property was very nice and the staff present but not overbearing. Cleaning was provided every day and was superb. Right next door to the Tower of London and a tube station. We stayed in a two bath double room and it was very spacious and nice

Any absolutely excellent place to stay. We had a lovely three bedroom apartment with an outstanding view: we could see the Tower of London, the tower bridge, and the shard from our balcony. With the Thames at our feet, we enjoyed relaxing strolls on sunny days and could make our way to other parts of London easily thanks to the tower bridge tube station nearby.
Any absolutely excellent place to stay. We had a lovely three bedroom apartment with an outstanding view: we could see the Tower of London, the tower bridge, and the shard from our balcony. With the Thames at our feet, we enjoyed relaxing strolls on sunny days and could make our way to other parts of London easily thanks to the tower bridge tube station nearby.

We're a family of 4 with two teenagers and stayed in a 2-bedrom Superior Apartment at Cheval Three Quays. For the price we paid, it was a little disappointing. Decor is a little dated and it lacked a bit of the finesse you expect from a 5-star property. That said, it was clean, spacious and the beds/pillows were comfortable. Being right next to the 1,000-year old Tower of London was pretty special. Location was okay - close to restaurants including St Katherine docks and a walk across London Bridge to Burrough Markets, but there's one road in and out so it takes ages to get anywhere by car. The area is safe and the building is secure. We probably wouldn't stay here again unless we got a super deal.

Very nice property, amazing location right next to the Tower of London and close distance to the Tube. Beautiful room with a kitchen and living room, as well as a balcony right on the Thames. Very pleasant stay, definitely would recommend!

Our check in was great. Lorraine, at reception was very nice and helpful. We were able to hold our luggage before our check in as we had booked a nearby tour at the Tower of London. The gentleman who took care of our luggage was nice too. Once we were able to enter our room our bags were brought to our room and the gentleman showed us around our apartment. It was the quietest apartment/room we have ever stayed in. Beds were so comfortable. The entire apartment was clean and the kitchen well organized. I would definitely recommend Cheval Three Quays. Thank you.

Well. Stayed in lots of places in London. This was the best. The welcome was as genuine and sincere. The taxis are outside and the Uber boats are outside as well…. Coming back and planning out Christmas journey now. A fantastic place to stay no question.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay at Cheval Three Quays - the room was sophisticated, comfortable, spacious, with a terrific view on the Thames (we splurged for a river view with balcony). We stayed for the week - so having a kitchen and washer/dryer proved to be incredibly useful and a great value. This hotel is perfect for those who seek to be close to transport - Tower Bridge Station and the Thames Clipper are right there - but do not care to be in the midst of all the tourists. (The London Bridge and Tower of London is adjacent to the hotel but is busy only during the day - so nights are pleasantly quiet.) For those seeking nightlife, the excellent Borough Market is across the river, as are many other spots within reasonable walking distance. There are no restaurants directly in the hotel, but there are options - Coppa is a lovely sit-down restaurant on the river - with good-not great food (be sure to reserve your table pod on the riverwalk). Numerous cafes, Starbucks, and a Wagamama across the street. The Cheval has an App that can connect you with food deliveries to your room if desired. Highly recommend!

Staying next to the Tower of London was amazing. It was also easy to access transportation to connect to other areas of the city via the Underground or the Uberboat. Spacious and well-kept room with plenty of room for a family of four.

Excellent location to the Tower Hill tube. 1 minute walk to the Tower of London and 3 minute walk to Tower Bridge and St. Katherine’s dock. Exceptionally clean and secure property, modern and well maintained. Staff on hand 24 hours a day and very pleasant and professional. Would absolutely stay here again.

This is our 3rd stay at Cheval Three Quays! It is an ideal situation for a family - a clean & large apartment-style suite with lots of attention to detail. Yes, the hotel is right next to the Tower which is a very touristy area, but it is very quiet in general and especially at night. Lots of great restaurants are just a short and pleasant walk away (the city center and across the Thames, for instance). A tube station is also a few minutes' walk and there are many bus stops nearby. If the price were a bit lower, it would be perfect, but so far they are the best!

This is our fifth trip to London staying at the Three Quays. We definitely feel at home, but batter cared for :-) The apartments and building looking as clean as fresh as our first stay in 2015. The staff is warm and accommodating. We have one child with us and love having a 2bed / 2 bath but suite 1 V was large and accommodated a roll away easily. View was beautiful of the Shard. We were worried about the first floor but the water feature and distance from marina shielded the noise. Having a kitchen, coffee, tea, ironing board and a luxury environment check all our boxes. Plus super convenient to the tube and hitting all the sights.

Great location! Staff was friendly and even surprised us with early check-in! Taxi stand across hotel entrance made it easy to get around, even though Uber is also fast and slightly cheaper. Starbucks across the street or the 2 cafes next to hotel are great for morning coffee or lunch. Rooms were clean, spacious and view of river was a bonus!

Likes: close to the tube; walkable along the Thames; many sites and places to visit; close to boat vendor tours; very friendly staff at the reception area and helpful when asking for directions; the room was clean and very spacious; having a kitchenette (frig, stove, oven/microwave, dishwasher) afforded us to have breakfast, lunch and some dinners conveniently in our room. This is our second stay at a Cheval property and when we visit the UK again, we will definitely stay here. Dislikes: none! Thank you Cheval for making our stay very enjoyable!

We could not have been more pleased with our stay at Cheval Three Quays - the room was sophisticated, comfortable, spacious, with a terrific view on the Thames (we splurged for a river view with balcony). We stayed for the week - so having a kitchen and washer/dryer proved to be incredibly useful and a great value. This hotel is perfect for those who seek to be close to transport - Tower Bridge Station and the Thames Clipper are right there - but do not care to be in the midst of all the tourists. (The London Bridge and Tower of London is adjacent to the hotel but is busy only during the day - so nights are pleasantly quiet.) For those seeking nightlife, the excellent Borough Market is across the river, as are many other spots within reasonable walking distance. There are no restaurants directly in the hotel, but there are options - Coppa is a lovely sit-down restaurant on the river - with good-not great food (be sure to reserve your table pod on the riverwalk). Numerous cafes, Starbucks, and a Wagamama across the street. The Cheval has an App that can connect you with food deliveries to your room if desired. Highly recommend!

Our check in was great. Lorraine, at reception was very nice and helpful. We were able to hold our luggage before our check in as we had booked a nearby tour at the Tower of London. The gentleman who took care of our luggage was nice too. Once we were able to enter our room our bags were brought to our room and the gentleman showed us around our apartment. It was the quietest apartment/room we have ever stayed in. Beds were so comfortable. The entire apartment was clean and the kitchen well organized. I would definitely recommend Cheval Three Quays. Thank you.

The only negative was that we waited until the night before we left to do a little laundry. Our clothes would not dry. So we had to take wet clothes with us. Other than that, the property was lovely.

Kestas greeted us and was so helpful and kind in explaining all the amenities of the property. For our family of four, the quiet apartment in the heart of it all, with enough space, was a gem to find in busy London. Highly recommend and would stay again.
