Really clean rooms but the thumping beat of the gym music from 5:50 am was an alarm call I didn’t request. Clean room but not relaxing with techno dance classics from 5:48 am

Spa was great and staff were lovely but the room was in need of some tlc there was holes in the wall from previous fixings and the shower head was covered in mildew and limescale. The breakfast cost £15 per person and when it arrived to the table it looked nothing like a £15 breakfast which was a disappointing end to the stay unfortunately

It is unacceptable to state that any swimming poole is available and then have the audacity to charge an additional fee for its use. The mattress was the worst I have slept on for many years.

The room was generally spotless although the bedside table had not been wiped and was sticky with cup stains. The bathroom was spotless.
