We stayed 2 different rooms while our 3 days stay, and both rooms are very beautiful. You can order everything (buggy, food, etc) through the app. Staffs are very friendly.

Sinae Phuket is an experience that everyone should have once in a life time, or every year if possible. Right from welcome to the check-out, staff is consistently courteous, friendly and offer a helping hand wherever possible. Food is amazing, especially Masaman Curry, and the Spa is a dream come true. The views are stunning and it’s only a 20 minutes drive to Old Town. We highly recommend this place.

The villa was beautiful and the pool and rooms kept immaculate. Our special thanks go to: Jib- housekeeping Elle - reception Max- buggies and all the pool boys and grounds staff who work tirelessly. The views from the top restaurant are spectacular and breakfast at Sai is fabulous with so much fresh food to suit all tasts and for those arriving from different time zones. If I had to make one observation, it would be the menu is too big and tries to be all things to all people, sometimes resulting in meals being a little hit and miss. I feel a smaller menu with some simple dishes or snacks concentrating on the most local fresh produce would be a better option personally.

숙소가 매우 가파르긴 했으나 어딜가든 버기로 태워주셔서 편했고 숙소도 너무 예쁘고 좋았어요! 직원분들도 너무 친절하고 푸켓에 또 가게된다면 또 예약할 의향이 있습니다! 레스토랑에 benz직원 및 다른 직원들도 너무 친절했어요!

It is a beautiful complex, a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of Phuket. Has incredible views of the bay. Loved our room and the view was amazing..! We dinned at both the “hill top” and the restaurant and couldn’t fault either. Room was cleaned every day and mini bar and snacks replenished daily. Hotel staff are very friendly and are happy to help with any type of service requested. Although it is far from most of the tourist attractions, there is a tour service at the hotel. I would return a thousand times. We wished we had of stayed longer.

Am ersten Abend sind Teile der Decke am Pool runter gefallen. Mussten dann das Zimmer wechseln. Fliesen im Pool teilweise geflickt und daher sehr scharfkantig. Recht viel schwarzer Schimmel in der Dusche. Sonst der Ausblick und die Anlage an sich sind ein Traum.
Am ersten Abend sind Teile der Decke am Pool runter gefallen. Mussten dann das Zimmer wechseln. Fliesen im Pool teilweise geflickt und daher sehr scharfkantig. Recht viel schwarzer Schimmel in der Dusche. Sonst der Ausblick und die Anlage an sich sind ein Traum.

Pros: Comfortable room Large shower, good water pressure and heat Clean Great breakfast Very friendly and helpful staff Loy Krathong celebration was wonderful! Useful app for communicating with staff, ordering buggy service, etc. Cons: Thai food at Hilltop was not good. You’ll have to take a cab to see much of anything outside the resort. If you have accessibility needs, this might not be the hotel for you. It’s built into a slope, and although there are buggies, they don’t go to your door necessarily and don’t run in the rain. We had a rat in our ceiling, but they did find it and clean up quickly. They offered to move us and gave us a fruit bowl as apology.

Sehr schöne Aussicht, Minibar wird täglich aufgefüllt und ist inklusive, schöne große Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück - für jede Kultur etwas dabei, Rollerverleih direkt vor dem Hotel, sehr gutes Restaurant innerhalb von 300 Meter zu Fuß erreichbar, gutes und bequemes Bett. Ein schöner eigener Pool, leider etwas kalt und keine richtigen Liegen auf der eigenen Terrasse, dies wäre hierfür aber auch zu klein. Am kleinen allgemeinen Pool gibt es Liegen, von hier aus hat man eine tolle Sicht auf die Bucht.

We love this property. All the staff are wonderful. Our pool villa was gorgeous. We did cycling and kayaking. £5 to get to Old Phuket Town. Quiet and peaceful. Perfect! Near to Simba Sea Trips for visits to Maya Bay, James Bond Island and snorkelling! We will return.

Beautiful mountainside property with a great staff and one of the best views on the island. Old town, high is a fantastic colonial era town, is just five minutes away via taxi. Old town has most of the good restaurants on the island.

The villa was beautiful and the pool and rooms kept immaculate. Our special thanks go to: Jib- housekeeping Elle - reception Max- buggies and all the pool boys and grounds staff who work tirelessly. The views from the top restaurant are spectacular and breakfast at Sai is fabulous with so much fresh food to suit all tasts and for those arriving from different time zones. If I had to make one observation, it would be the menu is too big and tries to be all things to all people, sometimes resulting in meals being a little hit and miss. I feel a smaller menu with some simple dishes or snacks concentrating on the most local fresh produce would be a better option personally.

Pros: Comfortable room Large shower, good water pressure and heat Clean Great breakfast Very friendly and helpful staff Loy Krathong celebration was wonderful! Useful app for communicating with staff, ordering buggy service, etc. Cons: Thai food at Hilltop was not good. You’ll have to take a cab to see much of anything outside the resort. If you have accessibility needs, this might not be the hotel for you. It’s built into a slope, and although there are buggies, they don’t go to your door necessarily and don’t run in the rain. We had a rat in our ceiling, but they did find it and clean up quickly. They offered to move us and gave us a fruit bowl as apology.

We love this property. All the staff are wonderful. Our pool villa was gorgeous. We did cycling and kayaking. £5 to get to Old Phuket Town. Quiet and peaceful. Perfect! Near to Simba Sea Trips for visits to Maya Bay, James Bond Island and snorkelling! We will return.

It is a beautiful complex, a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of Phuket. Has incredible views of the bay. Loved our room and the view was amazing..! We dinned at both the “hill top” and the restaurant and couldn’t fault either. Room was cleaned every day and mini bar and snacks replenished daily. Hotel staff are very friendly and are happy to help with any type of service requested. Although it is far from most of the tourist attractions, there is a tour service at the hotel. I would return a thousand times. We wished we had of stayed longer.

They are the worst. We had to cancel due to major flooding and a cyclone in Phuket and they would not give our money back. How are we supposed to come in a major storm??? They have zero care in the world. I’d stay away. Also the villas in a storm like that wouldn’t be safe but they do not care and are super greedy!
