Nos encantó el depa, de muy buen tamaño y muy bien distribuido, con cocinera y restaurantes y tiendas enfrente. A parte una vista al lago divina

When we arrived our room hadn’t been cleaned and the staff was very apologetic and worked quickly to clean our room and paid for our dinner while we waited. Excellent customer service.

Sehr schlechtes Erlebnis. Zuerst keine Infos per Mail. Dann niemand telefonisch erreichbar. Mussten zum Cliff Hotel, um unsere Zimmernummer und den Code zu erfahren. Dann der Schock als wir das Zimmer um 5 PM betraten: nicht sauber, das Schlafsofa nicht bereit, obwohl wir dafür bezahlt hatten, Bad nicht sauber und im WC noch sehr viel dreckige Rückstände… Wieder per Telefon versucht, das Personal zu erreichen. Unmöglich obwohl es nach Angaben noch erreichbar wäre! Damit unser Kind wenigsten irgendwo schlafen kann, ging ich ins Erdgeschoss und fand in einem Raum (staff only) Leintücher und Badetücher. Niemand da, den ich hätte fragen können. Genommen und dann das Schlafsofa ausgeklappt und notdürftig hergerichtet. Für über 500 Euro ein No-Go. Nie wieder! Preis-Leistung war eine Frechheit! Schlechteste Erfahrung in Island.

The pictures misrepresent what is offered at this hotel. The amenities they list are not available at this hotel. Staff is not on premises. Their pictures feature a large pool with a waterslide and there is not a pool on site. It also lists a restaurant and cafe. Neither of those are on site. I messaged them about the pool and never received a response. It seems their amenities include everything available in the small town. The actual rooms were average. Be advised that guests must climb metal stairs outside to access rooms above the ground level floor. Stairs are uncovered and present a challenge for those with mobility issues.
