Villa Laura Barban för 18 personer med privat pool, perfekt val för familjer

Schönes Haus, schöne Zimmer Ruhig (bis auf einen jaulenden Hund irgendwo in der Nachbarschaft) Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Dorf Abends auf den Sportplatz Gute Basis für Ausflüge Relativ gute Ausstattung der Küchen Super Pool Schöner schattiger Essplatz Viele Liegen und Sonnenschirme Wir waren eine Großfamilie mit 17 Personen von 85 - 7 Jahren und hatten eine tolle Woche. Wir würden das Haus sofort nochmal buchen.

When we arrived, keys were in door but no one was there. After about half an hour property manager arrived. There was broken glass all over the courtyard, and the kitchens were pretty dirty with dishes and pots put away dirty. 5-6 lights were burnt out including kitchen light. So our initial impression was not great. An email to booking co produced response that owner would be in touch next day which did not happen. We finally were visited by a very nice young man the day before we left. Of course, by then we had long since swept up the glass and cleaned up the kitchen. Now to the pluses: air conditioning worked well, full size refrigerators in each of 2 kitchens with full sized stoves. The property is as pretty as it looks in the pictures and the town of Orihi is small and quiet. There is a surprisingly thoroughly stocked small market right down the street. It is well located for trips to Pula, Rovinj, Motovun etc. it was very hot this early June, so the pool was an absolute blessing. It was cleaned twice during our stay. One other thing, furnishings were pretty tired and beds quite lumpy which didn’t bother me but some of my fellow guests were not happy.
