The venue is excellent, the location perfect, the hotel is a good example of simple beauty, the staff extremely professional and helpful, and Lorena has been pure perfection, always ready to walk an extra mile to make my stay comfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff, and the restaurant is excellent - one of the best in Otavalo. The free breakfast is just average, but the lunch and dinner menu is great. The pizza from their wood fired oven is excellent, and also their various pasta dishes.

Check in was easy, appreciated the parking across the street. Decor of hotel is cheerful, the beds were comfortable, the hot shower plentiful. Perfect location between main square and market.
