Great little studio perfect for my short trip. The room and communal areas where exceptionally clean! I was very impressed by the effortless check in and check out process . The staff are very friendly approachable too. Studio was fully stocked with beautiful crockery and cutlery. Complimentary tea and coffee and lactose free milk ! An extremely helpful welcome booklet in the room they gives you all information on surroundings, transport etc etc The communal areas where clean ! Lively when events held. Evenings are quite. A great place to book ! Will definitely book again on my next trip. It is a bit far from central Helsinki but stable bus lines and a station close by males it very easy to get around. They also have parking on the ground for €11 euro a night.

Would have been 5 star review if it hadn't been for all the noise Friday morning of what sounded like people opening and slamming doors for like an hour. Gym was great. Didn't use the rest of the facilities much but appeared fantastic. Room was good , could have done with refills on the coffee. And access to irons and hair dryers was unavailable all days only iron I found was in laundry room. So that needs to be sorted out.

Ich fand die große Gemeinschaftsküche, Working Space und Gaming Room klasse. Hat sich eher angefühlt wie eine große WG als ein Hotel. Nur der Self-checkin war etwas mühsam.

Super séjour! Très propre (la résidence semble neuve), calme, bien équipé, proche des transports pour rejoindre Helsinki en 15min, grand supermarché à proximité également. On a eu la chance de bénéficier d’un surclassement! Je recommande à 100%

Struttura fuori Helsinki ma con parcheggio. Tutto molto comodo, alloggi con tutto il necessario. Migliorerei alcune cose: doppio cuscino per dormire, lavaggio accurato dei tendaggi, tappeti, poltrone: risultano aspirati ma non lavati benissimo ed i 2 cuscini arredo con il copriletto che vengono forniti sono impolverati. Il forno- microonde non è di facile manutenzione, non si capisce bene come utilizzarlo come forno. Il letto per due persone andrebbe leggermente spostato dalla finestra perchè chi dorme da quel lato non ci passa! Non ci sono forbici da cucina ed i prodotti forniti per lavarsi sono stati già usati in precedenza da altri. L'asse da stiro ed il ferro forniti sono difettosi e l'asse è rotto e sporco. Le macchinette per il sel ceck in sono difettose ( alcune) e poco intuitive : mi reco spessissimo al Noli e non è possibile che non si possano inserire i miei dati!!

Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nur wenn man mit offenen Fenster schläft hört man die lauten Motorräder und ab und zu schreiende Menschen. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar.

Siamo stati bene ma sinceramente la pulizia intermedia lascia a desiderare, il pavimento non è stato aspirato e i letti non sono stati rifatti. Suggerirei un sapone doccia meno aggressivo ed idratante ( visto anche il tipo di clima , ne ho dovuto comprare uno differente perchè ci irritava la pelle ) .consiglio inoltre di revisionare i filtri dell'aria

Stayed for 3 nights. Self check in was easy. Room tho compact was well proportioned and equipped. I would recommend to go with the good looking coffee machine they actually provide some filter papers, also more sharp knives as the only two options were one small and one absolutely huge knife. Also a hairdryer would be nice too. Gym was excellent and so was sauna and shower area. Lifts are quick and staying with a pet was no issue.

Lovely, new property. Our room was a studio-type apartment with clothes washer and small kitchen with fridge and stove. We were comfortable, the space was funtional and clean and quiet. It took a while to learn all tge automated systems, but once we did, things worked out well. It is located about 30 minutes from the airport, Uber ride cost $35 each way. But we loved woods nearby for walking, shopping center a few blocks away for groceries and restaurants. We recommend Hotel Noli.

This place was great for families! We stayed there one night after getting off the plane. It was nice, clean, and the kids loved the bunk beds. The blackout currents were great since we were jet lagged and it’s summer. My family said they wished we were staying there multiple nights instead of only one day.

室内がきれいでキッチンもあり快適でした。ただ、カードキーのエラーが4日連続で、部屋には入れないことがありました。スタッフは、日中しかいないので、スタッフが来るまでロビーで数時間待ちました。自転車を貸し出していると書いてあったので、スタッフに聞いたところ、ホテルで保持しているのは数台のみで、その何台かが故障していて貸し出せるものは無いと断られました。自転車貸出サービスは機能してません。

Great little studio perfect for my short trip. The room and communal areas where exceptionally clean! I was very impressed by the effortless check in and check out process . The staff are very friendly approachable too. Studio was fully stocked with beautiful crockery and cutlery. Complimentary tea and coffee and lactose free milk ! An extremely helpful welcome booklet in the room they gives you all information on surroundings, transport etc etc The communal areas where clean ! Lively when events held. Evenings are quite. A great place to book ! Will definitely book again on my next trip. It is a bit far from central Helsinki but stable bus lines and a station close by males it very easy to get around. They also have parking on the ground for €11 euro a night.

Convenient location for my couple days visits in capitol area. Location between Airport and city center and easy access by train in both. Easy parking if you have a car, like I did.

Appartamento super confortevole, attrezzato con tutto il necessario. La fermata per il bus per il centro si trova di fronte al residence, la stazione del treno a 10 minuti a piedi. Il contesto è gradevole, in mezzo al verde. Ottima soluzione

Struttura fuori Helsinki ma con parcheggio. Tutto molto comodo, alloggi con tutto il necessario. Migliorerei alcune cose: doppio cuscino per dormire, lavaggio accurato dei tendaggi, tappeti, poltrone: risultano aspirati ma non lavati benissimo ed i 2 cuscini arredo con il copriletto che vengono forniti sono impolverati. Il forno- microonde non è di facile manutenzione, non si capisce bene come utilizzarlo come forno. Il letto per due persone andrebbe leggermente spostato dalla finestra perchè chi dorme da quel lato non ci passa! Non ci sono forbici da cucina ed i prodotti forniti per lavarsi sono stati già usati in precedenza da altri. L'asse da stiro ed il ferro forniti sono difettosi e l'asse è rotto e sporco. Le macchinette per il sel ceck in sono difettose ( alcune) e poco intuitive : mi reco spessissimo al Noli e non è possibile che non si possano inserire i miei dati!!

Lovely, new property. Our room was a studio-type apartment with clothes washer and small kitchen with fridge and stove. We were comfortable, the space was funtional and clean and quiet. It took a while to learn all tge automated systems, but once we did, things worked out well. It is located about 30 minutes from the airport, Uber ride cost $35 each way. But we loved woods nearby for walking, shopping center a few blocks away for groceries and restaurants. We recommend Hotel Noli.

The room and check in were fine. You should offer free checkout until noon. Charging a 30€ penalty is not a good experience for a guest and it soured our visit when we were told this in response to our request.

Messages & communication ahead of arrival were excellent, the team were highly responsive to questions we asked in advance of arrival. Check-in process was smooth, as was accessing the room. The room itself was clean and tidy, with a reasonably well appointed kitchenette, with fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, kettle and microwave. There were only 2 coffee pods provided within the room cost and not replaced, but coffee is available from the reception area for 1.50 euro - take your own cups down if you want to use them. Bathroom has a walk-in shower, with the most pointless of shower screens - more water was expelled out onto the bathroom floor than was stopped by the screen - no mat's provided to stop slips. The bed is tiny! I have just looked back at the booking and it says it is a double bed - my partner and I couldn't both lie on our backs on the bed, it was that small- is that standard double bed in Finland? The mattress is almost non-existent, it must only be around 40-50mm thick - I woke with bad back pain each morning. No couch or seating provided other than the small dining table and the worlds most uncomfortable chairs. There are no TV's provided within the rooms. There were also no instructions on how to work the heating (which was largely unresponsive when pushing the buttons) - so we had a sweatbox for the last 2 nights of our stay. With all of this being said, due to it's location / proximity to where I needed to be for the weekend, I would stay again.
