This property has seen better days. It’s dated, smelly and dirty. Furniture around the pool has bird droppings all over it and stuffing coming out of the upholstery. The restaurant has been close down for a long time. It in no way looks like the picture. We booked a deluxe room but was downgraded to a room with a double bed because our room had been raided by the police the day before and the door to the room had not been repaired! We were not compensated for the downgrade. This property should not be listed on Expedia.

Reception was unmanned at 4 pm and had to be rung to attend. The room was musty and there was a constant tap dripping. the bathroom was not clean and the basin was filthy. Shower curtain was dirty. The windows were so dirty you couldn't see out of them. There was rubbish and papers blowing all across the entrance area to the rooms and the swimming pool was dirty and the surrounding area untidy with dirty rags and rubbish lying around.

The windows were so dirty you couldn't see out of them. The motel looked un-cared for, drab and old. The staff were accomodating, but the check in area was very uninviting. The carpets and window dressings were shabby. The bathroom was old and the shower door had a build up of calcium scale. The outdoor swimming pool was not sparkling and looked uninviting. On the upside, the shower was hot and great water pressure. The beds were comfortable

This property was clean and very affordable. We only spent a night there, but we had 2 bedrooms and it was spotless throughout. Staff were very friendly and check in/out was a breeze. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Had trouble opening the door because it was rotting. Room seemed clean but stank as though it had not been aired for a long time. We both decided not to stay there, returned the key and booked into the caravan park’s cabin instead.

Very clean ,hot showers , quiet , it would be the best place to stay in Millicent , it’s a shame the restaurant was closed as meals in the town are not great, especially with all the great local produce around , I would always stay there when working in that area .

Very clean ,hot showers , quiet , it would be the best place to stay in Millicent , it’s a shame the restaurant was closed as meals in the town are not great, especially with all the great local produce around , I would always stay there when working in that area .

This property has seen better days. It’s dated, smelly and dirty. Furniture around the pool has bird droppings all over it and stuffing coming out of the upholstery. The restaurant has been close down for a long time. It in no way looks like the picture. We booked a deluxe room but was downgraded to a room with a double bed because our room had been raided by the police the day before and the door to the room had not been repaired! We were not compensated for the downgrade. This property should not be listed on Expedia.

I could hear the tv in the next room though the power point next toilet my TV, it was so annoying. The glass in the fridge that were wrap had dirt marks where the last person has had an unfinished drink. The tea towel had a long black hair in it. The air conditioner as so old and loud, it drowned out the TV and could not be used while sleeping. All in all not the best experience. I will say the front desk staff were very nice and friendly and usually I would discuss these issues on site, this time I did not.
